Amplia villa con vistas al mar, gran jardín barbacoa, cerca del mar y Cefalu

Villa Degli Ulivi domina la costa de Campofelice de una pequeña colina en la que se encuentra la propiedad, que ofrece una hermosa vista del mar y impresionantes puestas de sol durante todas las estaciones!

Toda la propiedad está vallada y ofrece máxima privacidad. Un jardín de olivos y plantas mediterráneas rodea la villa, ofreciendo mucho espacio para adultos y niños.
La villa es amplia y distribuida en 2 plantas. En la planta baja hay una gran sala con sofás, chimenea y TV, cocina / comedor equipada con todo lo necesario (lavavajillas, horno, microondas, 2 neveras, etc.), un dormitorio doble y un baño / WC.
Arriba hay dos dormitorios, uno doble y uno doble que también puede convertirse en doble, otro baño completo (con ducha) y un balcón con vistas al mar accesible desde una de las habitaciones.
Una terraza, accesible desde la sala de estar y la cocina ofrece vistas panorámicas del mar y está equipada con tumbonas, mesa y sillas, ideal para cenar en cualquier momento.

La villa ofrece todas las comodidades, el jardín es espacioso y bien cuidado y también hay un gran aparcamiento en la propiedad. Los huéspedes pueden relajarse en la sombra, cenar al aire libre y utilizar la barbacoa. Una ducha al aire libre también está disponible, así como Wi-Fi (ver notas).
Villa degli Ulivi es ideal para familias y / o grupos de amigos, hasta 6-7 personas, que aman la tranquilidad, la proximidad al mar y un punto de partida conveniente para visitar todas las bellezas de Sicilia.

La playa cercana es en su mayoría arena y público (gratuito). También hay playas privadas / equipadas.
El centro de Campofelice, supermercados, restaurantes, bares y otras instalaciones están a sólo 2 km de la villa.
Cefalu se encuentra a sólo 10 minutos en coche de la villa.

El apartamento está situado en el centro de la costa norte, que le dará la oportunidad de visitar todos los sitios importantes, incluyendo el Monte Etna, las Islas Eolias, Agrigento y más, en una excursión de un día!

Stunning ocean view

We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa in Campofelice di Roccella. It is clean and well appointed with all the kitchen facilities needed to eat in-house. The stunning view from the main rooms and the terrace is to the Mediterranean! The house is a 5 minute drive from a supermarket as well as into the town of Campofelice. We were able to communicate with the property manager when needed. We enjoyed a "typical" Sicilian meal with Francesca and tours to Palermo and Cefalu with Viviana, both arranged through the property manager. We would highly recommend this accommodation!

Fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer und sehr schöne Unterkünfte. Leider spricht der Vermieter ausschließlich italienisch. Von der Kaution hat er 100 einbehalten. Wir hätten zu viel Energie verbraucht und zu viel Müll produziert. Nun ja, wenn man 5 Personen reist und täglich selbst kocht fällt schon einiges an und Energie wird auch verbraucht. Verschwenderisch waren wir nicht

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your comments. The current key-manager speaks only Italian but that may change and we (Rentalsitalia) are always available, also on the phone, before, during and after the reservation, we would have been happy to help if you contacted us. As stated in the house rules, the price includes electricity up to a reasonable consumption which is determined on an average and comfortable use; this is only to avoid waste and not to charge it extra, we very rarely do that. There is also a tolerance which we apply when needed (we would not charge 10 or 20 euro if you only used a little more than the allowance) so if you were charged extra money it was because you used much more than the allowance. Of course it is normal to produce garbage during the stay but it is also normally expected that you get rid of it regularly during the stay as you would do at your home, and not leave it all at check out. This attracts wild animals, insects and it's much extra work for the cleaners. Also for this the tolerance was surpassed.

Tolle Aussicht, tolles Haus, aber schlechter Service.

