Relájese en nuestra segunda terraza historia y disfrutar de vistas al azul del Pacífico, majestuosas montañas y cascadas. Ver la puesta de sol con su familia desde su terraza, o caminar 50 pies hasta el final del acantilado para más puntos de vista y los sonidos del océano. Despertar en el dormitorio principal a la vista de 'South Pacific' Bali Hai.

Este gran condominio tropical está adornada con el arte y los accesorios de la Polinesia, y los nuevos sofás. Disfrute de la cocina con utensilios de cocina de Belgique, desayunos o meriendas en los taburetes de la barra de la rota en el mostrador de la cocina, o sentarse en el rincón del desayuno, y la mirada a través de las palmeras en el mar espumoso. Tanto los baños principal y de invitados tienen nuevos contadores de Corian, nuevos grifos y accesorios.

El dormitorio principal ofrece un gran escape con su privacidad, cama king size, vistas espectaculares de las hermosas montañas de la costa norte, y la vista y los sonidos del mar fuera de su ventana. Si necesita una revisión de la realidad, se puede encender el televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio, o conectar al ordenador.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales que también se convierten en king size, si lo prefiere. Esta habitación tiene su propio baño, con bañera / ducha.

Hay un nuevo jugador plana screenTV y DVD en la sala de estar, (con una selección de películas para elegir), y dos cómodos sofás para relajarse cuando regrese de su día en la playa, o lo que sea divertida excursión que han descubierto cerca. Hay un reproductor de CD con una gran selección de música hawaiana. Toallas de playa disponibles, por lo que sólo las maletas y partieron a probablemente las más bellas playas que jamás verán, justo en la costa norte de Kauai!

What an absolutely perfect place to vacation! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. The view was incredible and just what I had hoped for! We loved our time here and would definitely come back!

Condo close to Turtle Cave

This condo looked exactly like the photos. It’s in the back of a large neighborhood with a golf course. Most restaurants are about a 15 minute drive away. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a trail right by the condo that leads to a cave full of sea turtles! I kid you not!

Amazing Stay on the North Shore of Kauai!

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of perfect. The unit was beautifully maintained, with lovely amenities and an incredibly comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The views were stunning—gorgeous mountain and ocean scenery right from the condo!The location is ideal, with easy access to Hanalei and everything the north shore has to offer. What really made our experience exceptional was our host, Harriet. She was fantastic to communicate with from the moment we booked, and she provided so many thoughtful recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Her insights truly enhanced our trip.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway on Kauai!

Beautiful property

Relaxing and peaceful

The location was fantastic! Quiet and relaxing. Wonderful to wake up to the great view and sounds of nature. The place was easy to get in and around to other locations to see on the island! Overall a wonderful time!

Feels like home

This was a great place to stay. Walking around the neighborhood was comfortable and pleasant. Many kitchen items that are sometimes missing in other homes were available and made for prepping food better. Owner was an absolutely wonderful person to correspond with. Would stay here again when we come back to the island, if it’s available.

It is a nice place to be in The Hosts Brian and Harriet were very helpful, to our Luck Dish Washer striked completely we had to do the Dish Cleaning ourselves during the entire stay. Accesability Cleanliness and everything else was just Brilliant. Regards Akhauri

Wonderful condo in a great location

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 younger kids and had a wonderful experience. The condo was really clean and felt relaxing the second we stepped in. The beds we’re comfortable and bathrooms/kitchen were perfect and clean. The extra towels were handy for the beach/pool. Harriett was great to communicate with and the key code to get in was handy for a quick check in. The views are absolutely amazing!! We had coffee in the shade in the mornings on the lanai then watched the sunsets at night. Great location too! We were worried about no AC for the kiddos to sleep but it cooled down nicely by 9pm and we all slept better than expected. Great condo overall!

Kauai North Shore Perfection!

