Thank you Luis, it was lovely having you here. If you ever want to return to Verona, I will always welcome you with immense pleasure.

Thank you Genevieve, it was a real pleasure meeting you, and if you ever return to Verona, I'll always be happy to welcome you back.

Thanks for the compliments, from what you write it seems that everything has worked perfectly and that my home and my welcome have fulfilled all your expectations. All this, however, would have been more compatible to a 5-star rating. However, I will continue to always give my guests the best.

Thank you Veronika, your review makes me very satisfied because my goal is to make the holiday of all my guests unforgettable. I am happy that you liked the house and that your desire is to return, know that whenever you decide to do so, I will always welcome you with great pleasure. A cordial "goodbye" and a warm greeting to all of you from Verona.

Thanks Joel, hosting you was a pleasure and if one day you want to come back, I will always be happy to welcome you. Next time, however, ask me for information on the services in the neighborhood, there are not only bars and pizzerias but also wine bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, piadina shops, etc., I will certainly be able to advise you where to go. Cordial greetings.

Thanks Jonathan, I'm really happy to have contributed positively to your holiday in Verona. I think it is essential to enjoy the time of family holidays well, because in addition to the well-being of the days spent together, it gives happy and indelible memories that accompany us for the rest of our lives. This is what makes my job important and what makes me really proud, so thanks to all of you. If one day you return to Verona, I will be happy to host you again, a cordial greeting to all.

Dear Madam Karen, thank you for choosing to stay at my facility and also for writing your review, however there are a couple of things that I think need to be clarified, especially to give the right information to those who read. When you give important technical information such as the description of the beds, you need to know the subject well and be aware of what you write, in my opinion you have given incorrect information. The bed where you slept, has a spring mattress (of medium flexibility, the springs are individually bagged). It is an hypoallergenic product of the highest build quality, resting on ash staves and calculated for people of medium size. The other two mattresses that you describe, are not in foam but are memory mattresses and "hospital" type designed to ensure a healthy rest and of absolute quality. Finally I would like to express a personal opinion on the value you attribute to Residenza Montebello. Reading what you write, your full satisfaction is evident in relation to the house, the place where it is located and the people who welcomed you, so I ask myself: What should I give you more to deserve the 5 stars? Greetings dear from Verona.

Thanks Audet, your words are the biggest reward for us, because we always do everything possible to make an unforgettable holiday for our guests. We are very happy to have contributed to the well-being of all of you and if one day you will return to Verona, we will be happy to do it again. A warm hug to everyone and a cordial greeting from me and Elisabetta.