Tolle Lage, tolle Villa, aber einige ärgerliche Mängel und Zusatzkosten… Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel mit einer traumhaften Aussicht und in der Nähe wunderschöner Strände – die Lage ist wirklich toll. Allerdings haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts leider einige negative Erfahrungen gemacht, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt haben. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es Probleme: Der zuständige Schlüsselhalter hatte einen privaten Termin und so mussten wir ganze 5 Stunden im Mietwagen vor dem geschlossenen Tor warten. Das Tor selbst funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts nur sporadisch – mal öffnete es sich, mal nicht. Der auf der Website angekündigte Grill war in einem desolaten Zustand, man kann ihn kaum noch als Grill bezeichnen. Ich habe auf Bilder verzichtet, aber er war wirklich ein „Wrack“. Ein weiteres Ärgernis war der Stromverbrauch: Uns wurde nachträglich eine Nachzahlung auferlegt, weil wir angeblich zu viel Strom verbraucht hätten. Dies war allerdings nur auf der italienischen Website einsehbar – auf der deutschen Seite, über die wir gebucht haben (FeWo), war davon keine Rede. Zusätzlich wurden wir von einer italienischen Agentur kontaktiert, die uns mitteilte, dass noch eine Auslandssteuer zu zahlen sei, die bei der Buchung übersehen worden sei. Obwohl dies angeblich ein Fehler von FeWo war, haben wir uns entschieden, diese zu zahlen, aber bis heute fehlt die versprochene Rechnung. Zudem fehlten einige der angekündigten Ausstatt

Dear Antonio, we rarely reply to reviews but I must say that this comment is unfair and untrue. And 2 stars is a complete disrespect sign towards the property owner and the agency! First of all, you only communicated your arrival time 1 day before and some appointments cannot be postponed at the last minute, then the keymanager agreed for an earlier time to lean towards your needs but you were late (!) so he had to go to his appointment (late) and you had to wait but not for his fault, and not 5 hours! Sorry but this is a big lie. Second, the rule about the electricity is clearly written in the German website, I also sent you a screenshot; another lie. You can't blame others for your faults and, most important, this is clearly a revenge for having asked you to pay what was due, but since you could not accept your fault, you decided to RUIN the perfect average score of this property, damaging the business of someone who is clear and honest. See the other reviews, no one is complaining about the electricity rule, there must be a reason. After all, you managed to use almost triple of the allowance included in the price, this is what I call WASTE, and that rule is there only to avoid waste, not for earning some tens of euros more, if this is still not clear. The tax you are mentioning was a VRBO/FEWO error, they also sent you an OFFICIAL email regarding that. Again, it's not fair to accuse someone else for your bad faith. Sorry but people needs to know both sides of the story!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Modernes Haus mit drei gleichwertigen Schlafzimmer und schöner großer Terrasse. Wir hatten Bedenken wegen der Nähe zur Autobahn, aber meistens kam der Wind aus der richtigen Richtung und es war nichts zu hören. Ein Auto ist notwendig, Cefalu ist wunderschön und Palermo (mit dem Zug) ein Erlebnis.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mit zwei Ehepaaren. Sehr schöner Blick von der Terrasse, großes Grundstück, geräumige Bäder und Schlafzimmer, gute Matratzen, großer Terrassentisch,viele Stühle, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Top Lage

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war sehr schwierig. Pippo ist sehr freundlich, spricht aber leider nur italienisch. Im Tourismus sollte etwas Englisch selbstverständlich sein. Eine Übersetzungs-App ist zwingend notwendig! Die Lage des Hauses und die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche übrig.

Thank you for your nice review. We are glad you enjoyed your time at the villa. I just wanted to poit out, for other guests, that although the owner doesn't speak English we (the property manager) are always available to assist our guests, before, during and after the reservation.

Sehr großzügige Anlage in einer Anhöhe

Garten ist traumhaft, Oliven Orangen Zitronen und Blumen, könnte kaum schöner sein. Schlüsselübergabe ging reibungslos, Pippo hat uns aus super in die örtlichen Abläufe eingewiesen. Im Haus gute Grundausstattung, leider kein WLAN. Betten sind für kleine Leute ausreichend, für große ab 180cm einfach die Bettumrandung beiseite stellen, dann haben die Füße Platz Mietwagen ist erforderlich, dann aber idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen . Alle Geschäfte in 3km Umkreis erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Super schönes Haus! Tolle Aussicht!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus auch für grosse Familien. Herrlicher Garten! Leider ist das Haus schlecht zu finden. (Bitte Strasse und Hausnummer dazu angeben. Via del Mirto) Das wunderschöne Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts!!! Alles sehr sauber! Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Verkehrslärm der nahen Autostrada. Das Highlight des Ganzen: Paolo, der immer freundliche Mitarbeiter der Agentur. Er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für meine Fragen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle!!!

