Dear Hillary A. We are so grateful for your visit to São Miguel Azores, your stay with us and the five star rating review. Over the years, it has been our experience, that regardless of the length of time our guests stay, it is never long enough. Your 14 night stay with us certainly went by way too fast! We enjoyed very much your family and we are happy that while with us, you celebrated a family milestone “Congratulations” With much humility; we are very happy and pleased to know that we played a part on you having a fantastic time exploring the island from this location. Hillary I also want you to know that you were a delight to deal with and it was a pleasure answering all your questions; not to mention the good deal we ended up getting on your car rental. We’re happy to the welcome meal was enjoyed and a favorite with kids who also enjoyed and had a great time in this wonderful island of Sao Miguel! We can only hope for return visits. Over several months, I have enjoyed very much our dialogue, not to mention how very proud we are that you chose us! I’m happy to know that you appreciated having Miguel greet you at the airport, as well you enjoyed his tour guide services; Natalia our kitchen cook was also privileged that despite you having your sister in-law Jeanette who enjoys cooking, Natalia also was given the opportunity to cater a fish dinner for you. We at Azor’Oasis loved having you stay with us, we are humbled and very grateful that you took note of the special touches and found everything pleasing. The local grocery store (SolMar) encounter, in fact, this is a reasonably large shopping centre and Paula was only so happy to be there at the right time to get you acquainted; she had shared this experience with me saying that the girls were so sweet and very happy for the casual meeting;)I must also mention that, as it is customary, at the end of each stay, we ask our guests if the house lacked on anything, she informed me that when asked, you were so kind to suggest that the only thing that could come in handy is a large beach bag to carry beach attire in. I am happy to inform that we think it’s a great idea; we have taken your suggestion and will make this item available placing right next to the beach towels and spa Robes. We hope you come back to visit and that we will be chosen and able to provide availability to once again host your stay! Katherine to get your approval with a 5 star review is very rewarding. I am humbled and little lost for words, yet I appreciate knowing that of all the homes you’ve stayed through your Portugal travels, this one provided the most comfort. I take a lot of pleasure in providing and sharing the good quality orthopedic mattresses plus the good linens and convenience that I personally hand selected and decorated this home with. This endearing home in its great unique central location, is a place that touches everyone who visits in a special way. I hope you come back to visit and that I am able to offer availability.
