While I originally hail from TX, I've lived in IL for 31 yrs., but my heart has always longed for the soothing sights and sounds of the ocean. I love kayaking, hiking, yoga, biking and just being in the ocean! This is the perfect setting for all of this.

The allure of the ocean's vast expanse and the serenity it offers drew me to this beautiful coastal area. There's something truly special about being near the ocean – the rhythmic crashing of the waves, the salty breeze on your skin, and the endless stretches of sandy shores. It's a place where I feel truly at peace.

One of the unique features of our condo is a quick drive to Lumina Station shops and restaurants and a grocery store with ease. As an end unit, we offer added privacy creating a peaceful retreat for our guests.

There are two plenty of parking spots right in front of the condo. Step outside our front door, and you'll discover a pool – just waiting for you to enjoy.
