A beautiful stay

We had a lovely stay in this well-cared—for home. It’s complete with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The outdoor area of this property is especially beautiful, with amazing views from the pool area, two outdoor dining areas and lush fruit trees all over. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful. We hope to return!

Lovely place

Such a great place, clean with everything you need, great pool, 15 min walk into the old town don’t forget your light for on the way back. The old town is beautiful with lovely restaurants. We did a boat trip from Alcudia brilliant day lots of fun. We hired a car visited some lovely beaches and a trip to Port de Sóller and Deià.

Relaxing quiet little haven.

Very easy communication, the property had everything you could need, a real home from home feeling. Lovely pool and pool chairs, bbq area, outside seating area, etc. beautiful setting and views. Lovely outside shower and extra loo which was useful. A great base to visit the north side of the island.

Great stay in a cosy home

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Amparo's place! The house is incredibly modern, spotlessly clean, and comes with all the amenities you could possibly ask for, including a stunning pool. Amparo's communication was superb, and we were pleasantly surprised when she personally guided us to the villa and presented us with a delightful welcome gift. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone and can't wait to return!

Perfect for a relaxing holiday

We have stayed in a few villas in the Pollença area in recent years, and this is by far the best. This is a perfect villa for relaxation. The villa and fittings are in very good condition. The garden area is well maintained and the mountain views are an added bonus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Pollença. Amparo and Cesar are both lovely, respecting privacy but nearby if you need them.

Beautiful property in pollenca

We enjoyed 2 weeks in this finca for our summer holiday and can’t fault it at all. The property is well equipped with everything you need and the host was friendly and on hand should you need anything. Garden and pool area are beautiful with Mountain View’s yet only a 15 minute walk into pollenca. Pictures of the property are accurate and everything was spotless and well presented. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic week

Lovely small but stylish villa. V clean and well equipped. Beautifu pool area. We had a lovely week here, owners very kind and met us nearby when we arrived and we drove in convoy as villa not easy to find to start with. A 15 min walk into Pollensa old town, which is beautiful. A hire car is a must if you want to explore the island.

Nice Location with Mountain view

Nice Finca, with wonderfull pool and Garden. Very comfortable with outside shower . The House is well equipt and you’ll find everything what you need .fine for families . Near from Pollenca (by foot) and comercial stores. Thanks to Amparo for being there.

Amazing villa

What a lovely 8 days my wife and our 2 year old had. Great villa, amazing pool and gardens and bbq and so many facilities and the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. Really great location with 15 min walk to Pollensa and 15 min drive to beach and port de pollensa. Host was amazing and at hand if needed. Locked gate on property and was perfect. Will go again. Fully recommend

Exceptional Property

Nice location, verly neat and clean. You have full privacy and a exceptilnal view on hills all around you. The house is very well suited and has all the gimmicks you want (dish- washer, air condotion in bedrooms, washing machine etc pp). Would love to come back! PS Pollenca- Beach is very close and underrated, also visit Formentor- Beach for a look at Mallorca’s million dollar homes

Family Holiday

Amparo was a wonderful host and made it easy to communicate both prior to and during our stay with timely replies to any of our queries (more than making up for our lack of Catalan/Spanish). The villa was as described being both very clean and well maintained. It was also well situated within a lovely large well-kept garden with private pool, barbeque, table tennis, outdoor dining and lounge areas. As described the location of the villa was both tranquil but within easy walking (or for us a very short drive to half the route for a 3 year old) distance of Pollensa. Easy access to local restaurants, supermarkets and the coast at Port Pollensa and Formentor. Thanks for having us Amparo and all the best to you and the family.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week here. Small but perfectly kitted out home away from home. Lovely views and really quiet at night. The pool and grounds were really well maintained and the property was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed was there including some pool toys and fresh lemons on the trees! A short drive to both excellent large supermarkets and to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. Communication with Amparo was great, she met us in a Pollenca to show the way to the villa as it’s a tricky one to find the first time. Second bed is on the firmer side - not an issue for us as but something that might be useful to others. Overall we had an amazing week here and our 2 year old loved it. Would definitely recommend! Missing it already!

Everything Was Perfect!

A beautiful villa in a perfect location about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Pollença, yet peaceful and quiet, close to the mountains. The pool area and garden were really lovely to spend time in and we absolutely loved the outside shower. Mosquitoes are a bit of an issue, so lots of repellent is highly recommended when spending time outside, particularly in the evenings. The inside of the house is tastefully furnished and had everything we needed, with the kitchen being well stocked for food prep needs. There was even a blender! We were really grateful for the wine, milk and snacks that were there on our arrival as well. Amparo was a great host - very responsive and friendly. We had a small issue with a malfunctioning safe, but she responded immediately and came to sort out the problem straight away. We absolutely adored our stay here and were incredibly sad to leave this gorgeous oasis. We are planning to return as soon as we can!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Finca in der man seine totale Privatsphäre hat, da die Finca trotz Nachbarn nicht einsehbar ist. Der Pool ist klasse. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wenn man was benötigt. Wir können die Finca zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Auch die Aussicht ist echt schön.

Alles sehr zu unser Zufriedenheit, Amparo ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Sie hat zns am ersten Tag zum Haus geführt und uns im Haus ein paar sehr nette Willkommensgeschenke überlassen!Danke nochmal dafür :)Wir kommen gerne wieder!Die Lage und der Bergblick sind einfach mega schön, zu Fuß ist der Marktplatz in Pollenca in ca 20 min zu erreichen.Mit dem Einkaufen ist es zu Fuß eher schwer, mit dem Auto aber ca 5 min zum Lidl und Eroski.Vorallem der Pool und die Außendusche waren unser Highlight!Wir sind mehr als zufrieden!

Ideal und ruhig gelegen Finca

Wir waren als Famile mit zwei Kindern (3 und 5) dort und fanden mehr vor, als wir erwartet haben. Strandutensilien und mit Erstausstattung gefüllte Küche waren unerwartet vorhanden. Danke dafür! Sehr saubere Wohnung, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die uns den Weg zum ersten Mal voraus fuhr. Fußweg in die Altstadt kein Problem und kurze Wege zum Meer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Gutes Objekt aber...

Generell gibt es über die Finca nicht viel zu erzählen. Alles passt soweit wie beschrieben. Abstriche gibt es bei den Betten (billige Zustellbetten mir bescheidener Matraze, nicht sehr bequem) und beim Wifi (langsam (10 MBit) und zweimal ausgefallen). Preislich ist die Finca zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten. Wir waren eine Woche vorher im Süden und hatten dort eine Finca (Neubau, max. 5 Jahre alt, top eingerichtet, zusätzlich mit Whirlpool), die auf eine Woche gerechnet 400 € günstiger war (Nebensession). Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nichts ganz.

Tolle Finca, super Ausstattung und toller Service!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Amparo´s Haus verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Die Küche hat eine super Ausstattung, bei der es an nichts fehlt. Bei der Ankunft gabs schon ein kleines Willkommenspaket- wirklich sehr aufmerksam. Toller Pool und alles in allem ein sehr erholsames Anwesen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schöne Auszeit nahe bei Pollenca

Wir haben in der Villa Can Morena 3 Wochen im September 2021 zu zweit verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist Pollenca gut per Fahrrad aber auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool und die Lage in den Ausläufern des Tramuntana Gebirges sind ein Traum und wir haben täglich den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein genossen. Die Eigentümerin Amparo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in der Villa Can Morena.
