Elegante piso de 140 m2, con ascensor. Suelo de parqué. Dispone de tres dormitorios dobles, con capacidad para 5 personas, en plena zona centro y muy cerca de los comercios, el puerto deportivo, Canalejas y la Explanada, se puede llegar a la Playa del Postiguet en 10 minutos dando un agradable paseo bajo las palmeras de la Explanada o bajo el sol a lo largo del puerto. Dispone de dos cuartos de baño, uno con bañera y otro con ducha; amplio y soleado salón-comedor con terraza y bonitas vistas al puerto y al Paseo de Canalejas y la Avenida Doctor Gadea.

Completamente equipado y de gran confort, dispone de aire acondicionado (calor/frío). Tiene cocina independiente con vitrocerámica, lavadora, lavaplatos, horno eléctrico, horno micro-ondas, frigorífico, tostador, calentador de agua. Smart TV. Dispone de conexión WiFi.

Dos dormitorios constan de 2 camas independientes y el tercero consta de una cama doble. El dormitorio principal también dispone de un sofá-cama doble.

2nd stay at this lovely apartment, spacious and well equipped. View from balcony is fab looking over to the harbour and street below. Location is great lots of restaurants, bars and shops near by. We loved our stay here

Fantastic location, very short walk to the marina and tram station and everything you could need for your stay including some beach chairs. Very warm welcome with lots of helpful information. Great view from the living room and balcony.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The location is ideal, and the space inside is generous. Everything was spotless and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The view from the window was breathtaking.

This is a great apartment, in a really good area, near to every thing. It has everything we wanted. It is on the ninth level, but has two good lifts. Good air conditioning . We had a super holiday and are booking again for next year.

The communication from booking to arrival was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean albeit a little dated in parts. The beds were comfortable, the pillows not so. The shower pressure was great although one is a hand held as the wall fixer is broken. The location is fabulous, just a couple of minutes to the shops, restaurants, bars and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. It is a great base for a group of friends. The balcony was far smaller than it appears in the pictures and the outdoor seats had no cushions so we didn't use it.

Very nice stay

Great location. Lovely host! Nice apartment with great views. Very minor problems such as one bedroom not having air conditioning. And no plug for kitchen sink which meant difficulty washing small amount of dishes. But was spotlessly clean and in a great spot. Would stay here again. Thanks Lorena!

Wonderful location!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Lorena was fantastic!! She was SO responsive and helpful. I had a problem with some of the lighting but she tried to get it fixed right away. It was not fixed, but not for her lack of trying. I would highly recommend this property and Alicante. Deb

Great stay in Alicante

A very nice apartment. Spacious with large living room, private kitchen and three bedrooms. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was located in the middle of the city center with a short distance to everything. There was a festival in the city theese days, with music, dancing and parties everywhere (a bit noisy - but fun). In addition, bonfires and three days of large fireworks. An experience of a lifetime. We are very happy with our stay and can recommend the apartment to everyone.

Spacious apartment in perfect location with a great view

We did a long-term stay in this spacious apartment. The apartment is in a terrific location, close to everything including shopping, transportation, and even the beach is only a short walk. It is in a quiet, very well maintained building, with two elevators. The two smaller bedrooms and second full bath are down a hall from the master for added privacy. The apartment is on the ninth floor, and the view is stupendous, both to the marina, and especially over the city’s rooftops to the castle.

Excellent family getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful apartment during our holiday. Our family group was a range of ages from 69 (Nana) to 3 years (our son). We all enjoyed the apartment for various reasons, and the location was perfect with great access to supermarkets, activities, and not too far from the beach. There were even some sand toys and fun little kids items to play with, which my son loved. We did have to be really cautious with safety for him on the patio, definitely didn't allow him out there without close supervision, but that wasn't a problem for us. Lorena was very communicative leading up to check in and met us right outside the apartment after getting out of our taxi from the airport. We really enjoyed our Alicante adventure overall. Thank you!

Roadworks

We liked the apartment and the location but nobody told us about the major roadworks right beneath us from 8.00am till 7.00pm. It literally sounded like the battle of Stalingrad! They only stopped at weekend. Also, as agreed, there is a 25.00 euro charge for arrival after 10.00pm which we were happy to pay (the flight was delayed) but we arrived at the apartment at 10.04pm so I thought it was a bit harsh. I didn't have any 5.00 euro notes and had to give 30.00 euros but wasn't offered any change. However these are minor gripes we would definitely use the apartment again but would definitely wait till all the construction work has finished!

Not luxury but location is great

The apartment has a great potential and its location could not be better - close to everything. It is definitely not luxury though and for the relatively high price we paid, certain things were annoying. For example, although there are two nice, spacious bathrooms, the hot water tank is so tiny that there was not enough water even for one person to take a longer shower. If two people try to take a shower at the same time, the hot water runs out very quickly. Given the size of the apartment, it needs a much bigger hot water tank!Another annoying issue was dealing with the light switches. There is a million switches and some of them do not work properly or do not work at all. We ended up giving up to turn the lights up in the kitchen! Someone needs to look at this system of switches and fix it.On the plus side, the apartment is very well located. The building is well maintained. The manager is very responsive. It just needs a little more attention to detail to turn it into a real gem that it deserves to be, which would then justify the premium price.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und in einem gepflegten, ruhigen und sicheren Haus in bester Lage. Wir wurden von der wunderbaren Lorena empfangen, die sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat. Auch war sie immer ansprechbar für uns. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Nicht alle Mieter gehen gut damit um, was man leider ein bisschen sehen kann. Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen hier und da und die Wohnung ist perfekt! Wir lieben Alicante und kommen bestimmt wieder. Thanks a lot Lorena!

Zeer goede ligging, mooi appartement, maar derde kamer was niet proper, bedlinnen rook echt niet fris, dit kunnen verhelpen door het zelf in de wasmachine te wassen, ook haarballen op de vloer en wc papier moesten we zelf gaan kopen.

Un soggiorno spettacolare

Ottima comunicazione e accoglienza da parte di Lorena, puntuale e amichevole . Immobile signorile, servito da due ascensori ( adatti anche a persona che utilizza sedia a rotelle). Una pecca la discoteca del porto ( per le orecchie più sensibili) Dal balcone e dal salotto vista mozzafiato, anche per laltitudine!

Great stay in Late July 2022! AC was fantastic as it was so hot out! Apartment is in a great neighborhood, newly renovated and very clean. Great communication during the whole process. We would stay here again!
