 Bienvenido a Casa Rosa, una hermosa casa frente al mar con espectaculares vistas del Caribe. Casa Rosa tiene todo el confort y las comodidades que está buscando, pero es muy asequible. Ubicado lo suficientemente cerca de la ciudad para mayor comodidad y lo suficientemente lejos para escapar de los turistas.

Casa Rosa consta de tres apartamentos, cada uno con su propia cocina y baño. La casa principal de abajo tiene dos dormitorios, ambos con camas queen size. Arriba hay un amplio estudio.

El nuevo apartamento Penthouse de una habitación ya está terminado. Este apartamento ofrece un gran plano de planta abierto en el segundo nivel, que incluye un área de sala, comedor y cocina. Hay un sofá cama queen size en la sala de estar para acomodar a invitados adicionales. También tiene un balcón cubierto con vistas al frente de la casa. Hay un baño completo ubicado en este nivel. El dormitorio está ubicado en el tercer nivel, junto con un baño y medio. Salga por las puertas correderas a su terraza privada y piscina de agua salada. (LA PRIMERA PLANTA PISCINA Y LA CUBIERTA DE LA PISCINA SON PARA EL USO DE LOS CLIENTES PRINCIPALES DE LA CASA Y EL ESTUDIO Y NO SERÁN USADAS POR LOS CLIENTES DEL PENTHOUSE) Disfrute de espectaculares vistas del océano, tome el sol en las tumbonas y disfrute de una bebida fría. Esta gran terraza y piscina privadas son para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes del Penthouse.

Casa Rosa se encuentra al final de la carretera del aeropuerto, a 20 minutos a pie o en taxi a la ciudad y Playa Norte (la playa más hermosa de las islas). Hay mucho espacio de estacionamiento frente a la casa para un carro o carrito de golf.

Great location and great property

Casa Rosa is perfect for a family. We rented out the top and bottom floor and there was plenty of space to hangout together but also separately when needed. A great location and ideal to get to either end of the island.

Perfect weekend getaway

Casa Rosa is exactly as listed. I’ve had the pleasure of staying in this home a few times now and each time it’s amazing. The location is fantastic and the brewery on the corner within walking distance is a great add. Thank you.

Everything was great!

All expectations were met. Hosts were quick to respond to questions. Penthouse was perfect, had everything we needed. Location was just what we wanted. Our first time to Isla, we will definitely be back and hope that Casa Rosa will be available! Thank you Mike and Rose!

Anniversary getaway

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door and flowers, a bottle of bubbly and a note wishing us a happy anniversary were on the table. The PH was exactly as expected. It had everything we needed. It was located walking distance to great restaurants and the grocery store. If you don’t like walking, would recommend getting a golf cart or take a taxi (100 MXN) one way either direction.

Casa Rosa Penthouse

We stayed for a week in the Penthouse. We absolutely loved our time there! We really enjoyed having our own private pool! The views from the rooftop are amazing! Even thought the beach isn’t swimmable(which we knew when we rented) we enjoyed having to ourselves most of the time and looking for sea glass. You do need water shoes as it’s very rocky. I highly recommend getting a golf cart for all or at least part of your trip so you can explore the island at your convenience. Isla is a beautiful place and if we were to visit we would definitely consider staying at Casa Rosa again!

Amazing Stay

Wow! Our stay was amazing! From the amazing views, spotless Penthouse and top notch hospitality, you can not go wrong by staying here. Michael went above and beyond what I have ever encountered as a host. He suprised us with flowers and champagne as well. 1st time to the Island and we will definitely be back...and staying here. We utilized the rooftop pool daily. Pool + Ocean views - cant beat it. Plus a mid week cleaning !!! Thank you so much Michael and Rose!! Till next time!!!

Close to 5 stars

The rental was clean and nice. It was a great mid island location. It has a great view and we really enjoyed sitting or on the patio in the evenings. To push this over the top to 5 stars...we would suggest some sort of palapa or something for shade. There just isn't anything to provide shade during the day. It kind of makes the awesome patio and pool area a bit useless unless you want to sit in the sun all day long . We had a couple minor issues while we were there. First the pool was pretty low but was rectified the next day. The other thing was the front door handle kept falling off. While we mentioned it to the owner it wasn't repaired while we were there. The owners were easy to deal with and were quick to respond.

Great stay in middle of Isla

We had a great stay for a week and loved being about to walk if we wanted just a short 5 minutes to Mango Cafe, Casa Sirena or the Isla Brewery. We did end up renting a golf cart on our second day as we realized getting a taxi in the middle of the island isn't so easy unless you call for one and then they charge more. The penthouse was clean and very well taken care of, linens were changed mid stay which was nice. The view was breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Vacation Spot!

We were so thrilled with the Pent House at Casa Rosa. The location is perfect - far enough from the noises of the center of town but perfectly convenient. The condo itself was spotlessly clean, and it was so nice to be provided with tons of extra, fresh linens and towels (including beach towels) and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. I can't overstate the beauty of the rooftop deck - it's so spacious and the view is incredible. It feels so, so private. Having your very own pool up there is so perfect that we actually just spent a huge part of each day lounging around and enjoying the pool and deck. If you can, I'd recommend renting a golf cart or moped for the whole of your stay - it made it so we could enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle, but also get to it any time we wanted! There is nothing not to love about this place - we stayed at "Casa Perlita" the last time we came, and Casa Rosa is so vastly superior. Highly Recommend!

Loved the Penthouse!

My wife and I stayed in the penthouse for 3 nights after a 5 night stay on the south end with family. What a wonderful relaxing retreat! The views are awesome from the porch and the bedroom. The plunge pool was the highlight as we finished off every night with a refreshing dip. The kitchen and lower level had everything we needed and we also liked the little porch on the front side that we would sit on in the morning with our coffee. We also got to try Da Luisa next door for the first time. They delivered breakfast to our porch - what a pleasant surprise! It's away from the noise and bustle of centro but close enough to everything for convenience. Thank you Michael and Rose for sharing your lovely property with us. We'll be back!

AWESOME

My husband, I and our older son stayed in the penthouse for an incredible 6 days. It was immaculate, everything you could possibly want. What a view for your morning coffee!! Going back next year for 12 days....can't wait.
