Amazing coastal retreat!

We absolutely loved the twin cottages. The decor was stunning, the location was close walking distance to everything and the space was a peaceful and comfortable coastal retreat. We would come back and stay here again!

A great place to stay in Nantucket

A very nice property and well maintained. A beach is a 60 second walk. The nicer ones maybe 5-15 minutes away. Downtown is a 12 minute walk. The smaller cottage (we had 1 couple in) is quite small and only 1 usable bedroom. The larger (we had 4 people in) has much more space and has two big bedrooms. We had all the important comforts of home, in a modern cottage and in a spectacular location. It all added up to a fantastic vacation.

Fantastic houses in great location!

Wow! We loved these two cottages that were impeccably designed and decorated. Such beautiful rooms with a truly coastal Nantucket vibe. Our group of ladies loved our long weekend here. Houses were super clean, and you can see the ocean from both cottages. You can walk to town from here, but there is a dedicated parking spot which was wonderful. Would highly recommend you book this place!!

Great location and stay

The place was very clean and they set a nice ambiance with some music and chocolates! The location couldn’t be much better and everything was very new. Only thing I didn’t realize was I had booked two cottages and not one unit with four bedrooms and 3 baths. Turned out to work out just as well though. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location and adorable home!

The place was absolutely adorable and so clean! The beds were wonderful to sleep on and we had everything we needed. We loved the speakers that connected throughout the house. It was so nice to be within walking distance of downtown too! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Thanksgiving on Nantucket

This is the second year we have rented from Theresa. We loved it last year and loved it even more this year! Her cottages are very comfortable and well equipped. Great location and beautifully decorated. We look forward to our next stay.

Clean, cozy and convenient

Cottage interiors were spotless upon arrival. Beds/bedding were very comfortable, and you cannot ask for a better location. Only minor complaint is the yard was complete thick muck the entire stay but perhaps that was to be expected given our rainy spring, and during the course of our stay we say several rats running around the area the trash is stored in. A quick chat with a neighbor revealed this is just a problem in that area due to the close proximity to the water. Also have to say we enjoyed the artist that lived across the street. In our many trips to the island, we have stayed at 10 different rental houses and this was far and away the very best. All the luxury and amenities of a hotel for a fraction of the cost.

Wonderful Stay!

This was my 2nd visit to the property and everything was spotless when we arrived. You can’t beat the location and Theresa was extremely responsive throughout. I’d highly recommend staying her with a group.

Modern, Clean and Cozy

We had a wonderful stay in two cottages. Elizabeth and Millie. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Theresa. She was fabulous. We noticed there was a loose door hinge on the balcony door.. I called Theresa so she would know it happened before our stay. Within five minutes two people arrived and fixed the problem. We were very impressed! The cottages had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, cozy blankets, sheets and towels provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed; new appliances, a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker all the way down to plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The location and view was perfect. We didn’t use the loft as a sleeping space because it was about 10 feet high and the ladder was too steep. That was our only disappointment. Other than that it was completely perfect and can’t wait to stay again!

My family and I stayed at eh house for a week and loved it the house was beautiful, clean and cozy. Perfect size. The location to the center and beach were great. We walked everywhere. I will stay here again!

Beautiful Cottages, Convenient Location

We recently rented two of the cottages for a wedding and really enjoyed our time. The cottages were very clean, with all of the modern amenities you could hope for. They are conveniently located close to town and it was easy to get to most places we needed to go. The beds were very comfortable and you can see the ocean from one of the bedrooms. I would recommend these to anyone looking for an up to date spot to stay near town.

Classy, upscale, and well-managed harbor property

Our group thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend spent at the beginning of April in both harbor cottages. Our impressions on the property itself, the location, and its management are included below. The Property Both cottages are in absolutely pristine condition. Brand new, high-quality appliances, modern furnishings and decor, as well as unique additions (e.g., Sonos stereo system, iPods) make for a very comfortable stay. Both kitchens are well-stocked with new cooking equipment - pots and pans, knives, dish and glassware, etc. - as well as the necessary consumables - dish and laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Rooms are spacious with lots of natural light and brief harbor views. Cabinetry and furniture is well-built and modern. The Location Both cottages are on the east-side of town - a ten-minute walk or less to the ferry and the Stop-and-Shop. Across the street is a public grass lot for sports which gives way to a narrow beach. Further to the east is a local fish market, and small shopping center with a bakery and sandwich shop. The cottages are tucked into a quaint neighborhood. Yard space is relatively tight but both cottages have patios and grills. The Management The manager of the property is extremely accommodating and easy to work and communicate with. She responds to messages promptly and is upfront and informative regarding specific requests. The description of the cottages and the posted pictures are very accurate. We would not hesitate in recommending this property to our friends and family who want to experience both Nantucket town and the natural surroundings.
