Villa independiente situada en Nerja con fantásticas vistas sobre el mar y las montañas. La villa tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y WiFi. Hay una piscina privada con una gran terraza y seis tumbonas. Hay una gran terraza fuera de la sala y otra terraza cubierta fuera de la cocina, todos con vistas fantásticas. En la parte delantera de la villa hay una terraza de barbacoa y aparcamiento. También hay la posibilidad de utilizar la gran piscina comunitaria y jardines.
El dormitorio principal tiene un baño completo con ducha. El cuarto de baño familiar tiene un baño con ducha en uno. Proporcionamos una silla alta y cuna si es necesario, de forma gratuita, tendrá que traer ropa de cama para la cuna. También ofrecemos toallas de piscina. Si es necesario, podemos organizar traslados al aeropuerto con una empresa local.

Maravillosas vistas

Una casa con unas vistas maravillosas y con mucha tranquilidad. Muy bien la limpieza, una casa sencilla. El acceso es un poco complicado por las cuestas y no es fácil para pasear por la urbanización. Pero merece la pena por las vistas. Gracias John por compartirla.

Pros: Very beautiful villa with unmatched views, my family and I enjoyed our stay here! Every room has access to the pool. The villa was well stocked with supplies. We loved the terrace and pool areas. It was just a lovely place to be. Cons: The first floor does not have air condition, but there’s A/C in the rooms. There was a small problem with ants coming. My family members said there were ants in their luggage. Also, it is difficult to get to the beaches or anywhere in Nerja town without a car. It is also difficult to drive and park in the mountain that the villa is within, if you’re not used to that.

Wonderful villa with the far reaching views of the sea and mountains. Perfect for 6 guests. Beds were comfy and the villa had pretty much all you needed. The beach just below is great. There are a couple of cheringuito's for drinks, food and sunbeds. Showers on the beach too.Only negatives, it was very steep driving in and out of the property. Hand towels and shower mat would have been nice.Would happily stay again.

The villa is lovely, with spectacular views of the sea by day and night. The pool and pool terrace with its loungers and umbrellas was perfect for relaxing. Other terraces at different levels offered places to eat or read, all with the wonderful view. It was amazingly quiet and peaceful. The house itself was spacious and very comfortable with good beds. The AC in the bedrooms was very welcome, and the kitchen was a good size. We had a car to do some exploring, so having parking right outside the house was perfect. John was very easy to communicate with and check-in was simple. We had a wonderful time and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Cosy little place with very gorgeous view

Lovely cosy place. View from any level is wonderful, whether you want to look inland or out to the sea, with sun on the pool side all day.Communication with the owner is excellent, replying quickly and with answers to any of your questions in detail. Check-in super easy, all the instructions sent over prior to arrival. As many have said- car is a must, unless all of your party are extremely fit to go up the VERY steep hill! )) If I’m very pushed to point the finger at any negativity- the place could do with a lick of paint here and there, but nothing that would put off any normal person ))Overall great experience, very pleased with everything.P.S. if you are calling a taxi, give the address C. Balcón de Punta Lara 14, this is the house at the top of the cul-de-sac where the villa is. If you give the actual address, you may share our strange experience that made us being late to the restaurant ))

Very nice house with a great view

We had a very nice stay. The villa is well appointed with very good beds. The view is amazing! Also the swimmingpool was great. Smart tv with Netflix etc. The only thing we thought that was not so good is the cleanliness of the house. Especially the kitchen could have been cleaner. But overall we where very happy with our stay!

Perfect for our family

We had an amazing 2 weeks in this villa, the property was very clean, and very well supplied with all the linens, crockery and cooking equipment we needed. The view from the upper terrace was amazing, we spent most evenings on there.

Fantastic Holiday

Great location. Lovely Villa with a view that never gets boring. Steep hill so a car is a must. The host, John, was really helpful and accommodating. Lots of fabulous beach restaurants on the Torrox road. Recommend Scarletta's Restaurant in Nerja and the restaurants in Torrox Peublo.

Vi var 6 voksne i huset. Der er god plads, meget lækker og stor terrasse med den mest fantastiske udsigt udover havet og ind over Nerja by. Den skønneste pool og poolområde, det ville have været perfekt, hvis der havde været en udebruser. Meget venlig og hjælpsom vært, enkelt ind- og udcheckning

A lovely villa outside Nerja

A lovely villa and pool with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The area is quiet with the only noise being the buzz of the jet skis on the sea. Access to the beach is within walking distance but do be aware the price of a fantastic view over the coast is a steep hill to walk up and down. Nerja itself is walkable but it will take 25 minutes or so to the commercial centre and significantly longer to the Balcon d’Europe. The solution is to hire a car . There are a couple of quiet bars within walking distance but no supermarket or shop. Apart from a couple of local options , restaurants are in Nerja

Lovely villa wth amazing views

Well stocked clean villa. Fantastic views of the sea Nerja and the mountains. Up quite a steep hill, but this is why you get great views. Initially we struggled to find it as its tucked away down a lane, this is also a benifit as it makes it private.We only had one problem, self inflicted as we locked our selves out, one quick call to John and 20 minutes later we were back in....would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice villa, loved the area

Just back from 10 days at this villa. It's a lovely villa but could do with some tlc and few upgraded items. John is really lovely and told us best places to go. We loved Burriana beach, Balcon de Europa and the area and beaches if you turn right at the roundabout as you come down from the villa. You do need a car to stay here but we knew that and listing very accurate in terms of location. We always hire a care as we like to explore. Overall had a fantastic holiday and met some great people in the various bars in Balcon de Europa.

It's the view.

When you walk in, be careful, you may become breathless. The view is just incredible, the color of the sea the mountain in the back and 14 days of sunshine. It's better than we expected. The communication with John was great. He always answered back very quickly. A previous renter had some negative comments about the villa it is certainly not our opinion and we are picky. Nerja is a great little town with excellent restaurants and friendly people. Frigiliana, at the base of the mountain is a must visit. Wish we could spent the summer there.

Très bel emplacement

la vue est vraiment époustouflante., la pièce de vie vraiment très agréable (avec une super télévision), la quartier vraiment très calme et tranquille. la situation de la maison est vraiment très bien les chambres sont assez petites. Il faut ne pas avoir peur pour descendre la pente et garer la voiture il faudrait vraiment un nettoyage approfondi de la maison le tissu des chaises de la salle à manger est tâché, le barbecue était inutilisable tellement il était sale, dans la salle de bains de la suite parentale il y a au moins 10 pommeaux de douche usagés dans le placard sous le lavabo, idem pour le dressing il y a beaucoup de bazar entassé et des petites choses à réparer et à reprendre (brise vent sur la terrasse est cassé, carrelage de la douche extérieure cassé...)

Wonderful views

We stayed in four VRBOs in Barcelona, Seville, Nerja and Ronda during our recent trip. This beauty in Nerja was by far our favorite. We so enjoyed the views, the living space inside and out. We ate outside and enjoyed the views and the night lights. One evening we watched dolphins during our dinner. Great place.

We saw the villa and fell in love with the location and the far reaching views. The outside areas are perfect for making the most of the climate , all year round , with the villas south facing orientation. We lived happily in the villa for 10 years with our family, now both of daughters are back in the UK at University, so we decided to holiday let the villa and give some body else the opportunity to enjoy the property and the stunning views that we were spoilt by every day .
