¡Renovado invierno 2018! Esta encantadora villa 'ibicenca' tiene vistas únicas y directas al mar y a las islas. Está incrustado en un jardín privado de 4100 m2 en la pequeña cala residencial de Cala Moli, San José (suroeste de la isla, el 'lugar de puesta de sol' de Ibiza). Cuenta con 6 habitaciones (5 dobles, 1 doble), 5 cuartos de baño / ducha (4 de ellos en suite), una gran piscina de 15x6m, Chill out indonesio, terraza en la azotea al atardecer, hamacas, barbacoa, pista de petanca, pie de bebé, Mesa de ping pong y mesa de comedor al aire libre para 12 personas. Honestly this villa is a gem. I was a little nervous as although there were plenty of reviews, none were recent, however, this proved not to be of concern and we found this villa to be incredible value for money for 12 of us.The villa itself is beautiful, with lovely sea and sunset views. Its tastefully decorated with plenty of areas to relax and things to do. All the rooms have a/c and all but 2 are en suite.The pool was lovely and maintained during our weeks's stay. The villa was also clean and cleaners came midweek. Host communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to help us organise a grocery delivery to before we checked in so we could relax straight away. The surrounding area is amazing and the nearby beach and beach cafe were great. Its a little far from most of the clubs etc. so getting taxis can be a little tricky if thats what you're into, but it wasn't a huge issue for us.The one criticism I have is that security for the villa was so thorough that it went a bit too far - I am all for alarms and cctv cameras, but a couple of the bedrooms had cctv cameras in them too (presumably as they had external access). I don't believe for a second that this is to spy on guests, but regardless this to me constitutes an invasion of privacy for paying guests. If I were the hosts I would strongly consider removing bedroom cameras!

Fantastic family villa

We were a 3 generation family 6months to 60 The villa was perfect with everything we wanted. Dom and Ruth even added a few extras just for us.Elia the housekeeper was on call for anything we needed.We all had a fab time and wouldn’t definitely stay again when back in Ibiza.

Lovely villa in a stunning position.

The villa and its surroundings were stunning and we had a fantastic holiday. The kitchen is pretty well equipped and there's a bar-b-q area, so catering for large numbers wasn't a problem; similarly, there are numerous bathrooms so there was never a queue. The interior is attractive with two seating areas that each accommodate approx five people, but obviously almost all our time was spent outside, enjoying the amazing view, relaxing in the large chill-out areas or in the pool. There are other villas around and about but you'd never know it as you're not overlooked at all. As we were nine adults, the pool - which is only 2 feet deep for half of it, sloping to 6 feet at the deep end - was a little on the shallow side but it was well-used and would be great for those with kids. We didn't hire cars, which would definitely have made life easier as cabs aren't terribly reliable when you're asking for them to pick up outside of the main resorts. Once we discovered Airobuses (10E per person wherever you travel on the island), life became easier. Also, there is a shop a walkable 20 minutes away and we got all our bulk shopping delivered by the local supermarket, which was very efficient. I would definitely recommend Ses Arcades and my family (ages 22 to 62) would go back there like a shot. Downside? None as far as our group was concerned. If you have toddlers you might be a little wary of the outdoor steps leading down to the annexe bedrooms (which were good, by the way) and there's no grassy areas to run around on. But then there's the pool!

A wonderful experience.

We all had a very special week at your villa in Ibiza. The pictures on line do not do full justice to the villa or its wonderful situation. The views are magnificent. The facilities at the villa, both internal and external, were perfect. We appreciated the quiet location with the villa set in extensive grounds. The pool was enjoyed by us all. The villa and pool were serviced mid-week. When we first arrived we all had a look around and our 8 year old grandson exclaimed 'this is paradise'. An apt description.

Fantastic villa with loads of room and amazing views

Our family of 5 travelled to Ses Arcades from Australia for a holiday with my wife's mother for her 80th birthday. It was a fantastic week relaxing by the pool and having meals on the balcony overlooking the "Med". The house is perfect for groups of 8-10 with a great kitchen for cooking meals. The villa is in great condition and was exactly what we were looking for in our holiday. Our three kids didn't want to leave...either did we! Would love to go back again sometime.

Perfect retreat - stunning

This is the perfect retreat for families and/or couples/groups who want to escape the rush and enjoy peaceful and tranquil Ibiza with breathtaking views. All rooms of a good standard and the villa was very spacious for 11 of us. Lovely pool for the kids too. Dom was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to booking again.

Heerlijke villa met adembenemend uitzicht op zee

We hebben met 10 personen een week volop genoten van deze mooie villa! Wat een uitzicht! Als je voor het eerst door de poort loopt, waan je je in een paradijsje. Het uitzicht en de tuin zijn niet te vatten in foto's, dus je raakt zeer positief verrast. Het zwembad is zeer ruim en een fijne plek om 's avonds nog even een duik te nemen en te borrelen. De kamers en badkamers zijn prima. Fijn dat we met 5 stellen allemaal een eigen badkamer hadden. Er was een goede geluidsinstallatie, goede WIFI-verbinding en een Nespresso-apparaat. Van alle gemakken voorzien dus. De eigenaar, Dominique, reageerde zeer snel op onze vragen die we per email konden stellen. Het huis ligt op 20 minuten rijden vanaf de luchthaven en 25 minuten van Ibiza-stad. Je hebt zeker een auto nodig om het huis te bereiken. Meerdere stranden/baaien op minder dan 20 minuten rijden van het huis. We hebben geweldig geluncht in de Cotton Beach Club wat vlakbij is. Tevens is er een kleine supermarkt vlakbij. Wij zouden de villa zo weer boeken!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. It offered all we needed, the rooms were all great and the pool area was fantastic. We'd highly recommend it. Dom was also a delight to deal with and helpful with all questions and anything we needed help with.

