Esta villa está situada en los terrenos del segundo hoyo del complejo de 5 estrellas Le, meridiano Penina Golf. Complementado con sus propios jardines y entrada privada con seguridad de intercomunicador, esta villa dispone de aire acondicionado, internet de banda ancha, TV vía satélite con deportes y películas disponibles. Cuenta con una piscina de 15 mtr x 3. 5 m junto con una zona de barbacoa totalmente equipada con brisa y plancha para permitir comidas o entretenimientos al aire libre las 24 horas. Diseñada en 2 niveles, esta villa cuenta con 2 dormitorios principales dobles con armarios empotrados y baño privado y otros 2 dormitorios dobles con armarios y habitaciones contiguas en suite, las habitaciones del segundo piso tienen un balcón a una terraza exterior. Todas las habitaciones han sido diseñadas individualmente con un nivel excepcionalmente alto con muebles de vidrio 'Manzana verde' y tableros laterales de diseño 'Bontempi'. Todas las habitaciones disponen de televisión por satélite totalmente integrada con plasma y TV LCD. Una caminata de 2 minutos permite el acceso a los exclusivos restaurantes y bares de los resorts de 5 estrellas.


Penina golf resort: la propiedad está situada en el complejo de 5 estrellas de Le Meridian, las instalaciones se pueden utilizar pero incurrirán en tarifas y cargos del hotel. El Penina Golf Resort es un campo de golf de campeonato que celebra eventos como el abierto portugués, las instalaciones incluyen tenis y gimnasio. También hay una parrilla y restaurante.

Fuera de casa: a 3 km de la playa, a 5 km de Praia da Rocha, a 1 km de algunos bares y restaurantes, y a 5 minutos en coche del centro comercial local. Amazing villa

The whole family loved this villa (4 adults 2 children), from its amazing pool to its excellent spaces to sit, chill and eat. Each day we stayed here was a pleasure. Very peaceful great location 10min drive from good beaches and towns. Vicky is a excellent host and every question we asked was answered very quickly. We will be back. 😀

Amazing villa, huge pool

This is the best villa we've ever stayed in, and we've been on many villa holidays! The pool is superb - even bigger than it looks in the photos and a lovely temperature. It's also very deep so the kids loved diving and jumping in. The outdoor seating area is also fab. The rooms are huge, beds really comfortable and the villa was cleaned twice during our 2 week stay. Vicky answered all our questions really promptly. We'll be back!

Really lovely Villa

We all had a fantastic time at this Villa, the Villa is so large and spacious with everything you need there. The outside cook out area got a fair bit of use, the pool is wonderful and because of the size of the villa, the two families together we were with did not feel on top of each other. I have stayed more centrally in Alvor before but I preferred being able to jump in a taxi (which were not expensive) for meals out and then come back for peace and quiet. Will be rebooking for next year.

Fantastic stay at a fabulous villa with a great host

We had a fantastic 10 day trip to the villa in August 2024, with our family of four plus two grandparents. The villa was spotless, luxurious and had everything we needed during our stay. The highlight most definitely being the heated and very large swimming pool, which my boys used to the maximum - even learning how to dive from their parents. I only wish we had invited more people to enjoy this vast property and its lovely grounds and facilities. Vicky is a fantastic host and responded day and night to our various questions. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family for future visits.

Beautiful villa, gardens and pool

This is a beautiful villa set in lovely well maintained gardens with a fabulous pool and outside cooking and dining facilities. It has a very well equipped kitchen and top quality satellite tv, audio and wi-fi equipment. The bedrooms are spacious and very well fitted with lovely en-suite bathrooms. It was perfect for our family holiday of eight adults.

relaxing, beautiful home

home was just as described ,modern decoration plenty of crockery, and facilities and comfy beds . 3 generations staying in one household we all had our own space !grandmothers liked the sofas by the outside kitchen in the shade !, of course its on the 2nd green of a wonderful golf course which hubby and son in law enjoyed .Only a few minutes drive to 2 large supermarkets , 5 minutes to Alvoir .Grace recommended a little family restaurant 5 mins drive filled with local we had a fab night and returned in our second week .Pool is a great size and clean. highly recommend this home and Vicky was fab in her directions and communications even got us some fans as it was exceptionally hot for our first few days .

Stunning villa, will visit again!

