Stay in a quality villa with pool in independent apartment with comforts of home with it’s own living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and 2 balconies.

The first floor apartment is fully air conditioned with 2 bedrooms ( twin and double ) modern kitchen with ceramic top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc. full bathroom with bath and overhead shower and living room with satellite TV with English channels, CD/DVD, safe and patio doors to a balcony with table and chairs. FREE and unlimited WI-FI available in the apartment.


Villa Eber is a spectacular villa situated near beaches and Old Town of Albufeira, marina with boat trips, water sports, golf, tennis courts, Zoomarine, water parks, Crazy Golf, Karting, Algarve Shopping and many other Algarve attractions.
All apartments are independent, spacious, very comfortable, fully air conditioned with modern kitchens and full bathrooms, satellite TV with English speaking channels, CD/DVD, free and unlimited WI-FI, safes and balconies or veranda. Beautifully kept garden with a large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The villa enjoys a superb location in a very quiet area but close to old town and is only 3 minutes drive ( around €5.00 with Uber ) from the capital of tourism in the Algarve the town of Albufeira with great restaurants, unforgettable nightlife and beautiful golden beaches.

Private secure parking inside the property grounds behind automatic gates with remote control.
There are two exterior security cameras located at the front of the villa ( entrance area to the villa by the parking area)
Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels.

Villa Eber is very popular with couples and families looking for peace and quiet in a quality villa accommodation, close to old town of Albufeira.

Many of our regular guests come back every year and enjoy the quality of staying in the villa in it’s own private apartment at very reasonable cost.

The swimming pool is over 1,60 cm deep and the villa is suitable for children from 11 years old but we would be delighted to accommodate the little ones in another property - please ask for more details.

Local restaurants - 10 min walk, local cafe 8 minutes walk – serves very good breakfast, lunch & dinner, nearest supermarket 8 min walk and larger one 12 min walk, local bus stop at Albufeira Camping - 8 min walk, Taxis are easily available to Old Town of Albufeira - 3 minutes ride ( around €5.00 with Uber )

Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local info.:
For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber.
We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €44.00 each way for 2-4 people and €53.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.

Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside.

Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira and new marina about 4-5 minutes.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment and grounds were very clean and well kept. Andrew greeted us on our arrival and was on hand throughout our stay for any help. The apartments are close to supermarkets and the old town for all the bars and restaurants (4-5€ in Uber). I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing break away.

Firstly, Andrew and Ana, could not be more welcoming and helpful. The property is immaculate and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring everything from tourist spots & beaches to a bit of shopping. Will definitely be returning

Perfect Holiday

Our stay was amazing. The house/ apartment was beautiful and very clean. The pool was clean as well and was a great spot to cool down. The hosts were super attentive; always finding solutions if we needed something, friendly, always reachable, and overall just great. We felt safe and familiar. We would really recommend it and are looking forward to come back

Lovely Villa

Spent 2 weeks at Villa Eber and highly recommend it. The villa was immaculate and cleaned regularly.The pool was lovely and spotless. Andrew and Ana are lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location yet close enough to visit the old town and new town. We didn't want to leave and would definitely return. Thanks Andrew and Ana

Absolutely Amazing, would highly recommend

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday at Villa Eber. We were met by Andrew with drinks and a full tour and information about the villa and the local area. Andrew also drove us to the supermarket and a tour of the town, he is a lovely warm and friendly chap. The pool is beautiful The Villa is beautiful and immaculate, the cooking facilities were also great. The bed linen was changed regularly and the villa was cleaned 3 times a week to a very high standard. Air conditioning was a God send as the temperatures reached 37c In relation to the location, this is excellent if you want peace and quite with a small distance to the old town with a lovely beach and plenty of great places to eat and buy gifts. We also visited Sau Rafael beach which was only 10 euoro's in a taxi which is stunning. The boat trip from the marina to the caves is worth a visit. Taxis are easy and cheap, however between the hours of 6-9pm this is tricky so we walked down to the main road and flagged one from the roadside which wasn't an issue We will for sure be visiting again, thank you so much

