Hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios (sótano amueblado como el 4º dormitorio) que puede alojar cómodamente a 10. 1 cama King, 4 camas Queen y 1 cama completa están disponibles. La casa es muy amplia, con 2500 pies cuadrados. Al entrar en la casa, hay abundantes asientos para su grupo en la sala de estar, que también cuenta con un "4K TV 50. Más allá de la sala de estar es una mesa de comedor que conduce a la cocina, que tiene asientos adicionales en la barra de desayuno. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con un montón de utensilios de cocina para alojarse por la noche. Salir de la zona de la cocina a un gran patio al aire libre con un montón de asientos y una parrilla Weber.

En la segunda planta hay dos dormitorios. El cuarto de atrás tiene una cama de matrimonio, armario y TV. El cuarto del frente tiene una cama de matrimonio, TV y zona de estar privada. Hay un baño completo en el pasillo entre las dos habitaciones. Las dos habitaciones tienen un amplio espacio en el armario.

Caminar hasta el tercer piso, se encuentra el dormitorio principal y cuarto de baño. El baño principal tiene un lavamanos doble, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, una cómoda, un televisor y un vestidor, que incluye la cama completa. Relajarse en la suite principal con su propia sala de estar privada cerca de las ventanas. Desde el pasillo, subir a la cubierta de la azotea de una de las mejores vistas de la ciudad de Filadelfia. Disfrutar de una noche en la cubierta con un montón de asientos.

We had a great stay at the house. The rooftop views are amazing and it was a perfect follow up to a great dinner. The house was very clean and everyone slept very well. Will stay again when back on Philadelphia.

Clean with a view

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space and the rooftop had amazing city views. House was clean and had nice touches we appreciated like water and snacks. Will stay here again next time we visit the city.

Lovely home, but...

We thought Sean's house was lovely -- recently done, with three floors and a roof terrace and back patio. He had very nice touches, like a welcome basket, extra cords to use, recommendations on area restaurants. But the number of rules and lack of flexibility was different from what I have experienced with any other VRBO or airbnb experience. I completely respect that people want to maintain order in their homes, but from the camera at the front door, to being told he lived behind us and could see the place -- it felt a bit like Big Brother. Limiting people stepping into the house, not being flexible even a half hour early for check in for out of town renters for their son's wedding -- even when he was in the house and we were right outside -- just seemed very inflexible to us and added more stress as out-of-towners trying to prepare for a wedding. All said, it was a lovely home and Sean was very personable in person. The house gets a solid four, but the restrictions make it a three star experience.

40th Birthday Weekend Success

We celebrated my best friend’s 40th birthday party with a girls getaway to Philly. We chose this house mainly because of the rooftop deck. It didn’t disappoint! We had plenty of room for all 9 of us and enjoyed every second of the weekend. Our host was very communicative and provided many extras that other rentals do not such as charging stations, snacks, bottled water and toiletries. Thank you making this weekend so special!

Great Stay

This was a great home base for exploring the city and working remotely for a few days. We traveled mostly by car and Uber so did not do too much walking around the neighborhood. Parking was the most difficult part because our car was large and the street is so narrow. We couldn’t find street parking on the first day so parked in a garage nearby. It was fine, and once we found street parking we moved the car and left it there the rest of the trip. Overall, Sean was a great host!

Can’t wait to come back

This property really exceeded my expectations and honestly can't wait until I am back in the city. There was plenty of space and the beds were so comfortable. It was great to be able to gather as a group and all have dinner at the table. The house was extremely clean and the host really thought about multiple little touches. I highly recommend this place for you next stay in Philly as it will not disappoint.

Great Property to stay and enjoy the sites!

Such an amazing property this house was absolutely fabulous. The rooftop deck was incredible and so relaxing. The property was well maintained and very clean. It was so nice to have waters in each of the rooms (added bonus I wasn't expecting). We had a great time and will book again the next time we are in the city.

Great stay, as described

Sean communicated thoroughly throughout the reservation process. Check in was easy as can be. The place was tidy and organized to make new guests feel at ease. Our party had 7 guests ranging in age from 4 to 70 and it was more than sufficient for us. The neighborhood worked great for us. For those who don't spend a lot of time in urban areas, it's worth noting that the area immediately surrounding is still up and coming. We loved OCF Coffee House at 20th and Federal (went back 3 times) and ate at Chicks around the corner from the house. We had no problems finding free street parking within a block of the house each time we needed it and we also used the SETPA subway to get ourselves to and from the Army Navy game at Lincoln field. All in all, a great stay. Thanks for everything, Sean.

Elegant, spacious, comfortable property!

We were in town for a family wedding. Three generations of family stayed together comfortably in this rental. Plenty of space, privacy, and comfortable gathering areas-- including the lovely rooftop. Street parking was challenging, but with patience, we found a spot. Convenience stores were a few blocks away but a nice walk nonetheless. Would highly recommend, and stay again should the opportunity arise! Thanks for being such a good host and for sharing your property with us.

Great place, great location, plenty of room

This in-town townhome is deceptively roomy and very comfortable. The rooftop deck is a real plus! Eight of us stayed very comfortably for a couple nights before our daughter's wedding; we were able to walk to everything we needed, which was great. Parking was a bit of a trick; the street is *very* narrow and 'parking' is only managed with two wheels on the sidewalk, but there's a convenient garage a few blocks away so we just used that. Folks were very patient as we unloaded, then loaded up, so the neighborhood is very friendly and accomodating. Great choice and perfect for what we needed!

Family Reunion

We were surprised when we arrived in the neighborhood for this rental. It was like being an urban pioneer! I did not expect that as the per night rental was quite high. There was no on street parking and that was also difficult. A permit to park on the street would have been very helpful especially as our 91 year old mother was with us. The kitchen was not clean. The pots were dirty with egg still on the fry pan. We washed everything that we used before using it. The dishes were greasy as was the countertop. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. It was the dirtiest kitchen were have ever been in at a rental and we have rented all over the country and the world. The walls were in very bad shape and needed to be painted. Also, the mold in the bathrooms was creeping up the tiles. On a positive note, the bedding was fantastic! The linens were wonderful and the mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. I would not recommend this property for a stay.

Good time in Philadelphia

The place was lovely. Nice to have so many private bedrooms. Condiments, spices, water bottles all appreciated! Roof top porch was great for view of the city.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Our party consisted of 10 adults in town for the Army Navy game. Finding a property large enough for our group is an annual challenge but this property was great! The top floor had a private bathroom and large master bedroom with king bed and a full bed in the closet (sounds odd but it works). On the second floor were two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Also on this floor was a shared bathroom. The ground floor was a nicely appointed open concept kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The basement had 2 queen beds and a half bath. The entire apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking is standard big city parking...i.e. you drive around until you find something. We always managed to find a spot close by. Plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy check in and good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay there again.

Great for a large group!

This is a very nice and well equipped house for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the roof deck and all the board games! As mentioned before, parking is tough. The street is very narrow and you have to park slightly on the sidewalk to fit. Once we found parking, we all chose to leave our cars and Uber everywhere. Great restaurants like On point Bistro and Cafe Ynez within walking distance. It is 3 floors, so lots of steep steps, which would be an issue for anyone older or with difficulty climbing steps. The neighborhood is transitional- somewhat industrial- but the location is close to everything Philly has to offer! Thanks Sean.

Having moved from sunny Southern California, this home was a dream find. There are two large outdoor spaces. The outdoor patio is perfect for cooking out and relaxing with friends and the rooftop deck is perfect for getting some sun or enjoying an evening admiring the Philadelphia skyline.
