Perfect Vacation Spot

My husband and I fell in love with this condo and Flagler Beach. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need, and the master bathroom was so spacious. We especially loved the screened in porch overlooking the pool and beach. All of the neighbors we met were friendly and welcomed us. Diane communicated so well before and during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

This is our second time staying here and we loved it. Property was great. Beach was close (and not crowded at all). Pool was an added bonus! Diane was great at communicating everything we needed to know. Definitely recommend this property to others.

Enjoyable and relaxing

Condo was better than expected. Like the use of the garage. Plenty of nice restaurants options and the golf prices were reasonable. The beach was not overcrowded.

Great condo at Flagler Beach, FL

This is the fourth time that I’ve stayed at this beautiful condo at South Beach Condos. The condo is absolutely beautiful and well stocked with everything to make a great beach vacation. The owner Diane is great to work with and responds quickly to any questions. I plan on staying here the next time I visit Flagler Beach.

Wonderful Getaway

This condo was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot! It was fully stocked with all needed supplies and much more. My family throughly enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in balcony watching the waves roll in. We will definitely stay here again!

Summer vacation

We absolutely loved this property! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy. Flagler Beach is the quintessential small town on the ocean; we love that it is not touristy. If there is one thing I would have to complain about, it would be the parking. There are no assigned spots for the units, so it's a first come, first serve parking lot. We found ourselves walking a little further than we liked a few times, coming and going from the unit. I'm sure the heat exacerbated the long walks. That being said, we wouldn't let the parking deter us from renting the unit again.

Fantastic Location and Wonderful Owners

Beautiful ocean view condo!

We had a wonderful week in Diane’s beautiful condo overlooking the ocean! Sitting out on the patio in the mornings to watch the sunrise was our favorite part. They were quick to respond with any questions we had as well. We will definitely be returning! 😊

Great Experience

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was perfect. The condo was in excellent condition. The kitchen has been updated as well as the washer/dryer. The beach was never busy while we were there, which was a definite plus to me! It was a short drive to groceries, restaurants, ice cream. Will definitely stay again if we vacation in this area.

Relaxing and Beautiful

We had a wonderful vacation!! The condo was amazing!! It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The pool was relaxing, we spent a lot of time there and met a lot of very nice people. There were plenty of seashells at the beach for the grandkids to collect. We also got to see 3 rocket launches while we were there.

Paradise!

This condo is perfect! Wonderfully decorated in beach motif and has everything you would ever need. The view from the balcony is amazing. So peaceful and relaxing too. Diane is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Excellent communication and instructions from the very beginning. We will definitely be back!

Loved Flagler Beach

This property is exactly as the owner stated, it was perfect for my family of four! My sister and her family were able to stay on the Sam e property allowing us to spend quality time at the pool and beach. We had zero complaints about the unit itself, the pool, or the beach access. We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful condo, thank you Diane!

Perfect Vacation Condo

This was our third year staying at this beautiful condo. The owner Diane is great to work with and the condo has everything you would need for a great beach vacation. The decor is so nice, the view from the screened in porch is gorgeous and the condo is exceptionally clean. We hope to visit again soon!

Better than the pictures

Everything was amazing! Better than expected. Very clean, beach was so close! We will definitely be back! Garage with chairs and umbrella was a wonderful perk as well especially as we flew there.