Wir hatten mit unserer Tochter einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Eber. Wir wurden von Andrew sehr freundlich begrüßt und hatten sogar einen sehr lieben Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank. Andrew hat sich Zeit genommen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung war immer sehr sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Der Pool war toll und top gepflegt und die Gartenanlage sehr hübsch und liebevoll gestaltet. Andrew war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns auch tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Strände gegeben. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil, wenn man viele Unternehmungen machen möchte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Eber wirklich sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit wieder bei Andrew und Ana buchen und die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Villa Eber 2019

This was our first trip to Portugal and we were delighted with our choice of accommodation at Villa Eber . The owners Andrew and his wife Anna could not have done enough for us throughout our stay . Nothing was too much trouble and they always had our best interests at heart ensuring we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay . Andrew made the whole booking , car hire and airport taxi transfer process seamless and was always on hand to answer any questions we had before and during our stay . The two bedroom accommodation was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay . The accommodation was well laid out with good Wifi and satellite TV. The gardens and the shared pool were exceptionally well maintained making our sunny days relaxing by the pool most enjoyable . Andrew as a host could not have been more informative and accommodating to us, giving us an introduction to the old town, as well as many of his excellent restaurant recommendations. One of our personal favourites being the popular Chinese ‘Big Shanghai’ which lived up to its reputation . Another highlight was a quaint hot-plate steakhouse by the name of ‘The Sizzling Stone’ in the New Town. In terms of daytime activity Andrew suggested taking a two hour boat trip around the golden coasts and sea caves of Albuferia, which also included dolphin sighting. This was an amazing trip. In summary we would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Eber to our friends and family . Andrew and Anna were excellent hosts making our first stay in Portugal a memorable one . We will definitely be returning one day .

Anna et Andrew sont des hôtes attentionnés, toujours prêts à vous renseigner, la villa est très jolie et très bien entretenue, l'appartement dans lequel nous étions est agréable et fonctionnel, (quelques couverts de plus seraient toutefois les bienvenus), la climatisation est très appréciable, le ménage 3 fois par semaine aussi. la piscine est à partager avec les 2 autres locations mais finalement chacun a plus ou moins sont créneau horaire et nous y étions souvent seuls. Fabulous holiday in superb apartment

We stayed for 3 weeks at Villa Eber and had the most relaxing holiday. Our hosts Andrew and Anna were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, from shopping for us to enable we had groceries on our late arrival to recommending restaurants, shops etc. Andrew organised our transfer from and to the airport which went very smoothly, we found it very easy to locate our driver. Villa Eber is close to the town and only five euros by taxi, near enough to go to but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and surrounding areas were spotless and there were plenty of sun lounges and shaded areas for when the heat became too much. Mara is lovely and looked after the apartment beautifully, it was cleaned three times a week and the bins emptied every day. Andrew arranged for Mara to do some washing for us whilst there which was really helpful. We also met some lovely people while staying there, everyone was so friendly. Our daughter, son in law and five month old grandson joined us at Villa Eber and both Andrew and Anna were so accommodating, we even had a baby bath for him. This Villa really felt like home from home, it was so comfortable and relaxed. Andrew and Anna were so friendly and we felt we'd known them a long time by the end of our holiday. We would certainly return to Villa Eber and highly recommend it.

Excellent Accomodation, Superb Location!

