* Increíbles vistas del océano, la arena, la puesta de sol y el paseo marítimo desde el comedor y la sala de estar.
* Unidad bellamente renovada con nuevos pisos de madera laminada rubia, baño nuevo, electrodomésticos de cocina de acero inoxidable, ventanas ampliadas para mejorar la vista al mar, muebles nuevos, etc. Agua caliente sin fin con dos calentadores de agua sin tanque
 * Tiene una cama Queen, una cama Twin, un sofá cama Queen y un sofá cama doble ubicado en 2 habitaciones. Duerme 6-7
* Incluye cama Hilton Hotel súper cómoda de alta calidad.

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. It is an AMAZING location just a 1/2 block away from the boardwalk. I have added this to my favorites!!

Beachfront Bliss

Check in & out was seamless. The parking just steps from the Wayfarer Hotel was convenient. The place was better than pictured! Walkable to both grocery stores and gift shopping on Garnet St. Restaurants were right outside of our door. You can’t beat the price for the location. If an affordable beachfront property is what you’re looking for, this is it. Eric was amazing too! I’m definitely looking forward to my next stay here!

The queen bed in the living area does not work and was not very clean. No beach towels provided as stated and not much in the way of beach gear at the time we were there. The amazing location ofc is the reason to stay.

Perfect little condo

Perfect little condo with a view of the beach. Open the windows and hear the ocean. We had coffee on the beach every morning as it is a 15 second walk! Will be staying here again.

Can’t get a better location!

Overall great stay! Place is right on the pacific beach boardwalk, can’t get better with the location. So many pros, but if I had to pick one con, it would be the shared hottub. We tried 3 different times to go in it and it was taken by the people in the bottom unit. Also the hottub is basically on their front porch so it’s more convenient for them. One night they had like 8 people in chairs around that patio so we didn’t feel comfortable getting in right next to their entire group. But the top unit itself is great and we loved the top floor view of the beach, just don’t bank on use of the hottub.

Great location

Cute place right off the boardwalk and close to the ocean. The community hot tub was a little weird. We weren't sure how to use it and felt awkward so we didn't use it. I couldn't find additional bed linens for the futon so we used a duvet cover. Other then that it was a great place to stay.

Awesome location would stay again

Family of 6 who loves mission/Pacific beach. We've stayed in mission beach twice a year or more for a lot of years and love it. We've never stayed this far north however. We were surprised to find that this area has many fun activities right outside our doorstep like spikeball meets, outdoor movies and jr lifeguard every morning during our July stay. Our unit was the upstairs north unit and it had a great ocean view from the kitchen. Although I would stay again, nothing is perfect. The unit was very tight and had deferred maintenance issues. We thought that we would have garage parking but ended up having to park at a nearby hotel which was a 20 second walk, so not bad, but confusing the first day. The garage was an absolute disaster area just piled high with junk. Such a waste of space and not a good look which made it impossible to store anything. The hot tub was really a nice spot to hang out when it was hot, but it doesn't really seem to work. Hot water has to be added manually as the hot tub can't keep up apparently. Some basic organization, of beach stuff, the garage and the hoseoff area would go a long way...also buckets at each door for rinsing feet. It is common to see properties in this area with millions where the owner won't spend a few thousand dollars per year to keep up with simple things. It's strange, but typical. Again, id stay again, but hope some constructive criticism might help everyone.

As advertised. For price point you can’t beat this rental. There is 5 of us which is tight, but again, it’s half the price. Hot tub works great. Literally everything is steps away!