Stunning

Wow! A beautiful villa in a stunning location. We went as a group of friends to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and this was the perfect venue. Close to the gorgeous beaches at Cala Conta and the sunset at Cala D'Hort ...neither to be missed. If you are a little younger, San Antonio is also reasonably close. The facilities at the villa are great ...the pool is lovely and the chill out area soothing, The owners Dom and Ruth are friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We certainly hope to go back ...soon! Do not hesitate to book this villa.

IN EN WOORD GEWELDIG!!!!!

Het is een supermooie ,comfortabele villa op een adembenemende plek ,waar wij ons als gezin heerlijk thuis gevoeld hebben. In de woning is werkelijk alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt,.super schoon en goed onderhouden . Elk kind,kleinkind kon zichzelf zijn en doen wat hij of zij graag wilde ,zwemmen ,jeu de boule ,tafeltennis ,tafelvoetbal ,voor de kinderen heel veel attributen voor in het zwembad, (Het zwembad en de villa werden halverwege de week ook nog een keer schoongemaakt ) Met z"n allen buiten lunchen.dineren aan de eettafel en dan ook ook weer dat geweldige uitzicht er valt niets op aan te merken en wij zouden deze villa met adembenemend uitzicht dan ook aan iedereen van harte aanbevelen.

Better than in photos

The villa is at an excellent location, with great views and tranquil atmosphere. We had a wonderful time in and around the house, with easy access to restaurants and beaches. It does not happen a lot that the place itself looks much better than in the photos on this website. All our friends had the best time: reading all the comments and seeing all the photos put on Facebook by them. Truly a week to remember and come back to...

Ses Aracades - the perfect Ibiza pad

Stunning views, peaceful setting and luxe living - Ses Arcades will definitely tick all of your holiday boxes. The ideal spot for a big group where you can enjoy al fresco dinning, the huge, deep blue pool (complete with lilos, natch) and the comfy, stylish rooms. Plenty of space and stylish Ibiza-esque decor, we couldn't have been happier with our stay here. The property owner was professional, efficient and super helpful before, during and after our stay. Hassle-free it was just like popping to stay at a very well looked after friend's house. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, anyone would be lucky to holiday here.

Outstanding house!

We had a great stay in this perfect house. Really clean, comfortable, everything has been thought out so well, we never missed anything. The 180° view is breathtaking. The house has so many different and great areas, it's ideal. We spent great times at the roof top chill out area with beautiful sunset views, enjoyed the outstanding view at breakfasts/lunches/dinners on the perfectly located outdoor dining table, the swimming pool was always clean, and the kids played for hours in the huge garden...it felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. The cleaning service was great and the owner has always been very helpful whenever we had queries beforehand. I strongly recommend this house, greatly located with beautiful beaches all around. My favourite is Calla Comta, which has a 360° little restaurant. Ibiza and this rented house have exceeded our expectations and we very much look forward to going back next year for another great family holiday. Thanks again to the owner for providing such a high service.

Superb villa for your Ibiza holidays

We stayed 2 weeks at the beautiful villa "Ses Arcades" and enjoyed every minute of it. From the first day on we felt at home in this comfortable and luxurious house. From the lovely designed interior to the stylish pool area everything was just perfect. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking and several beaches are within walking distance. You can tell that the house owner is taking care of every detail and we truly appreciated the easy and friendly contact with them as well as the cleaning maids. We are already looking forward to come back to this wonderful place.

Pure Tranquillity, Natalie and Jay !!

Well what can I say but this villa is truly fantastic.The pictures really do not show how fantastic it is and the sea view is breathtaking. It has everything you could wish for. When we were not out partying on the island of Ibiza we spent most of our days sunbathing and playing around in the beautifully clean big swimming pool. Also during our stay at the villa we got married on the island and this made our holiday and the wedding day. It was plenty big enough to have the wedding party over to get ready and celebrate before the ceremony. When leaving the villa we had no worries at all about the security of the villa as it has a brilliant alarm system and very secure. You really cannot wish for a better place to stay and the owners were so helpful to us and so happy to listen and ask us if there was anything we needed to make our stay perfect. Will definitely love to stay here again.

Wonderful villa for family holidays

Outstanding villa, spacious, well equipped and perfectly suited for children. It has excellent views in a quiet and relaxing environment, yet close to all amenities and so many top class beaches (cala vadella, cala d'hort, cala comta...all within 10 mins drive). We had a great time and will definitely go back.

Ses Arcades, Cala Moli

The listing description and photographs did not fully portray the beauty and tranquility of the villa and its stunning views, from dawn until the sun went down! When we arrived, everyone was knocked out with the layout of the villa, the pool and surrounding area. The villa was clean and the personnel involved with cleaning and maintenance were first class. We visited many of the restaurants close by, namely on Cala Moli, Cala Vedella, and Cala Corba beaches, all were great and good value for money. The owner has provided excellent service, always replying promptly and providing information promptly. We would certainly recommend Ses Arcades to a friend and hope to return ourselves one day! A truly fantastic experience!!
