Excellent property with the promised superb harbour view plus decor and equipment well thought out.
Best seat in the harbour for watching for seals or lifeboat launch practice. from our own front room. Best location we have stayed at in St. Ives and we would not bother looking for anywhere else in the future.

Stunning property and location
We all had an amazing time in this property perfect location to all the beaches and the centre of St Ives.communication was amazing with all details on the app, the apartment had everything we needed it was all supplied which really benefited our stay.We were lucky enough to have a week of brilliant sunshine and the views from the apartment were stunning can’t speak highly enough about our whole holiday in this wonderful apartment.we will be going back.

The apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location itself is perfect in terms of views and closeness to shops etc. The stairs to the apartment took a bit of getting used to but the views were great

Amazing view from a great flat
This flat was every bit as good as we hoped, and the view from the lounge and small balcony is stunning. The flat was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely book here again.

Bedroom situation not as communicated but stunning views
Really stunning views, parking situation not ideal and two flights of stairs to negotiate with baggage.
We emailed to clarify that our children would be getting 3 beds in one of the bedrooms as the property is advertised for 5. This was confirmed back. However when we arrived one was expected to sleep in the living room on a bed settee which doesn’t work for us - as parents we stay up later than our kids. We called and in fairness this was resolved quickly by the addition of an extra camp bed in the kids room. However we were charged for this albeit at half price. Not a great start to the holiday but as stated quickly resolved. Apartment better suited to a couple or family with a couple of older kids (maximum) who have no mobility issues. Will definitely miss the views in a morning - stunning.

Thank you for your review Jo and Adam. As you know, from the communication, we never explicitly said that there were 3 beds in one room, we did as advertised and told you that there were 2 beds in one bedroom that could be either twins or a super king, a double bedroom and then there was a sofa bed for the 5th person. You assumed that the sofa bed was in the bedroom even though there are no photos showing this nor do we explicitly say this.
Sadly, you left the place in such a bad way that we have needed to get 4 housekeepers to get the apartment ready for the next guests including putting both toilet seats back on.
Sadly we will not be wishing you to stay with us again. We will be in touch with regards to additional cleaning fees.

Alt var som på bildene,en ren,ordentlig og trygg leilighet.Hyggelig med en flaske hvit vin som velkomsthilsen.Vi hadde fått mail fra utleier som vi ikke hadde lest-vår feil ;) men det var ingen problem,jeg fikk raskt svar på Messenger ang husnøkel og annet viktig informasjon. Fabulous views, immaculate and modern property
Located in the perfect spot, this property has everything you need. Close to supermarkets, all of the walks, the carpark we found it perfect for our stay. Heating and hot water excellent, kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Instructions for everything that opens and closes included. We loved it and it was the best place we have ever stayed. Thanks ever so much for everything!!!!

This holiday was one of the best holidays I have ever had! The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. The view from the window was fantastic and hit us as soon as we entered the living room... (and we even saw seals right at the harbour from the window) We loved this holiday so much it's made me think I want to move here one day... thank you so much for providing such a wonderful stay

Wohnung mit Traumaussicht
Diese Wohnung ist die schönste Ferienunterkunft in St Ives!! Sie ist sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet mit vielen persönlichen Details und sie ist wunderbar hell. Alles war vorhanden aber am Allerbesten war die Aussicht! Gleich nach dem Aufstehen verbrachten wir 1 Stunde am Fenster und beobachteten das Kommen und Gehen im Fischerhafen oder die Hunde am Strand. Es war wie ein Wimmelbild! Abends, gleich nach dem Abendessen, kehrten wir zurück, um die Aussicht wieder zu genießen. Die Lage war so super, daß wir unser Auto 3 Tage lang nicht gebraucht haben. Wir haben viele gute Restauranttips vom der Agentur bekommen und wurden kein einziges Mal enttäuscht. Ich hoffe, wir können wir zurückkommen!.

A beautiful flat in an ideal location.
All the basics right here: spotlessly clean, solid WiFi, modern high quality mattresses, friendly email support in build-up to stay, effective heating and well appointed kitchen. Location exceptional - in the heart of St Ives but in an elevated position slightly removed from the bustle. It like having a Royal Box from which to view the twice daily performance of the tide, with a supporting cast of fishermen, dogs and seagulls. The smaller bedroom has the better views which means if there are two couples sharing neither will feel bested. If fact you can see the sea from every room (even the bathrooms enjoy a glimpse). The small kitchen is a triumph of design and also has a delightful view. Tips: a) if you take binoculars you can check the specials menu on blackboard at St Ives Cafe from the balcony b) if you take the kitchen seat furthest from the window you can take a beer from the fridge without getting up. Wracking my brain for improvements: a few of the kitchen knives were a bit blunt. All in a moderately expensive (for two) but simply gorgeous place to spend a few days.

Lantern Loft - St Ives was everything we wanted.
Terrific central location, literally a four minute walk to the train station car park. Extremely clean and well equipped. Great views from the lounge across the harbour. All the bits and pieces we needed were waiting for us on arrival, from washing up liquid to tea bags. Orange Roofs gave great service and offered ideal support right from the initial booking. One word of warning, don't rely on your car satnav to find the property, whereas Google maps will take you right to the door! Many thanks to Samantha and Ross for the perfect break.

Exceptional views over the harbour
An excellent apartment, clean, well maintained and had all we needed to have a relaxing weeks holiday. We received all the help we could ask for from the owners which helped in preparing for our holiday. Overall I couldn't fault anything. We had a really enjoyable holiday.
We watched seals in the harbour and even a pod of dolphins next to the sea wall. all from our front window. Brilliant. Most enjoyable.

A fabulous property with a stunning view
The flat has one of the best views in St. Ives. The flat is modern with two comfy chairs and sofa to enjoy the view. Everything you may need has been provided including ironing board, washing machine and kitchen equipment and the kitchen is really nice and modern with Denby dinner service and mugs. The bathrooms are modern and everything you could want is here. It was immaculately clean and very homely. The balcony is big enough for 2 and gets the sun all afternoon and evening with amazing views. We would definitely recommend it and we hope to be back next year. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic apartment, beautifully presented
The apartment was fantastic and we couldn't fault it at all. It was beautifully clean on arrival and has obviously been refurbished recently as the kitchen and bathrooms are very modern. The living room and front bedroom has breathtaking views across St Ives harbour and in November we were able to snuggle down with a book and watch the storms and the launch of the new life boat, very exciting. The second bedroom was very large with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils etc and had everything we needed. We didn't find parking a problem and bought a 24 hour ticket each day for the car park to the North, the apartment was fantastically situated for walking in to town etc. We had a fantastic time in the apartment and will be back!