I realize when writing this review I will likely be the outlier and perhaps our experience was a unique one but I’d like to provide an honest review. The host was communicative prior to our arrival. The location is good… it is directly across from the beach within steps of the boardwalk… that’s great. Generally speaking it’s loud and a party scene, close to the bars but that’s not unusual… we visit Mission Beach area frequently and know what to expect in that way. The place itself is very small… much smaller than the pics illustrate and could certainly use some updates… ie crumbling outlet covers, mold in several places, duck tape holding things up on the wall, fresh sheets. What was disappointing were a few things; the cleanliness could be improved… the rug in the common space in front of the couch was pretty dirty and had huge balls of hair all over it, the shower had dirt and sand in it still. The outside patio was essentially unavailable to us.. which was what I look forward to when staying on the beach. The tenants downstairs… I asked them if they lived there and they said yes... All the nights we were there was a party scene for them… several people drinking and being very loud very late- we had our 13 year old daughter for her bday trip one of the nights we came back from the boardwalk and one of the tenants’ friends kept saying to get off their property… belligerently… needless to say not a comfortable space for a young girl and made the hot tub and entire patio unavailable to us. In the mornings the two tables were really dirty from the nights before and the tenants things were strewn across the patio… one day laundry dried over every piece of furniture, hot tub and patio space all day long… so that was really disappointing… not to mention disruptive and uninviting. We were able to cram a couple bikes we rented into the corner of the patio. Not reflective of the host necessarily but part of the experience with our stay. For us we will look elsewhere for our next stay.

Beautiful inside and out … 5 stars plus!

This is a great place!!! Was perfect for our family getaway! Location is steps from the beach which made it so convenient for us and it had beautiful views. Well taken care of and clean, with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It was also well removed from traffic so you could hear the ocean sounds. The host was also super friendly and helpful!

Great little getaway

Good location - very clean - convenient- the only thing I was disappointed with was we couldn’t use the hot tub because the other people renting the other units had their stuff all over the patio and hot tub & they made a huge mess in the common area. Not the hosts fault by all means. It was great for what we wanted it for.

Great location but.....

The location of this place is excellent, however, what comes along with that is lots of noise and traffic, both vehicle and foot. The walls were very thin, which made for a difficult nights sleep. Good place for partiers, not for a mature couple.

HORRIBLE STAY

. However, the stay was AWFUL. The amenities were not as the pics depicted or described. The condo is poorly maintained and frankly filthy. The other two families below we spoke to and they also both were disgusted by their places and re cleaned themselves. It does NOT sleep 6. You Hve to move the table to let the couch out. A VRBO is a vacation to your home to another’s. This was not it. The dishwasher smelled moldy. In fact we were invited to the condo across the way, yellow ones and they were beautiful. In addition, the paintings in the condo are very off color. I can understand if you would like a painting of women of color picking cotton, that is for your own home. That painting is not tasteful in any way. I would in the future describe your place and bare minimum and have the price reflect it. I am going to ask VRBO for a refund. The description was fraudulent as well as the extremely distaste of the painting of women picking cotton. I am a black woman in a multi cultural family. It was distasteful.

Family vacation

This little beach “house” was absolutely adorable. It has more space than what shows in the pictures. We stayed with our teenager and younger children and it fit is all perfectly. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The large patio downstairs is perfect to bbq and enjoy the weather while still being able to hear the ocean. Everything was perfect and Eric is very quick to respond whenever I had to speak to him. Great location and price. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again!

Way too small for 7 people

This place was way too cramped for 7 people. Once the hide a bed and futon were opened up, there was absolutely no walking room on the floor. I would say 4 people at the most could stay comfortably here. Also, the main reason we booked this property is because we wanted to have a hot tub. The hottub on the porch was filthy and unuseable. In fact, another tenant had to contact the owner and the visitors themselves had to clean the hot tub, including draining it and filling it up and adding all the chemicals! We are pool owners and even I wouldn't know how to properly care for a hottub. It needs to be maintained regularly or don't advertise that the property has one. Really disappointing. Eric always answered our texts promptly so that was one good thing. Would never stay here again. Instead of posting all 4 of the condos' pictures at once, I would recommend that the owner posts each condo's interior separately, so you know exactly what your individual condo will look like. We were shocked at how small the condo was when we arrived.

Picture is somewhat deceiving

We were under the impression we would be facing the ocean . Staying in the place shown in the picture. We could see the ocean if you looked out the window in the kitchen. Air Conditioning did not work. Ice-maker did not work. We had 5 of us. The couch in the very small living room was extremely hard. The 2nd night I chose to sleep on the smaller single couch. For the price we paid I was not happy about the things I listed that did not work. It is an upstairs apt in the back of the building that had 4 units. We were close to the beach and that was nice. They supplied chairs and surf boards etc for swimming. That was very nice. Parking was also an issue however we did finally find a spot that we could park in. Overall I would not rent this unit again unless the price was more reasonable and everything worked.
