Este lujoso apartamento, recientemente renovado y ampliado para 2017, está a 30 segundos de la playa y goza de fantásticas vistas panorámicas al mar. Una cocina espaciosa y luminosa y comedor es el centro de Upper Deck - con grandes ventanales y un balcón de Julieta con vistas al mar y una barra de desayuno de la península para comer social. Las puertas del patio se abren a una terraza privada y zona de barbacoa. La sala de estar tranquila tiene una gran ventana de la bahía donde se puede relajar en el asiento de la ventana y disfrutar de la vista. El dormitorio principal escondite loft también tiene un asiento de la ventana con vistas al mar y un cuarto de baño con estilo ducha. Dos dormitorios dobles adicionales (que pueden ser dispuestos como camas gemelas o kingsize) están en la planta baja junto con un cuarto de baño familiar. El apartamento tiene aparcamiento privado para dos coches. Wifi está incluido y hay televisores SMART en todas las habitaciones y Bose altavoces inalámbricos en la sala de estar y cocina.

Upper Deck está a sólo un minuto a pie de la Tate St Ives y un corto paseo a través de las encantadoras calles adoquinadas a las galerías, restaurantes y tiendas de la ciudad portuaria de St Ives. Great location but a few niggles

The property location is absolutely fantastic. The views are stunning and the space in the property was good (we had 4 adults, a 9 year old and a toddler). The kitchen was huge and had lots of space for two families to cook and eat. The two parking spaces were great as parking in St Ives is hard to find. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the bedrooms which had mould on the wall behind the bed, this was dealt with swiftly by the owner, but the smell of bleach in that room meant we didn't use it. Although the property was well equipped and the welcome hamper was quite enormous and filled with delicious goodies, there were things which weren't quite as luxurious such as the very cheap Carex soap in the three bathrooms and the beds which were incredibly uncomfortable. None of the adults slept well and we all decided to leave the holiday a day early due to this. The apartment didn't feel very homely either, not like other holiday places we've stayed at in St Ives. We stayed in the autumn and maybe we needed somewhere a bit more cosy. If you are surfing, want easy access to the beach and love a sea view, it's prefect!

Sleek apartment with a view

Fantastic week in the upper deck, very clean, modern, sleek looking apartment, room lay out was perfect for 2 couples and my daughter. Beds were great, views fantastic over Porthmeor beach, showers and bathrooms were great and the kitchen has the wow factor. I use to sit by the lounge window watching the surfers in the morning with a coffee, at night we had Tappas in the dinning room watching the surfers again. The welcome pack was a real luxury treat and much appreciated. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes and be in the heart of St Ives in 5 mins. Parking for 2 cars was great and very rare. A fantastic holiday and we will definitely be back again.

The Owners have thought of everything! Highly recommended.

This is a bright, clean, spacious and quite sophisticated property within easy walk of the centre of St. Ives. 3 generous double bedrooms (one of which is up steep stairs but don’t let that put you off), all very clean, smart and homely. The kitchen/diner is very bright, airy and spacious and is the real hub of the house, ideal for guests to cook, eat, talk and relax together. And watch TV if they wish. There are 5 TVs in the property, ideal for families or friends who want to watch different things. The views of Porthmeor Beach are fantastic. You can sit in the kitchen/diner or front room in the comfort and cosyness of a lovely home but still feel really close to the sea at the same time. I’ve stayed in quite a few rentals and this is by far the best equipped kitchen. The owners have thought of everything guests might need. Very impressed indeed. In advance of the stay, the owner provided us with detailed information and was extremely helpful and prompt in response to any questions I asked. Upper Deck is highly recommended!

Amazing Property and Location

Beautifully finished apartment and well stocked. The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach. Great views from the kitchen, frontroom and bedroom. Would definitely recommend. My family and I are already looking for dates to book for next year. 10/10 property and location.

A wonderful experience

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment.The panaramic ocean views were amazing! The location couldn't be more perfect in regards to proximity to the city centre and beach. A short drive to Penzance and Lands End. The south coastal walk is right on your doorstep. Only 10 minutes drive to Tesco superstore. We would suggest a better system for recycling. We are already looking forward to organising our next trip to St Ives. We came for Christmas and New years. Best decision! bring your best costumes!

Fantastic beach front place to stay

Upperdeck is furnished to a high standard. The owners made us feel welcome with their box of welcome goodies. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was marvellous. We could have sat and stared at Porthminster beach all day 👍😃

Beautifully equipped but customer service disappointing

The flat is beautiful but a few downsides- overlooks a large cemetery, can be seen from most rooms especially kitchen/dining room. Bath was broken and despite complaining it wasn’t fixed whilst we were there. Also you must leave at 10am on the dot which can be challenging with a young family!

Superb brand new apartment highly recommended

The landlord has thought of everything. The apartment has all the facilities you can think of. The views are incredible and the apartment is refurbished to the highest standard. Very easy walk to the Port. Can't recommend it enough.

Family holiday
