   Bienvenido a Casa Rosa, una hermosa casa frente al mar con espectaculares vistas del Caribe. Casa Rosa tiene todo el confort y las comodidades que está buscando, pero es muy asequible. Ubicado lo suficientemente cerca de la ciudad para mayor comodidad y lo suficientemente lejos para escapar de los turistas. Perfecto para dos personas.

Casa Rosa consta de tres apartamentos, cada uno con su propia cocina y baño. La casa principal de abajo tiene dos dormitorios, ambos con camas queen size. Arriba hay un amplio estudio. Esta enorme habitación tiene una cama queen, cocina con mesa y sillas, baño grande y una sala de estar con un pequeño sofá. Hay una gran cubierta envolvente frente al océano para tomar el sol y espectaculares vistas al océano. Aquí puede relajarse con una bebida fría mirando los lugares de interés, o tomar una siesta por la tarde. Baja las escaleras para disfrutar del área de la piscina.

Casa Rosa se encuentra al final de la carretera del aeropuerto, a 20 minutos a pie o en taxi a la ciudad y Playa Norte (la playa más hermosa de las islas). Hay mucho espacio de estacionamiento frente a la casa para un carro o carrito de golf.

Fantastic spot on Isla Mujeres!

My husband and I traveled to Isla Mujeres for a vacation and booked Casa Rosa for our stay. We're so happy we did! This spot is beautiful and absolutely perfect for two people. The view is so pretty, even while sitting inside looking through the sliding glass door. Lovely patio overlooking the water, and the pool is very nice for lounging in the afternoon. It's a short walk to some good restaurants, and it's very easy to catch a cab to anywhere further away. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely stay

We had only 2 days at Casa Rosa, but they were amazing. Our studio was perfect for my husband and I. We rented a golf cart for 24 hours, although you could walk to the ferry and shops. The studio was clean, came with amazing views, and we always felt safe. There is a cute brewery 2 doors down which has yummy food. I hope we can stay there again!

Excellent stay

We were so comfortable at Casa Rosa. Cleanliness and efficiency made our stay feel like home. We usually stay at the North end but really enjoyed the central part of the island. Quaint and laid back but always lots to do. Restaurants and night life with short cab rides made it do able. And of course following island Ken’s music nights at Snappers is always a must! North Garden is another favourite for breakfast or lunch and owners Fernando and Brenda are always so welcoming.

Wonderful rental!

We absolutely loved Casa Rosa. They have everything you need indoors and out. The mid-week cleaning was unexpected but much appreciated. Loved the location and listening to the waves as well as star gazing each night. We will be back in the future!

Great Vacation

Super easy to get in the house. Taxi driver new where Casa Rosa was. The amenities were awesome. Even had float devices for the pool. Someone came mid week to clean & change out towels. The email that was sent before we hot there had detailed instructions on how to get in. Use of TV, internet.etc. This was our second year there. Never disappoints.

Great Little Studio On The Caribbean

Booked a two-night stay for after a planned week-long stay in Cancun. However, we decided the Cancun all-inclusive was not for us and booked seven days at a different VRBO the week prior. This was our first visit to Isla Mujeres, and we determined that we wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Centro and Playa Norte. We were happy to find this studio on the Caribbean side where my wife could walk down to the water's edge and search for sea glass (where she found a lot). We would love to give Casa Rosa five stars, but the problem is we stayed a true five star place in the days before. This studio certainly met our expectations, it was well stocked, and it was a great value for what we were looking for. But the interior and furnishings were outdated, and the attractiveness of the outdoor area was a little lacking (although the view of the Caribbean was outstanding). Communication was great and we would definitely stay there again. Although it was mid-island, it was still convenient to the Centro/Playa Norte area by golf cart. Thanks for allowing us to stay at Casa Rosa!

Our stay was amazing, the best part was the view! Waking up every morning to the sound of waves and sunrise was wonderful perfect for a relaxing vacation. The owners are very pro active as well as the property manager and is just a txt or call away. We didn’t need anything on our stay as everything ran smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view!!!

This property is exactly what it's advertised to be, with extras. The ocean luls you to sleep at night and wake you in the morning. You can see and hear birds fly over the ocean. The location is perfect. Far away enough from the city, but not too far to get to whatever you want. Michael and Rose respond right away to any questions. The place is cleaned mid week which is just perfect. Go see Debbie at Rosa Sarinas for dinner. Tell her David and Merritt from Georgia sent you and get ready for the best meal on the Island. Enjoy.