We had the best stay here! Honestly, the photos didn’t do it justice and the unit exceeded our expectations. We stayed 4 nights as an add on to our booked stay at the Westin, and honestly, we were all sad to transition. It had EVERYTHING we needed and more, and lots of space. My boys 4 & 7 were super comfy and loved all the beach gear/toys and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the huge master bedroom/bathroom. Plus rain showers! The location was lovely with breathtaking views (even from bedroom) and a short drive to hanalei and Princeville amenities. The host, Harriet was extremely friendly and helpful. We even left a bag by accident and she arranged for us to pick it up! Mahalo for a great getaway.

Birthday visit to the condo

We chose the end of April to visit Kauai as it was my husband's birthday. We were two couples that stayed in the condo for 10 days. WOW, were we ever impressed. Everything was perfect. Yes, we had some hot days and we actually had some nice rainy days, but no matter the weather, we were able to do everything with ease, comfort, and fun. Many nights we would bbque out front of the condo. Every night we took a walk around the area. Walking up to the market in the AM, running, exploring the beaches and hiking. All went wonderfully. You have a beautiful condo and if we ever can get back to Kauai, you bet we will stay there! Thank you!!!!!

The Best On-Island Oasis.

Traveling to Kauai offered countless adventures. Yet, a true highlight of our trip was having this fabulous Alii Kai condo to call home for a week! Whether we spent the day hiking to the nearby turtle cave, exploring Queen's Bath, horseback riding up the road at Princeville stables, or lounging at sparkling Tunnels beach, we were always delighted to walk in the door at the end of the day because we were welcomed by this fresh, clean oasis! A favorite winding-down activity was to delay making dinner plans by catching the sun's last warm rays of the day, at about 4:00-ish on the Lanai. We enjoyed our stay with another couple, and found this condo easily fits 4 people, with ample space to have either alone time, or fun happy hours together. I especially recommend this condo if you are a homebody and sensitive to your surroundings. Every detail in this condo from the whimsical turtles displayed on the bathroom walls to the tropical pillows on the living room couches have been carefully selected and lovingly displayed. The effect is refreshingly Hawaiian - even if you spend the entire day at the condo, you still know you are in Kauai. I was inspired to pick up a watercolor paint set at the nearby Princeville shopping center and spent many hours on the Lanai staring at the landscape, putting my best impression of this paradise on paper. You really can make the most of your stay on Kauai with this great location to call home. In conclusion, try to look out every window of the condo without seeing the ocean. I bet you will have a hard time.

Perfect!

What can I say? From the moment we stepped into the condo we knew we were home. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully appointed and the views are to die for. We instantly wished we were staying way more than a week. I am very fussy and I could not find fault with this clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed condo. Dealing with the owner was wonderful. Harriet more than answered my questions and helped to make our trip memorable. We visited Maui 1st and loved it but it does not compare to this Island, Princeville and this condo! We are already planning to come back and for a longer time! You will find everything you could possibly need for your stay and then some. Plenty of places to eat close by and many activities all over the Island. We hiked in Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park. Took a sunset dinner cruise with Capetian Andy's. Visited the Kilauea Lighthouse, a bird sanctuary. Hiked Harriet's favorite trail: The Wai Koa Loop, which takes you through a mahogany forest ending at an idylic dam which Harriet named Shangra la, and is now my favorite too. Visited the Kilohana Plantation and had a yummy meal at Gaylord's there. Attended the Smith family Luau and so much more! But one of our favorite things to do was to have morning coffee on the balcony just soaking in the view and having a glass of wine at night and watching the sunset and the stars come out! Another favorite was visiting the turtle caves just across from the condo and down a steep and slippery path. We also spent time at several different gorgeous beaches with my husband snorkeling and napping and me soaking in the views and reading. When we arrived at the island we stopped for lunch at Dukes, on the beach, at the Marriott right by the airport on Harriet's recommendation. Loved it! The food and views were fabulous and it was a great welcome to Kauai! I could go on and on but you get the picture! We both miss it!

Harriet is a great host. The condo is located in beautiful Princeville and has everything you will need during your stay! Our family of 4 was very comfortable-the views from the lanai are breathtaking! Highly recommended!

Lovely Princeville

This property was PERFECT for our family (two parents, a 13 year-old, and an 11 year-old.) Spacious, gorgeous views, close to the beaches and Hanalei. Perhaps the best part of the stay was the host! Harriet was SO communicative... she provided so much local information and was extremely responsive. I would absolutely recommend staying here! We hope to be able to come back again someday.

