Ya sea que usted está buscando una escapada romántica o una familia encantadora escapada de esta casa se ajusta el presupuesto! Hay 2 dormitorios, 1 oficina / dormitorio, 1 baño, cocina, comedor, sala de estar con chimenea en el piso de arriba y el piso de abajo tiene otro dormitorio con cama queen, sofá pequeño, baño completo y una pequeña cocina. Entrar en esta habitación de la zona de abajo del exterior.




Despertador en su propia casa, un árbol personales ... El dormitorio principal tiene grandes ventanales con vistas completas de la zona boscosa fuera ... mirar pájaros vuelan cerca y ardillas corretean en las secoyas.

The little red house was pure magic. Perfect family stay with our two college age kids and family dog. There is a private suite downstairs, well stocked kitchen, big welcoming table for puzzles/ game night/ family dinner and comfortable living room with gas fireplace to curl up and read or watch a movie. Cozy, impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, surrounded by trees and a quick drive to coast or town. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It rained for virtually all of our stay so we didn’t spend time on the fabulous decks (this time) - but we still felt like we were on vacation. If you drive an electric car, there is a (slow) charger just across the road at the golf club. Get a coffee at the little café - it’s a quick walk back to the cottage while it charges.The rental agency left fluffy towels for the hot tub and some thoughtful treats, sent clear instructions and let us know they were available if we needed anything. I will definitely hope to rent this house again - and will look for other rentals from the terrific agency. Great experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came with my family for a Thanksgiving retreat and were blown away by the place and all of the amenities. We felt extremely welcomed, with music playing upon our arrival and thoughtful gifts. There was even an aluminum turkey tray on the counter. The house was just as it appeared in photos and was extremely well stocked. The hot tub was wonderful and under a canopy of redwood trees. We would absolutely come again.

We had a great time. The house was perfect. I can't believe how stocked the kitchen was we golfed two days at Northwood, fun then Thursday night went to the monte rio variety show.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was great. My family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights, and we all wished we could stay longer. The house was well equipped with kitchen items for us to cook for ourselves, and there were plenty of outdoor and indoor spaces for us all to spend time together or do our own thing. There were so many bonuses about this house, it was hard to decide how we wanted to spend our time. We were able to roast marshmallows on the easy to use propane fireplace, lay on the hammock, hang out in the hottub, and play card and board games inside at the large table. On the downside, the rooms were just a little bit small. It's a very minor complaint being that we were only using the bedrooms to change clothes or to sleep, but I add it here just for the sake of transparency. The thing that bothered me the most was being added to their e-mailing list after booking the stay, and receiving far too many e-mails that weren't directly related to our stay there. If the stay wasn't so well priced and nice, that part alone would absolutely deter me from booking here again. With the quality and pricepoint, I'd book it again and just make sure to unsubscribe from their mailing list immediately.

We loved our stay at the Little Red House

We loved the charm of this house. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the hot tub while looking up at the redwoods. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great for our planned day trips. We would definitely recommend to others!

Charming Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this quaint and charming little cottage near all the main attractions of the area. Everything was perfect. The only suggestion I have is to provide some new pans that don't have scratches on them and also a better stocked kitchen that includes salt and olive oil. We don't cook with Canola or seed oils and it was a pain to go out and purchase salt and olive oil.

"Our Guernville Cabin"

This stay marked my 2nd in 3months time. I loved it so much in March with my immediate family, I just had to share this beautiful little cabin with my extended Family when it came time to celebrate a family wedding in Occidental. It provided, both times, the perfect place to visit and enjoy all the richness Sonoma County has to offer. Good times and memories were made there. It was magical to be nestled amongst the Redwoods. Waking up to these beautiful trees right outside our windows was such a treat. Many of the trees were hugged there. The hot tub, hammock, gas fireplace, deck and kitchen were well utilized by us all. Our Baby Sissy, Niece and now 2 Great Nephews recently relocated to Sebistobol. There's absolutely no need to look any further; we look forward to our next stay in "our little red house." Thank you, management for being so accommodating and attentive to the needs of your guests. Susie from Bowie, Maryland

Magical Forest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Red House Plus was located in a fantastic spot, in what felt like a magical redwood forest. The decor and furniture is great, the kitchen is well-stocked with all the appliances you need. The hot tub worked perfectly, as did the fire table. Two issues, in case you end up staying in the bottom room as well. There is almost no sound insulation, so if you’re in the downstairs room with the separate entrance (which is only rented out in conjunction w the upstairs) then you will hear every step people take upstairs. Not a problem since they’re your group, but we had children with us who woke up at 6 am and we were up then too. Another issue is towels: there were 7 of us (and we let the management company know) and there were only 6 towels. They make it clear that you need your own towels for the hot tub, which we had, but if you’re staying for three nights you’re going to need more than one towel per person. Also, they provided only one tiny sliver of bar soap per bathroom and only 6 dishwasher pods/detergent. This doesn’t detract from the fantastic place, which we would rent again in a heartbeat and have recommended to all our friends. It just gives the impression that the rental management company is somewhat cheap, despite the pretty hefty charge for the rental.

Charming house in the redwoods!

This vacation rental offers a cozy escape filled with charm and character. If you're looking for a retreat that's both inviting and whimsical, this is the place for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wanted to suggest updating the property photos to reflect the fantastic furniture arrangement and decorations. The current setup adds a lot of charm and character to the space, and we believe updated photos would better showcase its appeal to potential guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to see the property accurately represented in its listing photos. While our stay was enjoyable overall, we did encounter a couple of issues in the kitchen that could use attention before the next guests arrive. Firstly, the water kettle handle was broken, which made it difficult to use safely. Additionally, we found that there were no unused sponges or a new dish scrubber available upon our arrival, prompting us to purchase our own. Ensuring these items are replaced and readily available for guests would greatly enhance the overall experience. Upon leaving, we observed a broken window in what appeared to be the owner's storage space. Unfortunately, we were unable to inspect it closely. While this didn't directly impact our stay, it's worth addressing to maintain the property's integrity and security. Thanks again for a charming experience :)

Great Cabin!

To celebrate my 50th bday, my friends and I stayed in Guerneville to enjoy the Russian River. Our stay in the cabin was great, we enjoyed the birds, the tall trees, and the hot tub. There was some construction going on across the road, but we were out and about town, so it wasn't an issue. The river, the redwoods, and the beach were all very close to where we stayed- it was really convenient. The host was very responsive and the place was a cute home away from home.
