"Faraway" es un apartamento de 2 dormitorios primer piso profesionalmente reformado a un alto estándar diseñado específicamente para un alquiler de vacaciones. Espacioso con dos balcones, un gran salón, dos dormitorios dobles, cocina equipada y accesorios de lujo de nueva construcción con un impresionante cuarto de ducha grande. Los huéspedes también tienen aparcamiento subterráneo seguro. "Faraway" se encuentra a un corto paseo de restaurantes populares y un supermercado ya 5 minutos en coche de la playa de Guincho y la ciudad. Los campos de golf Quinta da Marinha y Ocitavos Dunes están también en la puerta y con el mundialmente conocido campo Penha Longa Championship en Sintra cerca hay mucho que hacer. Está a unos 25 minutos a pie del centro de Cascais, pero hay un montón de buenos restaurantes a pocos minutos a pie del apartamento. Ofrecemos dos bicicletas de montaña para uso de los huéspedes de forma gratuita. La propiedad está totalmente amueblada y terminada con una calidad muy.

Centrally located property with easy access to Cascais and Sintra

The property looks dated from outside but nicely decorated and gets a lot of daylight when blinds are open. We enjoyed the proximity of nearby restaurants, Supermarket and touristic attractions. We were only two staying for a month, but for a group of 4 staying more than a couple of days, cutlery and plates in the kitchen need to be increased. Although the property is on the first floor elderly people need to bear in mind that there is no lift in the building. One of the advantages of the property is that, it has a secured garage but a bit tight for a big car. . All in all we enjoyed our stay and it is a property to be recommended.

Thank you for your review, we have taken on board your comments and will be purchasing extra plates and cutlery. The parking underground is tight typical to underground in premium location. Fortunately we are able to use two spaces allowing a larger car to be placed diagonally one in the parking area.

Todo muy bien estuvimos como en nuestra propia casa, la casa es muy acogedora y relajante, todo está nuevo.Rebeca es muy amable y vive cerca por lo que cualquier cosa lo resuelve al instante.

Good location

While the apartment was very beautiful, it was under-equipped as far as the kitchen was concerned. However, it was very conducive to relaxation!

Do not rely on your first impression

Once you arrive there, you will ask yourself what the h... have I done. The building looks old, lost in the middle of nowhere and the main entrance does not appear much better. And then you enter in a large and very nice condo able to accomodate four adults and up to six people quite confortably. Of course, you will not find mattresses of top qualities like in the five star resorts but I slept quite well in the living room even though I am not that easy to satisfy. Everything is avalaible so that you can make the most of your stay not to say that the Lidl grocery store is almost at walking distance. In fact, it is if you are young and healthy but the old man chosed to go there by car. The kitchen will give you everything you need if like me, you don't want to spend your life in restaurants. We cook many meals there without having to find creative solutions. The aircon is efficient and so needed when the weather reahed the 40s. The location itself is perfect is your main idea is to visit the surroundings. Sintra, a very popular destination and for good reasons, is maybe 20 kilometers away. We really enjoyed our moments there even though the first contacts were not that easy. When you are on the run all day long in an unknown country, it is hard to figure at what time exactly you will be there but Rebecca has been nice enough to wait for us.

Perfect stay in Cascais

We had a very good week staying with Rebeca and Gareths apartment in Cascais. It's a very nice and clean apartment, as expected from the pictures and well equipped. We didn't utilize the possibilities of using all equipment but it's possible. The house key transfer during both arrival and departure worked very well and both Rebeca and Gareth explained thoroughly about the apartment and the surroundings. Located in Pampilheria area it takes a short ride to get into town, but that's really not a problem in Portugal. The landlords was very nice and we had great help of them for the questions we had. Overall it was great stay. Can really recommend.

Excellant Apartment

Lovely, well eq Lovely, large, well equipped apartment. Rebeca was very helpful. Cascais taking the very scenic coastal route is a 45 minute walk away & a cab ride home is inexpensive. There are also some very good restaurants a 10 minute stroll down the hill directly towards the sea. Cascais itself was lively but not full of idiots -(we stayed during the world cup), a great selection of bars, cafe's & restaurants & the town beaches are perfect for families. Grincho Beach is unspoilt & a must visit. Overall, great apartment & holiday venue.

Good Stay in Cascais.

Location of the unit was very good.The apartment was large and clean. Easy to contact owners who were always available and sympathetic.Shower not so good. Lack flexibility for check in (arrived just one hour before and were charged extra 35 Euro. If it was 5 or 6 hours it would be ok).
