Esta es una unidad final en el piso superior de las unidades 2br sin ningún otro condominio encima de usted, 7 ° piso frente al mar con impresionantes vistas en una de las partes más tranquilas y limpias de la playa en jaco. Todos los muebles se compraron nuevos en 16/02. Estás justo al lado del complejo de casino Crocs y tienes acceso a todas las comodidades allí (piscinas, restaurantes, bares, discoteca, spa). Tenemos estacionamiento privado cerrado en el sitio y al lado. La unidad es de 1500 pies cuadrados, incluido el gran balcón que ofrece vistas increíbles. Hay asientos de mesa para 6 sillas reclinables, mecedoras y un sofá para relajarse. Llegar a la ciudad es solo una caminata de 10 minutos o un viaje en taxi de $ 2, por lo que no es necesario tener un automóvil. Jaco tiene docenas de restaurantes, bares, tiendas de surf y cosas para hacer sin necesidad de embarcar. Todos los alquileres de 1 mes o más excluyen el costo de la electricidad. The place was as advertised! Clean and spacious, Great views from the balcony with calming sound of the ocean. The kitchen is well stock with appliances and dishes. When i had a question. Richard responded back quickly! The guards and everyone that worked their were very helpful. The guards called for our taxi's and we never waited more minutes. Having Dream Makers handling our excursions was the right move. Door to door service and having Croc's next door was a winner. I plan to to return. Special Thanks To out to Hosts!

We spent an extended Labor Day weekend at the condo, and it was exactly what we were looking for! It is located in a quiet area of Jaco, but a very short walk into town. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need including all the kitchen gadgets, pool towels, cooler and camp chairs. The balcony is huge, especially when you compare it to other condo buildings in the area. Having the flexibility to casually relax by the condo pool with our own music and a cooler, or going next door to the casino's pool with music and a bar, was a nice benefit. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely stay again when we return to Jaco!

This is our second stay at this fabulous property and we had a fabulous time. The pounding surf backdrop 24-7 wasa lullaby for adults. Coffee every morning on the massivebalcony while early morning people watching is simply thebest.Then there is Crocs,The Palms partner in good timeswith good food, good drinks and a good pool complex.

Loved being outside of town but close enough to get around easily. The balcony area was huge and the sounds from the ocean can be heard all night even with doors close. It was magical. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this location Nov18-Dec 4 2024. Excellent location. Very clean and well stocked! The property management group were amazing and helped us organize our tours ahead of time. The staff at the property and at the Crocs Casino Resort were professional and gracious. We had a wonderful vacation.

I can only rave about our stay at The Palms. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the location was great, there are great places to eat nearby. Honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience and give our stay a 10 out of 10! Perfection!

Ideal for family vacation

Exactly as described! The condo is comfortable, has all the amenities, great air conditioning, lovely art work, close to restaurants and feels very safe. The view from the balcony is the best part. Saw gorgeous sunsets, a full moon lighting up the ocean and the beauty of a thunderstorm. Just hanging out on the balcony with my binoculars,I saw at least 15 different bird species, two iguanas, several squirrels. Took long walks on the beach. Property management fantastic to work with - arranging tours and responding to our queries without delay ( thanks esp to Roger and Jess). Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

This place was great! Perfect location, property exceeded expectations. Very large covered deck with great sunset views. We were there over new year's and we had a bird's eye view of the fireworks. Seriously, the best view in Jaco! Everyone at Dreamaker's was so easy and helpful to work with. Richard was super helpful with any questions I had. I cannot recommend this property enough. I would come back in a heartbeat!

This unit looks exactly as featured in the online photos! Outstanding location with access to The Croc's resort next door and close to downtown Jaco! There is room for a little improvement with providing guests with simple spices such as salt & pepper, laundry pods and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser rather than having to go into town to purchase. Other than that, it was good, memorable time in Jaco, Costa Rica.

The Perfect Condo

The condo at Jaco was exactly as described and the views were spectacular. This area of the beach is peaceful and a short distance from downtown. The condo is well maintained and has plenty of amenities. The pool is very relaxing and you can use the pool at the adjacent Crocs Hotel and Casino. The only minor downside is parking if you have a rental but the guard can always find you a spot near the building and we had no issues there.

Excellent Jaco Beach Property!

I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay on Jaco beach. The pictures matched the property. Very well stocked kitchen utensils/pans/appliances. Very clean unit. Appliances were top notch. Very handy to have a washer/dryer as part of the unit. The shared pool at Croc's Resort was spectacular. We had a great stay at this condo and plan to come back next year.

Great Pacific views in the quiet side of Jaco

Very clean, excellent coastal views from 7th floor balcony. Huge balcony, comfortable furniture. Kitchen well-equipped. Every bowl had a lid that fit it. AC worked great. A lighter coverlet for MBR would be much more comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

Best condo on the beach!

Words can’t express how truly amazing our stay at this condo was! The unit is beautiful, tons of space and everything we needed was available somewhere in a cupboard. Beds were comfy, lots of air conditioner units, and rainforest showers were a treat. Highlight was the balcony with the most amazing view of the ocean. Our kiddos loved eating on the patio and watching whales off on the distance. We fell asleep every night to the sound of crashing waves. We loved having access to the Crocs pool next door but also made good use of the pools at the condo unit. Communication from owner and property manager was excellent. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Jaco.

Amazing views of the pacific and sunsets. Being high up on the 7th floor you have privacy and a nice breeze. Huge balcony with room for eating and lounging.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You get to use the pool at the resort next door which boasts the largest pool in Jaco with fountains, lounge chairs even in the pool, a slide, full service bars and restaurants. There is even a full service Spa and Nightclub. Lots of slot machines and table games too. You will be given a wrist band which allows you to use the pools just as if you were staying at that resort, but for a lot less money.