Ich wollte für zukünftige Gäste nur darauf hinweisen, dass der Verkehrslärm, von dem Sie sprechen, normalerweise fast nicht vorhanden ist, da dieser Autobahnabschnitt die meiste Zeit des Jahres nicht sehr stark befahren ist, im August kann es etwas mehr Verkehr geben, allerdings ist es im Haus nicht hörbar

Die Villa war bezaubernd. Tolle Lage mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Villa entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und Ansprüchen. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen. Es war perfekt uns von unseren langen abenteuerlichen Tagen zu erholen. Die Lage ist toll, mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. auch weitere Ausfahrten sind von diesem Ort super zu machen, z.B. Scala dei Turchi. Die Stadt Cefalu ist wunderschön und lädt ein zu verweilen. Auch das Dorf in dem wir wohnten konnte man gut Essen. Ausflüge wie zum Stromboli konnte ich über die Agentur buchen, das ging bestens. Ich empfehle die Agentur und die Villa sehr gerne weiter.

Un emplacement idéal

Très belle maison calme dans un grand terrain arboré et fleuri. La maison est situé sur une colline d'où la vue est superbe. Elle est très confortable, sans voisinage et possède tout le confort. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la côte Siciliene de Palerme à Céfalu et même au delà. Les Madonies sont splendides et les autoroutes permettent de rapide déplacements vers l'Etna ou Agrigento. Campo felice est une petite ville agréable où l'on trouve tout. Commerçants accueillants et produits locaux très bons. La proximité de la gare permet des déplacements en train (parking gratuit). La plage est à quelques minutes en voitures, sable, tranquillité et hors ville. Nous y avons passé deux excellents séjours. Un en mai et l'autre en septembre.

Ottimo Soggiorno

Bellissima e spaziosa Villa in ottima posizione (si raggiungono la spiaggia o l'ingresso dell'autostrada in pochi minuti) con una splendido panorama, perfetta per due famiglie o una famiglia numerosa, con due bagni completi e una doccia esterna. Cucina spaziosa e dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici (preziosissimi i due frigo e la lavastoviglie). Il proprietario Pippo cordiale e disponibile. Grazie di tutto.. alla prossima

Villa très agréable

La villa est située sur une colline et domine la mer et le littoral. Vue splendide, villa très calme et très bien aménagée. La situation de la maison est idéale pour visiter les madonies, céfalu, les villages médiévaux de l'arrière pays Agrigento et la vallée des temples (1h40 de route à travers un paysage superbe) et Palerme. La gare de campofelice est à quelques minutes en voitures ce qui permet de se rendre à Palerme ou Céfalu sans avoir de problème de stationnement (parking gratuit à la gare de Campofelice). En résumé, une belle maison très bien située.

Eine sehr schöne Villa in einer kleinen Oase. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, leider war ein Ventilator für die unteren Räume zu wenig. Die Anschrift findet kein Navigationssystem, der Vermieter ist aber sehr nett und vereinbart einen Treffpunkt

Prachtig verblijf gehad in de herfstvakantie

Dutch: Prachtig uitzicht, royale leefruimte en alles aanwezig om je verblijf in Sicilië aangenaam te maken. Woning was keurig voor ons verblijf in orde gemaakt, alles netjes schoon en contact met Rentalsitalia.com verliep prettig. WInkelcentrum, tankstation en goede eetgelegenheid in de buurt en ook snel op de doorgaande weg. Echter het strand is wat moeizamer te bereiken, maar is wel een echt uitstapje. English: Beautiful views, lots of living space and everything available to make your stay in Sicily enjoyable. Property was neat for our stay, Everything was clean and contact with RentalsItalia.com was pleasant. Shopping center, gas station and good eatery nearby and also fast access to the main road. However, the beach is a bit more difficult to reach, but it is a real trip.