We booked this villa due to the proximity to the Penina Hotel as we got married there. It was perfect, a little bit more than we wanted to spend but so glad we did. The rooms and beds are very comfortable with modern decoration, the villa equipped with everything you need. The outside BBQ area is just fantastic, some days we stayed out there all day as no need to come back inside the villa. Lots of places to choose from to sit inside and outside and the 6 of us plus 2 children got lost in such a large space. As we were getting married we had people arriving at different times popping in to say hello and everybody was wowed! The setting is amazing, the birds flying around in the trees provide a gorgeous sound in the mornings. With a car you can get to the supermarket in 5 mins, Alvor in less than 10mins and the Penina is situated on the N125 which is the main road right along the Algarve so portimao, Lagos, Villamorra etc are all in easy reach. Hope to visit again as had such a brilliant stay and a perfect wedding! Will never forget

Really lovely villa

We have just arrived back from our second holiday in this villa and were just as pleased as last time although we were a bit disappointed that BBC &. ITV we're not available this year. Grace who looks after the villa is an angel and as arrived late due to delayed flight she still waited for us with a smile and some very welcome supplies. Vicky who owes the villa is always at the end of the phone and any problems were sorted as quickly as possible. The birds are amazing and you feel safe .We had friends staying nearby and they could not believe the position and the whole villa and gardens.we will be returning next year as it is so central for all the golf courses restaurants and beaches.

Excellent and highly recommended

There's not too much that can be added to the other positive reviews you will see from others here. We've travelled a fair amount and stayed in many highly regarded 5* hotels, this villa offers the same standard of luxury. The description and photos undersell the villa if anything. Its big, in a quiet location, fabulously equipped and maintained. We plan to use the villa again so thats about as good a recommendation you can get.

Just Fabulous!!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Vicky's villa and it is without doubt the best we have stayed in yet. From the moment I contacted Vicky, all communication was clear and concise. Once the final bill had been paid, Vicky sent me excellent directions and a map of the Algarve which effortlessly guided us to our luxury destination with ease. The drive from the airport is only 30 mins and Vicky was on hand at all times over the phone to answer any questions or queries. When we arrived, Grace the housekeeper met us, showed us around and went through how everything worked (at this stage the kids had already jumped in the pool!!!) The house really is impeccable, well maintained and beautifully furnished. It is especially well equipped in the kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots and pans and an amazing fridge with water dispenser. Sky TV was also a real bonus for the kids when they just wanted to chill out!! It is also huge, with no-one overlooking you except the occasional golfer jumping out of their golfing buggy. We holiday with another family of 4 and at no point did we feel cramped in, there was space to escape if so desired. Outside there is an amazing BBQ kitchen and covered eating area, both of which were well used. It was lovely lounging on the poolside sofa watching the kids play in the pool as the sun went down, the pool being the villas best asset. It is huge, very clean and a perfect temperature. Alvor town is a 5 minute drive away and boasts some lovely restaurants, Faustinos Steakhouse being particularly good. The beach at Alvor is beautiful and if you take a walk of about 1.5 miles east towards the cliffs, you will find some amazing swimming coves and caves for great exploring. Our favourite restaurant of the holiday turned out to be an Alvor beachside restaurant called Windsurf, fantastic service and great food. Locally there are plenty of supermarkets for groceries, the nearest and biggest being Continente on the Portimao road. As an added thought for any cyclists, our husbands took their roadbikes for the duration and notched up some serious miles in the hills on Monchique each morning, perfect but hard cycling for any enthusiasts. In summary, if you're thinking about this villa as a holiday option, you won't be disappointed and if you're booked in to go already, you're in for a real treat. Highly recommended. WOW what a stunning villa

Have been renting villas for 15 years and this is the best we have been to the villa and grounds are amazing can not wait to go back wish we were there now. The interior is so tastefully done could have stayed there forever. Had a wonderful time and Grace the housekeeper is fab very friendly and can't do enough for you. Only bad thing was having to come home. Alvor is 5 mins away and a lovely town. Hope to see you next year :o)

Amazing.....

What an amazing Villa.... The pictures looked amazing on the the internet.. but when you arrive it takes your breath away! everything you need in the villa and more!... The villa is large enough to all have your own space if you are staying with friends.... the breeze room is lovely for eating outside in evenings sitting next to the HUGE pool... We only went out for dinner twice the whole time we were there.The supermarkets are only 5 mins drive away and seemed a lot cheaper than England...Alvor again is only 5 mins drive away for eating and shopping a lovely town. if you like running there is a good 3 mile flat loop you can go round many times!! The girls in our party went pony trekking twice as it was such good fun (10 min drive) The boys went Dune Buggying amazing (50 mins drive) also went to local water park and had a great time, so lots to do if you have children and don't mind a little drive out.. all these places can be found on internet while you are there. The Villa had cleaners come in twice while we were there with fresh lovely soft towels. Grace the housekeeper is lovely and always on hand if you have any questions. (which we didn't) Vicky was great in UK in communicating details of villa sending directions etc and checking we had anything we needed when we were there... Thank you for a GREAT holiday.... We will be back!!

