Hello Dear Maurizio, Thank you for your message. In all the areas of Scopello, the private roads to the access to the villas, are countryside roads, here isn't possible use cement. All the main roads are in cement. In particular in this case, there are about 200 meters of countryside roads, not good only for sport cars, that usually any guest doesn't travel or rent. About distances: The villa is set less of 3 km from "Cala Alberello" set close the Markets (maybe you didn't go) and 3.5 km from the bigger beach of Scopello called "Guidaloca". In 15 minutes you reach the most distant beaches. These are the medium distances from all the new and recently villas with private pool of the area. Scopello is very small with only 4 main roads.

Beautiful villa in beautiful location

Our villa was top quality in every way. From the warm welcome and very informative greeting/ongoing contact throughout our holiday from Salvatore, to the extensive outside areas for eating, relaxing and simply enjoying the incredible views we could not have asked for better holiday accommodation. The interior of the villa is spacious, stylishly furnished with local Sicilian tiling and ceramics. There is nothing we could fault. Scopello itself is an extremely tranquil and beautiful village with lots of excellent cafes, bars and restaurants. We ate there once every day for a week and never tired of things to try on different menus. The local patisserie is incredible - castetellar (?), genovese being two of our favourites. It would be possible to put on a lot of weight - but would be well worth it! Scopello is ideally situated for days at the Zingaro Nature Reserve - the beaches are stunning and quiet (in April - apparantly not so in the Summer) and there's a great path for hiking and just taking in the views. For day trips we only went to Erice - a medieval hilltop village (with famous patisserie!) and Segeste where there is a veryimpressive Ancient temple and amphitheatre. Both were under an hour away and an easy drive. Because the villa, Scopello and the immediate surrounding area were so perfect we didn't really bother going anywhere else! If you want peace in beautiful surroundings in a quietly glamorous location with friendly locals then this is the place for you!

Magnifique !

Merveilleuse vue sur la mer le jour et sur toute la baie de Castellamare la nuit. Endroit tranquille et reposant. La maison est comme neuve. Il nous a manqué un four dans la cuisine. On a eu du mal à partir de cet endroit magique.

Paradise!

Enchanting place, like Paradise on Earth: the most extraordinary view over the sea and the mountains. The house is very comfortable, well designed, kitchen fully furnished, good mattresses in the bedrooms, big main room whith huge windows. Lovely terrace. The garden is isolated from a (tiny) country road so you don't have to worry for the kids. Absolute calm and peace. Salvatore was very helpful, organised and welcoming, the car he rented us was juste fine (modern Fiat).

Fantastic Luxury Villa!!!

Don't hesitate to stay here- you will enjoy a really fancy , well equipped and stylish place where you can feel yourself like at home and at the same time at the new place where everything is made specially for you!.We really spent unforgettable time at this villa. Great see view from the terrace ,sunset on the Gulf of Castellamare and Beuatifull Village of Scopello and Tonnara. Reserva Zingaro is near to go there to spend a whole day and remember the whole life! The villa with it's 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is very comfortable. Everything you want you can find here! Barbecue outside helps you to cook delicious fish which you can bye at the "porto turistico" in Castellamare del Golfo( early in the morning from 7-9 a.m. you can find fishermens selling there catch)very chip and tasty-beginninig from 5 EURO per kilo!!! Many many thanks to Salvatore for his warm attitude to us !He welcomed us like his friends and gave us great support during our stay!Salvatore also provided pick-up service which was very helpfull- The driver met us at the airport after midnight (it was included in the price, which was very reasonable and rather chip)we have no any problem with the car during our trip and we were very surprised how many pieces we can put in this small Panda! I highly recommend this property to all kind of tourists !!! Liked best: Location , view ,clean and comfortable house

A beautiful house with an amazing view

We stayed in the villa for a week. Just 2 of us and a 6-month old baby. The agent was very helpful and provided a good travel cot for our baby and made sure the house was spotless when we arrived, unplanned. The villa has a stunning view and is locatyed in a very quiet uphill spot with an amazing over Scopello and the sea. It's super quiet and only 3-4 kms from the village. The house is vey well furnished with big rooms, 2 bathrooms and all the linen and towels you need for a year ;-) It feels much more like a house than a rental place as it has been decorated to a very high standard, not on the cheap. Outside there is a planted garden with hebs and the cooling wind from the sea brings in the smell of lavender. Lovely! A highly recommended place.
