Villa con piscina a 2,5 km. del mar. Zona muy tranquila. Wifi .

La casa dispone de tres habitaciones, dos de matrimonio y una con dos camas individuales. Todas tienen aire acondicionado.Tienen armario empotrado o vestidor. Dos baños totalmente equipados, uno con bañera y el otro con amplia ducha. Cocina con office, lavavajillas, microondas, sala de estar con TV, equipo de música, estufa de leña. Todo ello distribuido en una sola planta. Es interesante comentar que la casa dispone de wifi gratuito.
En el exterior hay diversas zonas para lectura, comidas, hamacas, mobiliario de terraza y un amplio barbacoa. Si tienen alguna petición especial, no duden en comunicarlo, queremos hacer su estancia lo más agradable posible.
A la llegada, encontraran una botella de vino y productos de la tierra para su disfrute.

Excellent communication with owners. Nice to have wine, water and fresh eggs from their chickens on arrival. Beautiful peaceful garden and pool. Kitchen well equipped for cooking - not that I did a lot !!Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Finca near Pollensa

Location was not as shown on Vrbo a further 1.9 kilometres from Pollenca so not really within walking distance due to narrow windy lanes and cars and heat which was very disappointing. Would be a good 40 minute walk. Hosts were friendly and helpful and sorted a problem we had with speed. Hosts met us at property and provided pastries water and wine as welcome gifts. There was some dishwasher tablets but no washing up liquid or anything left by previous guests which found unusual as from many years renting property there was always basic amenities left Ie salt pepper cleaning stuff. We left washing up liquid and other things which the next guests could use. The property had great private outside space and pool was good. some cushions for outdoor sofa would be good. There is a large bbq area but never used this. There was pool toys for use. There is a large private area around the property which the hosts not guests had access to where they kept hens turkey and a cockeral which unfortunately woke us every morning around 5am.TDidn't spend much time inside but found it spacious but could do with some freshening up. Kitchen is tired and ants are a problem so needed keeping on top of by wiping down surfaces alot and mopping floor everday. The beds were very comfy and showers were good. The decor was tasteful a little bit of maintenance would improve the overall property. we had a good holiday but disappointed with location overall meant had to drive everwhere

Pollenca

Die Betten waren gut, die Couches waren weit weniger komfortabel und abends mussten wir uns eher innen aufhalten… Manche Leuchten gingen nicht, der TV Lautsprecher pfeift etwas. Die Batterie der Uhr in der Küche war leer. Das Besteck und Geschirr, die Reibe könnten teilweise erneuert werden. Die Pfanne war neu und gut. Die Umgebung und das Städtchen Pollenca haben uns sehr gut gefallen.Zum Glück gab es eine Heizung, da es abends (im April) noch sehr abkühlte. Insgesamt war es eine erholsame Woche.

Hübsche Finca mit Pool und Ourdoorküche

Die Finca liegt ruhig und genau zwischen Pollenca und Port de Pollenca, also ideal, auch für Wandertouren. Der Empfang des Vermieters war supernett: Gepäck, Wein, Wasser und Zitronen aus dem eigenen Garten! Es ist ein älteres Haus, nett eingerichtet, aber nichts besonderes. Die Küche und ihre Utensilien sind in die Jahre gekommen, wurden aber anstandslos sofort ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlagen in den SZ waren lebensnotwendig. Der Pool und die Terrassen sind sehr hübsch, ebenso der Garten. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, sehr praktisch. Leider war überhaupt nichts in der Finca, alles musste eingekauft werden, nicht mal ein Tab für die Spülmaschine. Krähende Hähne haben uns nicht gestört. Dass es in der Dämmerung Stechmücken gibt, ist bekannt, da hilft nur einsprühen... Wir können die Finca weiterempfehlen.

Super Gastgeber

Das Haus überzeugt mit einem schönen Aussenbereich und der Klimaanlage in jedem der drei Schlafzimmern. Die beiden Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zum Haus oder Restaurantempfehlungen konnten einfach über WhatsApp gestellt werden und wurden schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok und das nötigste ist vorhanden, jedoch könnte dort noch einmal nachgelegt werden oder einige Gegenstände erneuert werden. Wir können die Finca nur Empfehlen.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Landhaus mit sehr netten Vermietern. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien und ein schöner Pool. Wir können Can Poquet definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Wonderful outside space

The outside space and the pool at this property are fantastic, we really enjoyed spending time using the outside barbecue shelter and swimming. The inside of the house is looking a little tired and run down. We had a specific issue with the cleaning which was fixed very quickly by Joan and Judit, who are excellent hosts, based locally, and are on hand for any queries. We did stay towards the end of the summer season so hopefully the house will benefit from a deep clean over winter. Overall, I think the house is a fair reflection of the price.

Perfect pool for a family

We had a wonderful time. The pool was the perfect size and depth for both adults and younger children. My 4 year old hardly got out of it.

Lovely Villa!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa in Pollensa. It was really well located in a quiet area but only a short drive from the old town and a little further to the beach. The outside areas with the covered terrace, BBQ area, garden and the swimming pool were really impressive and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Delightful finca.

Myself, my partner and our two children have just returned from a fantastic 10 day break in Majorca, having stayed at Can Poquet. The accomodation, facilities and location were all very good, and even though our flight was delayed until the early hours of the morning Joan and Judit sent very good directions and made sure we could get in, having left some very welcome fruit, milk and wine in the fridge for us. I can honestly say that we all had the best Majorcan holiday ever. This is the first time that we've stayed at Can Poquet, i doubt it will be our last! Thank you, Joan and Judit!

