Bienvenido a mi retiro urbano de Shoreditch.

Este hermoso apartamento en el sótano se encuentra en una casa original de Spitalfields Silkweavers en una tranquila calle adoquinada dentro del área de conservación de Redchurch Street.

Una excelente ubicación a la vuelta de la esquina de las grandes tiendas de Redchurch Street y Brick Lane con todos los restaurantes, bares y galerías de Shoreditch y Spitalfields. El maravilloso mercado de flores de Columbia Road también se encuentra a poca distancia.

We enjoyed having our own outdoor space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice to have good appliances and lots of room to unpack. Also enjoyed the towel warmer in the bathroom

Great flat and wonderful host!

Evon’s flat in Shoreditch was the perfect home base for our trip to London. It’s located on a quiet street about a block away from all the action of the Shoreditch neighborhood - cool shopping, restaurants, pubs and cocktail bars. Evon was an excellent host and made us feel so welcome in her home. She prepared the flat early for our arrival and was there to greet us with some lovely snacks and lots of recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood and advice on how to get around. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone and would gladly stay there again upon my next trip to London.

Great little place

Evon was a fantastic host. The studio is perfect for staying a week or two. The area is near so much stuff to do and is very eclectic. No real complaints, would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable, great location, kind host

We loved our stay here. Evon greeted us upon arrival and showed us the space and gave numerous recommendations for the area as well as a booklet of references. She also helped us navigate public transportation and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We loved having access to a washing machine inside the unit and the location was so quiet considering its close proximity to the heart of shoreditch. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place is really at the center of Shoreditch yet on a very quiet side street. Very clean place and extremely comfortable bed. Perfect for 2 people and Evon was a great host!

Stayed here for a week in Summer, great location, just around corner from all of Shoreditch's main attractions but in a quiet culdesac so one can escape. Nice out door patio is a bonus, very comfy bed and super awesome owner.

Great apartment, location and host!!

This apartment is located on a quiet street in Shoreditch, steps from great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and markets; all the sites you'd want to check out! And it's a short walk to bus, tube and overground service to get you to other parts of London. The apartment is modern and well put together, perfect for two people. Evon is a terrific host with great advice on the neighbourhood and how best to get around London. We spent six nights and will definitely rebook when we return to London. Go for it!!

Charming, Comfortable & Convenient

Unfortunately, we only had 2 nights to spend here. It was the perfect place. Close to where our daughter is living while studying abroad but slightly off the beaten path so it was a bit more quiet than another option we looked at. Really convenient to the bus and train, as well as walkable shopping and restaurants. Evon was great. She stocked the unit with supplies and plenty of maps and info on the area. Bed was comfy. Really enjoyed staying here.

Cosy flat with multiple transport options

Great landlord and very accommodating. Found reviews on another site that provide great feedback for a "Shoreditch, Brick Lane studio flat." Evon provided me with everything that I needed to settle into the flat and to London. She even took me around the neighbourhood to tell me stories and show me the best spots to go to for drinks and food. The flat is comfortable and convenient to everything in Shoreditch with public transportation a few minutes walk away. Extremely useful flat for business or pleasure including wifi and small outdoor garden to relax in. Couldn't have asked for a better host than Evon or a better flat to spend time around the hip East London area.

a lovely basement flat

this flat is in a great location off Brick lane in Shoreditch London. Probably grooviest most fashionable London district. the flat was extremely clean and well appointed. the host was great. very warm welcome and lots of great tips for things to do and find nearby. the local area is fantastic in terms of bars, restaurants, markets and art galleries as well as clubs and music venues. also the location is very good for travel links into central London and out to airports.