Andrew and Anna make you feel very welcome. Nothing is to much trouble. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and is very well maintained . The villa is in a very nice and rural location, ideal for those who like to walk and explore, although local taxis are very available and affordable. This is a very good villa for those who want a quiet time and wish to experience a beautiful property with very helpfull owners ! Andrew and Anna we thank you very much, it was our families first time in the Algarve and you really made us very welcome, and advised on restaurants and sightseeing. Lovely villa in a beautiful area

Three of us spent 12 nights at Villa Eber and it will leave a lasting impression! It was my partners first holiday abroad but she's a convert mostly thanks to the spotlessly clean and lovely Villa, welcoming hosts and Albufeira in general. Both Andrew and Ana were lovely, always smiling and very helpful with advice on places to visit and where to eat etc. If (when), we come back to Portugal, we would have to stay at the Eber because it's unlikely anywhere else would measure up. We had an upstairs apartment that we found very spacious and comfortable. We had a hire car and found it took less than five minutes to get to the old town in Albufeira, which made it far enough away to be quiet but close enough if we wanted to venture into town. All three of us would just like to thank Andrew and Ana (& Mara), for helping to make our family holiday to Portugal, one of the most special and memorable holidays we’ve had.

Simply the best

My son and I stayed at Villa Ebber for 10 days; it was the best holiday experience ever! First impression of Andrew and his lovely wife on separate occasions was like meeting up with old school friends that you have not seen for over 30 years! Their hospitality was out of this world, they are amazing people and just radiated a peaceful and a stress free ambiance. The Villa was beyond our expectations it was so clean and there wasn’t a speck of dust or a spider web insight. Andrew and Ana were never far away for advice, you felt safe and the Villa was very secure. The swimming pool area was fabulous and well maintained, as for the swimming pool it was crystal clear. I just cannot describe the whole experience apart amazing and perfect! There wasn’t any fault or complaints. On the second day Andrew took us on a tour guide to the town centre, by the third day you would think that my son and I were residents. If you are looking for a peaceful environment, great service and a healthy 45 minutes daily stroll (I mean stroll) to the town centre, beach and tourist scenic area then is this the holiday for you. Towards the Town Centre you pass MacDonald’s, KFC and various other food chains and there is an ATM machine on route, actually there is one located at Ali’s Supermarket on route. Don’t forget to ask Andrew for his famous map!! As for the beach it is as clean as the Villa!! OMG! And as for the stalls and shops there is so much to see and do. People were really friendly and welcomed tourism with a passion. Don’t forget to take a ride on the tour bus, the tickets are only 18 euros each and you can use your ticket for 2 days!! You pick up the bus from Rue do Municipio, the drivers were fantastic! After a busy day doing absolutely nothing, but sightseeing! You can stop of at the Hypermarket pick up some groceries then get a taxi, literally parked outside the shop……or stroll back towards Albufeira Poente stop off at Lidl or Aldi and then pick up a taxi literally queuing up outside and it only costs you between 5 to 6 euros, back to the Villa! Andrew and Ana you guys are best and a credit to Portugal! Hope to see you soon, Love from Lyn and Dan xx

Fantastic family holiday

Prior to coming to villa Eber I had had a degree of nervousness caused by some rather scathing reviews on Tripadvisor Thankfully our experience bore absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to these negative comments and we have just returned from the most marvellous , relaxing family holiday ever. Before our holiday I had been in frequent email correspondence with the owner, Andrew, with a variety of questions and requests. Andrew always replied to these very promptly and in a very helpful manner. For example, I began to worry that the villa didn't have a washing machine and was unsure how I would cope with a fortnights dirty washing. Andrew kindly agreed that he would organise for the maid to do our washing for a very reasonable 5 euros when ever we needed it.He also arranged for us to hire some beach towels as we were travelling on Ryanair with only hand luggage and no room for 4 bulky towels, along with buying some key items of food and drink so that we wouldn't need to rush straight out to a shop to buy them ourselves. Andrew organised taxi transfer to and from faro airport as well, which worked brilliantly and meant no hassle at the end of a long day travelling. When we arrived at villa Eber we were warmly welcomed by Andrew who provided cold drinks for us all and talked us through the most important aspects of the villa.. He then offered to drive us into Albufeira, giving us a brief guided tour of key places en route. This was very kind and most appreciated and enabled us all to get a meal before going to bed. Andrew's wife, Ana, was equally friendly and welcoming. The villa was absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All the beds were comfortable (and not 'too small'!!) The TV / DVD set up was very easy to operate. The villa had free unlimited wifi throughout which was fantastic .There is excellent security at the property which gives peace of mind for families. The shutters on all windows mean the children don't wake up at the crack of dawn when it gets light....ours even slept in to 9,45 one morning! The villa is cleaned three times a week and the bins are emptied daily. The pool area was again scrupulously clean with plenty of sun beds/ chairs etc and the pool was well maintained every evening by Andrew. There were always enough sun beds and it provided a great informal opportunity to chat to other guests, swap recommendations for restaurants, trips out etc. We met some lovely, like minded people of all different nationalities thi