The perfect getaway destination!

For a family seeing what Kauai has to offer for the first time, we couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with our choice of accommodations! I guess you never know what your going to get when booking a property. There’s a risk. But from the moment we communicated with the owner, to when we walked in the door, we knew we hit the jackpot! The location of the condo in Princeville is one of security, beauty, convenience. Distance from Kapa’a shrinks every time you take the trip back and forth. Attractions like Happy Talk Lounge (a must see!) and Hanalei are but s short drive away. Views of Bali Hai (from your own lanai), the ocean and everything a gorgeous tropical island has to offer, are seen. The condo itself is your home away from home. The place is decorated appropriately with island charm, and has everything a family needs to live comfortably. Foodland is just outside the community and is ready to supply the unit with food items, etc. Overall, I think anyone would be very pleased to stay at this Condo, and feel completely satisfied! When we return, this will be our choice.

Amazing Stay!

We loved Harriet's place! It has not only a great ocean view but also an equally great mountain view! Our first night in we were able to watch the sun set from the balcony and it was a dream. The other huge plus were all of the amenities. Having a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and grills available made the stay feel like home. She also provided coolers, snorkeling, and beach chairs which saved us money on renting equipment. We were also impressed with the size of the master bed and how comfortable it was. Harriet was a great host. We visited right after the flooding and she was able to send us pictures of the area as well as suggested alternate activities for us. Princeville is a great location. The condo is very close a grocery store, gas station, restaurants, and shopping. Additionally, it was only a 10 min drive to our favorite beach and town of Hanalei! We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay in Princeville

We are leaving today after a nearly 5 week stay. We absolutely love Kauai, Princeville and Harriet's condo! We've rented a variety of accommodations around the world using the VRBO website, this is one of the best! Harriet's place is cozy, clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is also very well stocked, I really can't think of anything lacking at all in regard to beach supplies, towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc. The photos are accurate, the views of the ocean and mountains are fantastic and Harriet was wonderful to work with. If you're looking for a place in Princeville, we would highly recommend this rental. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives and we hope to be here again someday!

Beautiful, peaceful home with lovely views.

We loved staying in this beautiful, peaceful home! Lovely decor, clean, updated comfortable beds and furniture. Well-stocked kitchen ware. The photos don't do justice to the great view of the ocean, and the mountains with waterfalls. Beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards available to use. Harriet was very attentive and friendly and gave great advice on places to snorkel, shop and dine. Would definitely recommend staying here!

beautiful and convenient condo with everything we needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The location was convenient, and condo was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We were happy to discover that we didn't even need to purchase/rent boogie boards, beach chairs, or sand toys for our kids. Accessing the condo was easy, and communication from the owners was great. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone needing lodging in the area.

The property had all the essentials

This property comes very well equiped. It is very comfortable and roomy for a family of four. The beds are comfortable and the Lanai is perfect for the mountain views and spectacular sunsets. I have rented several VRBO properties in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

The North Shore of Kauai, where Alii Kai 1 is located, is truly a beautiful destination. We wanted to buy property where our entire family, from grandparents to grandchildren could enjoy themselves when they came to Kauai. Our condo gives us room to be with family; we love the location , literally at the end of the cliff, with great views, trade winds, no passing traffic, just the sound of the waves, the birds, and the chickens !

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The best thing we enjoy at Alii Kai is its feeling of being far away from a busy lifestyle. We have all the amenities we need, but our nearby little town of Hanalei does not even have a traffic light. The golf courses are world known; Hideaways Beach is just 1 mile down the road, and just outside our door is the path to the famous Turtle Caves, picked as one of the 100 things you must see on Kauai.Our pool is large enough for laps; we enjoy watching the whales from the lanai in the winter months, and seeing the cruise ships pass by year round. The bbq is right out front, and for children and adults as well, there is a large grassy area out back that makes for a lovely walk , a great cliffside viewpoint, and a great spot to watch the sunset.Alii Kai is really a very unique, special spot to enjoy.
