Ubicado en la calle Tattnall, esta hermosa casa adosada cuenta con tres habitaciones, tres baños completos y mucho encanto histórico. Tattnall Manor está idealmente ubicada a pocos pasos del extremo oeste de Jones Street, apodada "la calle más bonita de Estados Unidos" por Southern Living Magazine.

El primer piso de Tattnall Manor consiste en una sala de estar y un comedor abiertos, que conducen a un rincón de desayuno y una cocina totalmente equipada. Disfrute de una taza de café en su terraza privada, con vista a su patio privado, justo al lado de la cocina. Tendrás todas las comodidades del hogar, por lo que puedes elegir quedarte a dormir con tus seres queridos o aventurarte a pasar una noche en la ciudad y cenar en uno de los increíbles restaurantes de Savannah.

En el segundo piso encontrarás dos habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Uno tiene una cama tamaño King, el otro una reina, pero ambos tienen baños en suite. Cada habitación también tiene un gran vestidor, por lo que podrá desempacar con facilidad. Our rental was actually nicer than the photos. Everything was clean and in order. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The location made it easy for us to walk to most restaurants and events. Everyone agreed that the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were more than fine. If the weather had been warmer, I'm sure that we would have enjoyed sitting on the back covered deck.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for 3 couples Bedrooms with private baths were comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. Quiet neighborhood easy to walk around and go to restaurants. On street parking never an issue but some difficulty getting Pay Stations to work. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Main room very comfortable for 6 people to sit comfortably.

You will love this luxurious and convenient townhouse in SAV's historic district!

Our family of 4 (2 children ages 20,24) thoroughly enjoyed the townhouse for our long Memorial Day weekend. Communication was perfect before the trip, and during our trip the response was always immediate - any question I called with was answered promptly. The location is perfect: a quiet and architecturally significant block within walking distance to almost all downtown attractions and restaurants. It is situated at the start of Jones St. which is one of the most charming streets in SAV. We loved walking everywhere.It is an upscale house with comfortable and stylish furnishings & decorations - it felt like a real home. AC worked well and it was HOT out. 3rd fl. has a floor unit piped through a window that is louder than the CA for 1st/2nd flrs, but fine. Nice updated baths with granite counters; the shower heads could be better - they're a cheap hardware store model with 1 setting & no hand-held attachment. The lapse in comfort was incongruous to the rest of the house.The kitchen is well equipped - we used the fridge & microwave, and the back deck in the morning with coffee from a cafe a few blocks away was .We took advantage of the convenient option offered of dropping off our luggage at Lucky Savannah's lovely downtown office before checkin time & after checkout. We were able to fit in more touring and meals out.It offers AC, restrooms, free drinks, water, including White Claws which my older daughter enjoyed :D You will be very happy to stay here - highly recommend!

Great Home, Location, & Service for Our Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5, in town for SCAD graduation. The Tattnall location was perfect for so many reasons ... beautiful area, felt safe walking, convenient to all our activities & town, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The townhouse itself was also great: really well appointed and accommodating for our family. Plenty of space to hang out together (loved having a back porch for outdoor time), and three great bedrooms for when we wanted some sleep or down time. Bathrooms were a bit "tired", but really good-sized, but had plenty of storage space, and were functional for all our needs. (And, speaking of storage, the closet space available to guests in this place is amazing!!)We did have a couple hiccups on our first day, but Lucky Savannah (LS) was very quick to address them:1. Queen bedroom's shower leaked - was sealed/fixed w/in an hour of reporting it.2. Thermostats for air conditioning were not functioning properly. LS Technician replaced all thermostats w/in hours of the report, and we had no issues for the rest of our time there.NOTE: The third floor's regular air conditioning was not working, but LS installed a temporary unit before our stay, and that unit easily kept that area cool.The one possible drawback note would be that the on-street parking is restrictive to certain hours, making it difficult to park for an extended period of time (which we wanted to do bc we were basically walking everywhere). There is, however, a parking garage very close to the house, and it was really no problem to keep our car there. We just had to drop all our things at the curb before parking at the garage when we arrived.BUT - please don't let that deter you ... we've stayed many places throughout our son's SCAD years, and "Tattnall Manor" was the most comfortable, clean, & convenient place we've stayed. If we were to go back for a visit, vacation, this home would be our first choice, hands-down.Thank you to the Ow

Weekend with Friends

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many venues and landmarks. There was plenty of room for 6 adults to function. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a problem with our door at check in and called the office who sent a repair person over immediately. I would highly recommend and use this property again.

Great stay!

This was a great stay for our family of 5. We had enough space. It was close to restaurants and shops. We got in early to Savannah and Lucky rental let us keep our luggage in the office while we got to explore the city. Highly recommend

Weekend Get Away

The Townhome was beautiful and very comfortable with all 3 bedrooms being very spacious. The deck in the back needs some TLC since the awnings were ripped and leaked water all over the chairs. The trash bag in the kitchen was oversized and not too sturdy. Over all we would stay her again and would recommend it.

Was so excited for a Savannah weekend with girlfriends and uber "wowed" by the fantastic property! So convenient, comfortable, and aesthetically appealing. Best rental I have ever had--would absolutely stay again! This lovely home added to our magical experience!

Beautiful townhome! Great location!

The townhouse was beautiful and very comfortable. It was in a quiet, picturesque area within walking distance to many notable sites. I was disappointed that the price listed on VRBO did not include other fees charged by the host (housekeeping and damage protection). That was an additional 300 for a three night stay. I would much rather see that in the upfront price.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet, picturesque part of Savannah. Everything is within walking distance from the location. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here on future trips to Savannah.

Great for 3 couples

Very nice property with three bedrooms with en suite bathroom for each. Lucky Savannah was easy to deal with and had very prompt response. They even held our bags for free after checkout since we had a late flight home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! The house was super comfortable and beautiful. The little courtyard in the back was perfect for photo ops. The little touches inside were appreciated ( coffee, shampoo, conditioner, dish cleaning liquid, sponge, dishwasher detergent. The location?... guess what: perfect. It was walking distance to Forsyth Park and Jones St. (considered the most beautiful street because of the arching trees) Parking was not a problem (no charge on weekends) plus the side of the street the house is in is first come first serve and free (no problem there either). It was a wonderful weekend! My only suggestion is to maybe have the cleaning crew dispose of the trash specially since tenants don't have access to the back gate behind which the trash tote is located.Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!!

Amazing Stay at Harris House!

We loved the house, it was convenient to everything in town. We had plenty of space for three couples and the kitchen was nicely stocked so that we could cook breakfast together. We would definitely stay again. Awesome decor, and comfy bedding. The books were a great touch. Thank you!