Lovely house and gardens!

Very welcoming hosts, loved the property, it was perfect for us, grandparents, parents + baby aged 17 months. No stairs, so great for baby and level garden. Rural but not isolated and just 5 mins or so in car to Pollenca. Would definitely recommend and love to return.

Die Finca ist ein Traum !!!

Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Zu unserer Überraschung erwartete uns bei unserer Anreise ein typisch spanisches Gebäck," Ensaimada" und zwei Flaschen Wein. Bei Fragen sind die Vermieter bequem über Whats App erreichbar und sehr zuverlässig bei den Absprachen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, es fehlte an nichts. Ein absoluter Traum !!! Wir kommen gern wieder !

Beautiful rustic finca in rural Pollenca (3 mins from Pollenca by car)

We enjoyed a week at the finca at the end of August. The communication with Joan & Judit was excellent and we were met on the outskirts of Pollenca and escorted to the finca (it would be a little hard to find without this!). I would recommend car hire as the finca is in a rural part of Pollenca, approx 3 mins by car from town. The finca was very rustic and beautiful. It had a large double bedroom at the back of the property with a shower room alongside. There is a further double and twin bedroom opposite each other next to the second bathroom. There is air conditioning in all three bedrooms (definitely needed in the heat of the summer). The outside space is fantastic! There is a large terrace, swimming pool and a building which houses a BBQ, with separate shower and toilet. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool with the odd excursion to Pollenca Port and Alcudia (both approx 10 mins by car). There are supermarkets nearby to stock up on essentials. We would definitely recommend a stay at this finca. Joan & Judit were very accomodating and were only a phone call away if we had any questions.

We were four adults and 2 children having been met by Judit just outside Pollensa and shown the way to the villa in minutes the area is rural The villa was excellent for our needs the children loved the pool there is a barbecue inside a building that has a shower and wc which is used while bathing the pool and garden area is totally private and quiet a wonderful covered areas on the terrace to escape the heat of the day The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was most welcome We were sorry to leave but we will be back one day

Parfait !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette villa et ce coin de l'île. Parfaite pour 6 personnes, extérieur (mobilier, piscine, barbecue, coin ombragé...) de très bonne qualité et super localisation pour visites, mer et Pollenca qui est un village très sympa où il y a tout. Des propriétaires discrets et très disponible si besoin ! Merci à eux et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Finca zum Entspannen

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen für 14 Tage in diesem schönen Haus. es bietet genügend Platz um sich auszubreiten. Die Vermieter Judith und Joan waren sehr nett, entspannt und gastfreundlich, so das wir uns rundum willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Finca liegt für Ausflüge in den Norden und Osten der Insel sehr günstig. Man hat seine Ruhe (bis auf das morgendliche Hähnekrähen) und ist in wenigen Autominuten in Pollensa oder Alcudia. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Komfortable Villa mit Pool

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche hier. Die Villa ist großzügig geschnitten, die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut, so dass es auch in der heißen Woche gut auszuhalten (und nachts zu schlafen) war. Den Pool, die Außensitze und die Grillhütte haben wir alle ausgiebig genutzt. Keine billige Unterkunft aber man bekommt hier etwas für sein Geld. Für unsere beiden Ausflüge nach Cap Formentur war die Villa ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, weil wir aufgrund der Nähe vor dem großen Ansturm dort waren und Leuchtturm, Buchten und Wanderung genießen konnten.

Villa mit Wohlfühlambiente

Wir haben eine wunderschöne und entspannte Woche in Pollenca gehabt. Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was bei den nächtlichen sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Aussenbereich der Finca, ausreichend Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten, der Pool angenehm erfrischend und sauber, vor allem auch groß genug. Die Outdoorküche mit Grill haben wir täglich genutzt, das war wirklich super praktisch. In der Nähe (mit Auto) gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand in Port de Pollenca war wunderbar:-)) Die Vermieter Judit und Juan sind äußerst hilfsbereit und sympathisch, selten haben wir so freundliche Gastgeber erlebt. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Woche, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder !!!!

Entspannte Tage in schöner Umgebung

We enjoyed our stay at Joan's and Judith's house; situated in a beautiful and peaceful landscape, it was just as described and offered all we expected - the spacious pool is refreshing, the terrace with its green roof is a perfect place to sit and relax. It's only a few minutes drive to the beaches, Pollenca with its restaurants and to the supermarkets. Thanks to Joan and Judith for their warm welcome and for a wonderful week!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir (2 kleine Kinder und 2 Erwachsene) haben hier 11 wundervolle Ferientage verbracht. Das Haus war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war fast neu und perfekt ausgestattet, Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns eine kleine Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und 2 Flaschen Wein. Die Villa liegt günstig zwischen Pollensa und Alcudia, so dass man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an beiden Stränden bzw. Städten ist. Die Umgebung ist ländlich idyllisch und perfekt um die Kinder auch einfach mal toben zu lassen, ohne an unmittelbare Nachbarn denken zu müssen. Eine schöne Außenküche mit Grill neben dem Haupthaus laden zum Grillen ein. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, der sauber und groß war. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Auch geben sie gute Tips für Restaurants ect. Joan und Judit bewirtschaften hinter dem Haus auch einen Gemüsegarten und wir wurden so mit frischen Gemüse versorgt. Deshalb 5 Sterne und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
