This is a BEACHFRONT condo located on the 13th floor with direct access to Jaco Beach. The condo features an oversized terrace (fully furnished: solid wood reclining chairs, dining set, patio furniture) where you can enjoy unrivalled views of Jaco Bay and take in the sunrises and sunsets.

This is a corner unit with glass deck railing - maximizing your spectacular views of the Bay, ocean, mountain and jungle - it will not disappoint.

This open plan 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6 (1 king; 2 doubles) has been recently renovated and redecorated (both washrooms have walk-in showers).
The kitchen is fully equipped:- stainless steel appliances, granite counters and modern cabinetry.
Comfortable beds, high quality bed linens, flat-screen televisions, air conditioning throughout and an in-unit laundry room with washer/dryer is at your disposal. Cable TV and WiFi access are included - perfect for your WFH sessions.
The unit is very spacious (some 140 sq m / 1,500 sq. ft) and the location of the building provides you with the best of all worlds: privacy, tranquility, breathtaking views and warm ocean waters.

Enjoy the ocean views or fall asleep to the sound of rolling waves, from the large master bedroom with private en-suite.

The unit is located in Breakwater Point, a newer development on the quiet end (North) of Jaco Beach, only 15 minute walk to the town center where you will find many restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets and tourist shopping.

Will Keep Coming Back

This was our second stay here and it was better than the first. It has unbelievable views and beach access and the unit is extremely clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the owners are very responsive and helpful with everything. Highly recommend

What can we say but WOW this place is in a fantastic location and is well maintained inside and out. A 20 minute walk takes you into town to grocery shop at Mas X Menos and then if you need a taxi home they are right there outside the store. Taxis are reasonable, we stuck with the red cars with the yellow triangle door sign as they are all metered. The pictures of 1303 are accurate and if we had any questions a quick e/mail to Kevin and it was addressed. The only negative to this is not the condo but rather the weekend men’s party house next door We were here for 8-weeks and there were weekends where you had to stay indoors during the day while they were partying. Bring your ear plugs. Even though, we would have rented again next year however, our dates were already booked.

Amazing stay

This was my second time staying at this unit and as always it is amazing. The views and location are second to non and the condo is in immaculate condition. Anyone traveling to Costa Rica should stay at this location. Thank you Kevin for everything. Can’t wait to be back in a few months. Pura vida!!!

Fantastic Property and Location

Spent ten days here and it is a perfect location and the accommodations are excellent. The grounds are meticulously maintained with easy access to the beach. Owner was very responsive and assisted with any questions I had. The views from the balcony are incredible and a perfect spot to unwind with a drink at the end of the day. The location is very quiet and away from the bustle of town. Perfect for anyone looking to get away and relax. Highly recommended!

Great spot

This property was worth it just for the view from the patio. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, etc. The pool is just out back and the beach is just beyond that. There are a lot of shops and restaurants about 5 minutes away. We had a great time.

The location, property and condo was just as the pictures show... but better! We had a wonderful relaxing week and enjoyed the view from the balcony, living room and bedroom. We were lullabied each night by the ocean waves. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

The place looks marvelous in pictures and is even better in person. Large space with very nice, comfortable furniture. Every thing is updates, great showers, large kitchen with pretty much anything you need included. The balcony is amazing, huge with an incredible view. The building pool is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs included. Right on the beach with two beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit. Building in quiet area and there is a wonderful restaurant across the street. Kevin is super responsive. Highly recommend this unit!

Beach paradise!

This place was heavenly! It was our first stop in Costa Rica, and where we spent our anniversary. It definitely did not disappoint! The AC worked phenomenally (I was actually cold at times!) And the view - like something straight out of a painting! There is a little restaurant across the street. Its a little pricey for the fare, but convenient. Other restaurants and shops are only a short drive away. The security guard was also very friendly. I didnt want to leave!

This condo was more than advertised! The setting is overlooking the beach from the 13th floor we enjoyed the large patio..perfect for having a glass of wine, watching the sunset and watching the macaws flying over. The host,Kevin, watching the sunset,also contacted us several times to make sure everything was up to expectations. You can’t go wrong with this one

Perfect home for the week

We loved staying at Breakwater point! The locstion was great. We walked into town daily and it was nice to have a few restaurants right near by. We were able to pack light because there is laundry in this unit. We really appreciated the a/c when coming in from the heat! My favorite was drinking my coffee and reading on the amazing balcony. Everything was perfect!