True paradise

I'm not sure if any amount of words can do justice to how truly amazing this experience was. Starting with our preparations for our trip - I reached out to owner (Michael) to inquire about expected pricing and timing from Cancun airport to the ferry to the property. Michael called me to discuss after I sent him my questions and we spoke a couple times. He went way above and beyond, calling to double check with the ferry and give us plenty of referrals for transport options. (We ended up cutting it close but just barely making it, but were prepared to stay in Cancun overnight if necessary). In addition to that, he helped me to understand the Covid testing protocol (you must have a negative test to return to the US) and connected me with a doctor on the island who could facilitate the rapid test. This friendly intro was just the beginning. We arrived at the truly remarkable Casa Rosa and really, words can not do justice to how perfect it is in terms of vibe, accessibility, and quality. We stayed in the studio which meant that looking out from our very comfy bed with ample pillows, you could see the ocean in all of its aquamarine glory. The studio came fully equipped with plenty of towels and linens and a nice kitchenette that was perfect for our little morning coffee and breakfast. If you aren't feeling up to cooking, it is also right next to Casa Ixchel which has a nice restaurant if you aren't up for going far and daily yoga classes. The pools at Casa Rosa (both the main floor and the penthouse) provide a nice calm place to swim, while the private beach access offers plenty of beach combing for coral and the constant comforting sound of waves. We thought the location was perfect, far enough out of the center of town to provide some peaceful respite, but only a 20 minute walk or a 50 peso taxi ride to anywhere in centro that you want to go. Michael and his staff were so amazing and accommodating. Since no one was in the penthouse we were able to use the deck and pool up there. Our flights ended up getting delayed (due to unprecedented winter weather in Texas) and Michael was able to let us stay a few extra days, so we didn't have to change hotels. We came down for our babymoon (I'm 7 months pregnant) and to honor the memory of my father who passed away a month ago, and we found true paradise. Thank you so much to Michael and Rose for making our vacation so very special. We will be back and will sing your praises from the rooftops!!

Just what I needed!

Super laid Back, clean studio, with the most amazing view, just steps to the beach. Watched the sunrise with my coffe every morning.. property management and owner checked in and were very cordial. Everything was in working condition and organized. What a fabulous trip. I will return!

Everything You Hope It Is and More

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views are incredible. There is a small beach here perfect for ocean viewing. (Swimming is not recommended on this side) We stayed in the Penthouse. The private deck and pool are such a treat and we loved having it to ourselves. The property itself faces the Caribbean, perfect for sunrise viewing. We had no issues at all. The location is perfect for getting anywhere on the island. There is parking for your golf cart or you can easily catch a cab right outside. It is away from the downtown hustle, an easy walk to Mango's Cafe or the Chedraui if you like to walk. The area is very safe. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Housekeeping came in once during our stay to freshen up. Michael was very responsive to our questions and the other person staying there is a long time returnee to this propety. We cannot wait to go back ourselves!

Perfect spot to kick back.

The studio at Casa Rosa is one of those nicely kept places with an “everything you need, nothing you don’t” kind of vibe. Clean, simple and right on the water. The posted photos are accurate – It’s on the 2nd floor and has one big room with a small kitchen area and separate bathroom with shower. There’s a narrow deck out the sliding glass door that faces the ocean with a couple of cushioned lounge chairs. It's a sweet view and this side has great light in the mornings. If you leave the sliding glass door open in the evening you are serenaded to sleep by crashing waves. The wider part of the studio deck gets sun most of the day and is also next to the studio door (and penthouse door.) We were there for 5 days and only saw the other guests a handful of times. We did get invited up to the penthouse deck (Thanks, Dave!) to see the impressive view and great rooftop pool. If you haven’t been to Isla before, it may be tough to tell on the location, but for some context you can pretty much get anywhere on the island from Casa Rosa for a $3 cab ride. (Or you can walk to Playa Norte/Central downtown in 20 mn if you want the exercise. About the same if you want to walk to Soggy Peso.) If you head south, it’s only a couple of blocks to convenience stores, Isla Brewing Co. and a little farther to grocery stores. You have options on the enjoying the beach: The Casa Rosa side of the island is rocky but scenic (bring water shoes if you want to get in). But there are a number of small sandy areas that worked nicely for a beach blanket and towels as you work your way to the north. Even in February we were usually the only people except for a few beachcombers wandering by. (So, secluded enough if you want to get rid of your tan lines.) By comparison the beach at Playa Norte is quite busy if you’re looking for a long sandy stretch of beach with more energy, restaurants and bars. The VRBO transaction went smoothly thanks to Michael who was always quick to email back with answers. Definitely recommended, looking forward to a return trip!
