Kim was a great host! She could not have been more accommodating. I just wanna make that clear. It is an older building with a fantastic view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and very well maintained and decorated. The hallway going from the front to the back of the condo is also very well kept and very nice. The living area with the kitchen has a great view, but is a little dated. The couch and the chair need to be replaced, they both smell terribly of pet odor which I can appreciate because we did take our pet that is just a little 10 pound Shih Tzu Maltese. I found some larger dog bones under the couch, which makes me feel like maybe some of the past renters weren’t as honest as they could be about the size of the dog. I would replace the chair and the couch, I would go with something like a leather that doesn’t absorb dog odor. We had to buy a bottle of Febreze and use it quite frequently to get the dog smell out of the room, especially with the damp air. The kitchen is nice. It is well stocked and the view is just awesome. I would take the TV in that room and place it on the wall and get rid of the table that is sitting on. Additionally, I would get rid of the table with the four chairs. It also takes up too much room maybe just put a counter along that wall with some stools. I am being a little nitpicky here, but for the location and the view it was a very nice place to stay. It was unfortunate about the dog odor, but the condo was very clean.