Great condo - beautiful ocean views

Fantastic location on the north end of Jaco away from the busyness of the town. Very quiet, even on the weekend the beach was not crowded. Condo was clean and the security guys were all friendly and quick to know who was staying at the building. We were here only 3 days and regret we did not have more time to spend in Jaco.

Perfect location

The view is absolutely amazing! It is close enough to walk into town (20 minutes to however long you want!) but far enough for peace and quiet. The condo’s air conditioning is in excellent condition, and the ceiling fans add a very nice touch! The blackout blinds do a great job of keeping out the heat. The beds are super comfy and the outdoor furniture as well. It was also nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer. We ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly and never had dishwasher pods - I messaged the owner and got toilet paper the next day! No dishwasher pods though - more soap. That would be fine if the sink had a plug that holds the water… anyway, did the best we could! El Mangler restaurant is perfectly placed - many meals to choose from so you can return! It would have been nice to have a few spices (had salt and pepper) and oil, but we survived! You can’t sweat the small stuff when in paradise!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks for our 25th anniversary and we loved everything about this condo, location, service, and beautiful view. We will definitely go back. The food and all the people we met were amazing. I would recommend this condo and also this area of Jaco. Very quiet and intimate place for couples looking to escape.

Awesome condo!

We spent a week here. It was perfect! Close enough to town to walk yet far enough away you felt like the beach was your own private beach. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. The security guys were very friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Costa Rican Romantic Getaway

This Condo in Jaco located at the far North end of the beach is definitely a gem. We have been to CR 5 times now and our second time in Jaco in 2023. This 2BR unit on the 13th floor at Breakwater has a great ocean front view from a large balcony. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and a nice kitchen with appropriate appliances. The building had very friendly security personnel as well. The pool was well maintained and clean as well. The owners answered all our questions in advance, and we had no difficulty checking into the complex. There was also a nice bar and restaurant directly across the street. What we really liked was being away from the main strip of Jaco which can get a little noisy and crowded on the weekends. But you can walk there where many restaurants and night life await. Jaco is not short of obtaining anything and we find the people very nice. One small item though is you have a small private home right next to Breakwater and it gets rented out to small groups of families but also bachelor parties and other groups of "younger" people. A group of young men took over the home on a Friday blasting their EDM playlist for a few hours which was very disrespectful to the other condos around there. However, Jaco has a strict noise ordinance after 10:00 and they were quiet into the night. We didn't hear from them after Friday. We would definitely come back to this building and specifically this unit.

Beautiful View

We had an excellent stay in Jaco. We loved that this building is on the outskirts of the busy part of town. Very quiet with a perfect view. The unit was clean, spacious, and well cared for. Our kids played non stop in the natural lazy river that flows right in front of the building. The grounds are well kept and theres even a delicious restaurant right across the street that is way cheaper than everything in town. Try eating at the local places up in the hills too! Excellent CR food at non tourist prices. There were some sudden maintainance issues with the building that were out of the hosts control yet he still went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right for us without me even asking for anything. Truly one of the best hosts I've ever experienced. And Nelson, one of the gate guards, is just the friendliest man you could ever meet. If you're lucky enough to be welcomed by him it will start your stay in the best way! Great location, great apartment, great host! Local Recomendations: El Miro hike, Chiclets Ziplining, Rancho Manuel (try the watermelon juice!)

What an amazing stay

My wife and I traveled to Costa Rica and had an amazing trip. Our host Kevin was fantastic and was always available to answer all of our questions. Our condo was incredible. It was very spacious, clean and was fully equipped with everything. The view from the balcony might be the best in Jaco beach. The security guards were great and very accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We will definitely be back.

STUNNING VIEW!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our week stay!!! The condo itself was beautiful and had all the amenities. The view of the Pacific Ocean was gorgeous from the huge balcony. Also anytime we needed anything, Kevin was there to help. He had a quick response time and was always ready to help. We will definitely be coming back!!! 🏖️

Very nice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breakwater Point. Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and all the amenities for life near the water. The place feels safe with a friendly security staff, and the pool and grounds are lovely and well cared for. Our favorite part of our stay was sitting on the lanai, enjoying the breezes, birds, and tides.
