The rental is cute and has enough room for two people to enjoy a weekend away. There are some wonderful shops nearby and it's a close drive to the beach, campus or downtown. Great location! Anne was great with communication. The photos need to be updated though. The kitchen has a hot burner, not two stove burners, just in case you're wanting to cook there. Also she's having the main house renovated and although the crew had instructions to only work during the week, they were there promptly at 7am Saturday and didn't leave until around 6pm. Their noise was definitely disruptive. I would suggest Anne's place as long as the construction crew aren't there. It's cute and in a good location.

Great communication and very accommodating, nice quiet neighborhood. This is a studio apartment above a garage with its own separate entrance and driveway in an occupied house but still felt very private. Perfect for two people without feeling cramped. The bathroom was larger than we expected in a studio. Will stay here again and definitely recommend. Easy walk to Mayfaire and could also bicycle to wrightsville beach.

Cozy and convenient

This was the perfect place for my trip to UNCW for parents weekend. It was very clean and cozy and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Anne was very responsive to any questions. Would stay again!

Amazing Stay

I was in Wilmington for a wedding and had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property! Property was very clean and in quiet neighborhood. In walking distance to shops and restaurants in Mayfair. Owners were super nice and very accommodating- even let us stay an extra night free because it happened to be open! I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in Wilmington, NC!

Cozy getaway, great location

The perfect location for a short getaway to visit family. It’s a quick drive to the beach and nearby restaurants . It was also in a great area for walking our dog. Anne was a responsive host and check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely return!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our visit very much. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. The proximity to Mayfaire and Wrightsville Beach was convenient. The host was very hospitable and communicated with us well. We were very pleased.

Great Location!

This was the perfect place for me, my husband, and my fur baby! It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk to Mayfaire, and it's a short drive to the beach. Anne was helpful and responsive and we hope to return!

Amazing Inexpensive Getaway Location!

Best stay we’ve found!

My best friend and I came up for the weekend from Florida to come explore the city and sight see, and this home was absolutely a perfect find for us. It’s right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to travel to, and just an overall beautiful home. Ann was very kind to both of us, and is an amazing host! She leaves out an information sheet of her favorite restaurants to check out, has a cute little kitchenette for you to use, has pretty much anything you might’ve forgotten stocked and ready for you to use. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back. 10/10 in our opinion!!

Cute cozy little apartment, safe neighborhood,

This was a fabulous little getaway. I had everything I needed and more. If I needed anything, it would show up! Ann was above and beyond helpful and accommodating in every way. The bed and linens were very cozy. I slept like a baby. Plenty of towels, coffee, etc…if there was anything else I needed, I asked, and it would show up! It was very centrally located. 10 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes away from a great shopping plaza. Small hot plate, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and a Keurig coffee maker. Everything I needed.

After many years of traveling with our jobs, we decided to give VRBO a chance instead of hotels. Our experience was always great. The hotels near our home in Wilmington seem to be sold out, or very expensive, so we decided to put our studio on VRBO. The last time my family visited, my husband stayed in the studio. He said it was the most comfortable bed he'd ever slept in, and I had a hard time getting him back into the main house.

Location!!! Living here is like being on vacation. We walk or ride our bikes everywhere. Restaurants, shopping, the beach. I love an established mature neighborhood, but it is rare to find one so close to the action. Great sidewalks for walking.
