El apartamento dúplex de 110 m2 está situado en el corazón de Old Morzine a 200 metros de las pistas de Pleney y todos los restaurantes / tiendas están cerca.
El alojamiento está en la 1ª planta y consta de una entrada con un guardarropa y un W-C separado. La zona de cocina está abierta al comedor, que tiene vistas a una pequeña terraza. El salón está amueblado con un gran sofá de esquina, un televisor y un reproductor de DVD Blue Ray. Todo en una decoración cálida y típica de piedra y madera. En el mismo nivel se encuentra el primer dormitorio con literas y una cabina de ducha. El piso tiene capacidad para una habitación doble (2x90x200) con TV y un baño con bañera de esquina y W-C. Una habitación doble (2x90x200) con TV y una habitación doble que comparten un baño con ducha y lavabo. Un W-C independiente está en el rellano. Todo el piso es mansarda. Un local de esquí está a su disposición en la planta baja. 2 estacionamientos techados. max. altura 2. 00m - WIFI.
Ropa de cama siempre en temporada de invierno.

Nice Chalet

Nice location, close to all amenities. Checkin/Checkout was easy. Highly recommended to families with/without kids. Kitchen super well equipped, makes your life easy.

Excellent séjour en plein centre de Morzine

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre de Morzine, à 5 minutes de marche des remontées. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Nous louerons assurément ce même logement si nous revenons sur Morzine.

All you need....but a quiet nightof sleep

The appartment is situated above a restaurant. That is regrettably, not mentioned in the description. Every night we woke up from the noisy people on the street. In the bedroom at the first level, one could follow the conversation of the neighbouring apartment/restaurant, which went on until late. Having said that, the appartment has a great location, close to the Pleney, and in the center of Morzine. The three top bedrooms are a good size, take care not to bump your head against the tilted roof. Beds are okay, only one soft pillow per bed. Enough space to put your luggage. No mirrors in the bedrooms. The room with the bunkbed on the lower level, is not so well suited for 2 adults: it is too small, and not enough space for your clothes etc. The WI-Fi cannot cater to playing music and watching a video at the same time. The kitchen has most of what`s needed, but could do with one or two bigger pans, for 8 persons. There just 8 mugs for tea/coffee. 2 small teatowels are supplied to dry the dishes and your hands. I choose this appartment because of the location, which was excellent. The noise, during the night, woke me up, but did not bother me that much. Only the adult sleeping in the bunkbed, had a serious problem with the outside noise. So, if you bring earplugs, some extra kitchen towels, you can have a great time in this appartment. It mayhowever, be better suited for 6 adults + 2 children. We were a party of 7 adults, and will consider returning, especially now that I know what to bring myself. Pricewise too, you get what you pay for. It was okay, all in all.

Perfect location in town centre. Well equipped and spacious

Good location for cable cars, sports complex, shops and restaurants. Nice big living space and large dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Everything we needed.