Home from home - but better!

Had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful home, with my husband , and daughter (7 and three quarters) and son, 11. Clearly much more than a rental property, this was built and furnished with care and attention to detail. Acres of space inside and out. Safe and stylish allowing it to appeal to children, young adults, and those approaching their prime!!! Felt privildeged to be allowed the run of the house, from top notch appliances etc in the kitchen, to the nice little touches of "Sanctuary Spa" soaps and hand creams in the multitude of loos and bathrooms. Would appeal to those who really want to wind down and chill with a cold glass of wine -no need to go out as fab supermarket 5 mins drive. Alvor and it's miles of beaches 10 mins in the car and great for mixed ability golfers - all catered for at one of three courses at the Pennina hotel. More details about local "eateries" would have been welcomed..and how to work out the t.v. and bose sound sytems would have been useful. Grace the housekeeper very helpful and efficient. Pool maintainance and landscape gardeners also in attendance to keep this home super spruced up. Lovely to find DVDs and games to play in the shade with the children. Keep this little gem under your hat guys - I want to able to go again !

Out of this world!!!

Having visited the wonderful town of Alvor since 1995, and bestowed its many qualities to family and friends, we decided to rent a villa this year as there were 8 adults and one child in our party. From the initial contact with the owner Vicky, she was most helpful in every way and made the booking such an easy experience. The pictures certainly don't do this beautiful villa justice, as soon as we arrived we were met with the "Wow Factor". It is beautifully maintained and all our needs were catered for, Vicky was truly so helpful in supplying a fold out bed for our 7 year old daughter. You truly are enveloped in sheer luxury, from the personal touch of a complimentary food and drink pack on arrival, to the glorious surroundings of the pool and outside living area. This villa is sheer perfection and I would have no hesitation in recommending that it remain number one on a large party's booking list! I have done, and will continue to recommend this villa both to friends here in Ireland and the UK and hope to return again soon. Nothing compares even slightly to this! SUPERB!

Having stayed in many good quality hotels abroad in the past we decided to try something different by taking our grown up ‘kids’ with us this year as we both have ‘big’ birthdays to celebrate. Our first achievement was to get them to all agree to come, and then we had to find a suitable property to rent. This villa is truly stunning. From the moment you drive up to the secure entrance gates you cannot fail to be impressed by the imposing sight of the house and its surroundings. Once inside the feeling of spaciousness continues. What the photos cannot capture, however, is the peace and tranquillity and the open spaces all around the villa. Although there were 8 of us in our party there were plenty of places for each of us to go for our own private area if required or for all of us to have fun together in the magnificent pool. Quality fittings, beds and furnishings all contributed to make our stay memorable. Once settled we didn’t find the need to venture far but did visit, and enjoyed nearby Portimao and Alvor. The ‘men’ among us also sampled a couple of rounds of 9 holes of golf in the nearby Penina resort – great courses. We appreciated Vicky’s enthusiastic assistance when organising our holiday and once there the housekeeper Grace was very pleasant and helpful. One thing to remember is that a car is essential as none of the resorts (or the supermarket) are realistically close enough to walk to. We usually make a point of visiting a holiday destination once only but this is one place that we all agreed we’d gladly to return to. A lovely week with glorious weather thrown in! Fantastic!!

Having seen the photos on the website we were expecting a great villa - it didnt dissappoint and is actually better in the 'flesh'. Everyone in our party loved the villa. The villa is great value - you would probably pay double for this if was on the Val de Lobo side of the Algarve and at this place the golf course is literally on the doorstep The peaceful location was great for us as it was away from the hustle & bustle of Alvor but only a five minute drive into the resort. The largest supermarket (Continente) is also a 3 minute drive away Everything we needed for our stay at the villa was provided. There were 7 adults in our party with 2 hire cars which we were able to park in the garage overnight to keep them out of the heat. Once we have saved our pennies we would love to visit again!!!

Great Villa

Having stayed in the grounds of the penina resort before we were delighted to find another villa to go and visit and we were not disappointed. The villa is huge with every convenience you could wish for. The outside spaces were terrific - unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying them all however had the sun been shining all week we would have spent very little time in the main house and all our time in the outside living spaces and outside kichen, all of which are funished beautifully - Vicky the owner was really helpful throughout the booking process and Grace the housekeeper was around if we had needed anything whilst there. We would definitely return. many thanks Vicky