superbes vacances dans une tres belle villa

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa. Le propriétaire et sa femme nous ont vraiment bien accueillis et nous ont conseillé sur des visites, des activités, des restaurants. Ils sont d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Ménage fait tous les deux jours, linge de douche changé tous les trois jours, draps changés toutes les semaines, poubelles vidées tous les jours. La climatisation présente dans les chambres et le salon est très appréciable. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine mise à disposition, au calme. A deux pas du centre ville et de la plage principale, la villa Eber est idéalement située. Les plus belles plages de la côte ne sont pas bien loin et il est aussi possible d'apercevoir les dauphins nager en liberté. Je souhaite revenir sur la disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire qui nous a réellement aidé à faire en sorte que notre séjour soit totalement réussit. Je recommande vivement cette villa et espère pouvoir y retourner dans les années à venir.

Villa Eber A Hidden Gem

We booked up for early June last year for our first visit to Albufeira, Andrew the owner was so very helpful with the booking process which all very easy. When we arrived in Faro we were met and taken to the apartment as arranged and met by the owner. The apartment is within a large Villa, is a good size for 2 people with a very nice layout with a nice pool and sunbathing area, it is situated away from the town and not in a complex so it can be really peaceful and tranquil.. Everyday the apartment was cleaned and Andrew is always about somewhere and always with a happy and positive attitude. Should you require any help in where to go or something to do he will always help. As the apartment is quite a walk from the town centre (old and new) I would advise hiring a vehicle, we hired a nice runaround via Andrew which was very reasonable which was delivered and picked up by the hire company. Having a vehicle helps get the most of the Algarve, we explored the beautiful surroundings every day, although fuel was more expensive than UK prices at the time we were there. If you are looking for a peaceful break away from the crowds then this apartment is recommended. There are some beautiful beaches along the coast, ask the owner and he'll point you to some gems. We visited Salgados several times which is great for wildlife and birds, we saws bee-eaters, hoopoe, little owls, great white egrets, black winged stilts, spoonbill, flamingo and many other species. Would we return..most definitely. Great apartment in a beautiful setting, pleasant and cheerful owner, great customer service and some great restaurants and beaches.

Hi Andrew & Ana,Thank you for looking after us on our recent stay.Both our girls just finished a hectic year of exams. So as a family we needed a stress free holiday and that is exactly what you get when you stay at Villa Eber. The Villa is 5 star accomadation.Andrew took all the stress out of holiday planning, organizing tranfers to and from airport,on our arrival Andrew meets you with a warm welcome normally reserved for old friends.On our arival we were greeted with much needed cold drinks and after a sit down with Andrew we were provided with all maps, taxi numbers etc.Also we would like to thank Ana for arranging our trip to zoo marina we had a fantastic day.We would hope to return at some time next year. Villa Eber

We arrived back last week after enjoying two wonderful weeks at Villa Eber. Our apartment was really spacious, spotlessly clean and felt like home. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The villa is in rural surroundings away from the noise and bright lights of Albufeira but close enough to visit when we wanted to. We used the local (Giro) bus to go to the Old Town and usually got a taxi back "home". The lovely pool and garden are immaculate and we spent many hours relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. Many thanks to Andrew and Ana for your hospitality. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would love to stay at Villa Eber again next year.
