Nuestro condominio actualizado es perfecto para el viajero ejecutivo, estadía corporativa o alquiler de vacaciones. Nuestro condominio privado totalmente amueblado está decorado con buen gusto e incluye todos los servicios públicos. WiFi, cable expandido, lavadora y secadora, y una cocina totalmente equipada hacen de este un cómodo hogar lejos del hogar. Este es un condominio en el tercer piso, sin nadie arriba. Nuestra ubicación deseada es de fácil acceso al aeropuerto, a dos grandes aeropuertos, tiendas, restaurantes, parques y más. Las montañas están a 45 minutos.
Lamentablemente, no permitimos mascotas en nuestra unidad, ni fumar. Ofrecemos servicios de limpieza semanal como un extra opcional. Tenga en cuenta que hay 2 tramos de escaleras, ya que no tenemos ascensores. Estacionamiento fuera de la calle, una piscina de temporada, un amplio patio y un pequeño gimnasio están ahí para su disfrute.

Great Holiday Vacation

My husband and I stayed here for 5 weeks. We were there for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our children live close by so the location was easy highway access to both their homes. Nadine was an awesome host. Great place clean, modern and fully stocked with all the necessities. If you needed anything she was always accommodating. I hosted dinner and had everything I needed to prepare a full course meal. I baked Christmas cookies and make gingerbread houses, cooked sides for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. There is a wonderful park very close to the location. There is a playground, ponds, paths for any outdoor activity. In addition it snowed 2X and the complex was plowed and salted. I would highly recommend this.

Perfect for a student on rotation

I’m from New York and was on rotation in Denver. I was there for 6-7 weeks and this was the perfect stay for someone like me. The property was well managed and despite a few unproblematic hiccups, was an overall excellent stay. The property manager was fantastic with communication, and her actions show she values her tenants and their experience. Would highly recommend to any person on a solo adventure.

Excellent location for visit of family in Greenwood Village. Just right for two seniors needing a convenient stay near family. Kitchen had most of what we needed for an extended stay. Decent size for us.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Quiet setting. Clean as a whistle as well as great cable and WiFi! Easy access to any kind of shopping and travel! We will use this setting again!

Good location for our visit with family

This cozy unit met our needs well. We didn’t spend much time there as we enjoyed a post Covid reunion with family who live nearby. The king-sized bed is very comfortable. Walking up steps to 3rd floor may make it unsuitable for some. Stores, restaurants and walking trails nearby are a plus.

Great place and owner

I Originally stayed for 2 weeks and then extended to a full month. Nadine was easy to contact and very accommodating when it came to my changing schedule. The apartment was perfect- clean, well appointed and in a great location to grocery stores, restaurants etc. I’d highly recommend this unit.

Great condo

We stayed for a month. The kitchen was great. It has everything we needed and we cook! It was very comfortable. The living room was cozy and comfortable. The bed seemed hard, but we were both comfortable on the Tempurpedic. Every possible store is in the area. It is shopping central. Nadine, the owner, was great. Very responsive and caring.

Perfect Unit!

This unit fit our needs to a tee. We were in town visiting family. At night we would retreat to the unit for peace and quiet. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Nadine was available if we needed her...plan on returning soon. Thank you Nadine!

Cozy Condo

If you are looking for a cozy and well-appointed condo in the Denver Tech Center, this one is for you! Nadine has done a great job with decorating and making sure the condo is comfortable and clean. She is also available for any emergency or need that may occur during your stay. I lost my key in the midst of my stay, and Nadine was reachable and showed up immediately to reprogram a new key. She was a life saver! Having a manager close by is a huge benefit. The location was perfect for me as I was visiting my daughter and granddaughter who lived in Centennial just 15 minutes away. I enjoyed morning coffee at Starbucks which was within walking distance, and the One Yoga Studio close by. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling for business or pleasure in the southeast Denver area.

DTC Condo

Overall a good experience. I stayed for 5 weeks and parking is a major issue when the area is full or during a busy season. Some neighbors were very inconsiderate when closing their doors. I had a few Wi-Fi issues and had to contact the owner. I eventually found a fix of my own and thought it unfortunate that the owner didn't check in with me to see if everything was working ok after having to reach out, considering how much you pay for this rental. The best part is that it was close to where I needed to be. I've since moved into my own place and it worked for what I needed at the time. Thanks, Nadine.

Great place to stay for a business trip in Denver

I booked this VRBO late Fall for our trip to Denver in January. It was a great place to stay, close to the office where we work and surrounded by grocery stores, Walmart, Target and lots of eating places. The Apt was comfortable, just the right size for us, had a nice kitchen, great King bed and was light and enjoyable. I would stay there again when we are back in town.

Very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Apartment was very cute, quiet, very clean and comfortable. Location was very good for our needs. Toilet needs maintenance as it wouldn’t stop running with out manually lifting the tank lid and lever. Sliding door had a small gap that let a bit of cold air in. We didn’t receive access instructions when I expected, but that was remedied immediately with a phone call. Other than that, everything else was very nice. Perfect for our needs.

Nice little apartment!

Well appointed, comfortably furnished and very clean apartment. I enjoyed my stay and it was perfect for cooking dinners. Close to the highway and shopping. However, there is a neighbor with what sounds like 3+ dogs who literally bark nonstop 24/7. I was able to drown it out with music playing at night.

Quiet condo in Urban Setting

A very good location for my business needs in Denver---very close to I-25 @ Arapahoe but a quiet condo with easy access. Comfortable bed, etc. I will stay here again next time in Denver. The two relative Negatives: The TV did not work and it was the week of the World Series! Basic supply of cooking supplies; adequate but not great. Certainly not like home.

Our guests come from all over the world to enjoy this beautiful state, and I especially enjoy knowing that they are comfortable and happy in the beautiful condos I offer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I purchased the condo approximately 5 years ago, having stay in the same, whilst coming to explore the area. I wanted to feel safe, and found the location so convenient to everything, and everywhere. We are moments from the fwy, shopping, malls, restaurants and hospitals. Yet our complex is small and quiet.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There are so many hotels in our area, and visitors pay so much money for a hotel room with not much to offer. Our condos are fully furnished and fully equipped to give you all the comforts of home. They are so much less costly than the hotels, and include washers and dryers inside the unit. Our complex has a seasonal pool, bbq areas and a large patio. Each condo is tastefully decorated and it is always our intent that you only need to bring the food and your clothes!! Your comfort is our priority!
