Wonderful location

Although the property was on a steep street, the location was wonderful. Close to many other sites steps away from the beach with the beautiful vista. The property was very well-maintained and the owners were very accommodating.

The accommodation was very clean. The pool was beautiful and perfect to enjoy in the heat. Remember to bring pool towels. The bbq is a charcoal grill so you need to buy charcoal. You definitely require a car as the nearest grocery store is a few kilometers up the hill. The local market wasn’t open yet in June. There is only 1 cafe and restaurant in walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen dishes could be refreshed as the hard water from the dishwasher causing them to deteriorate. We didn’t receive any housekeeping as described.

we read your review and I think you misunderstood. cleaning during the stay is at the request of the customer as an EXTRA PAYMENT by the guest, we did not write daily cleaning included. We wrote that a car is needed to move around (so nothing hidden), we wrote that everything in the house is for the first arrival, later the guest will buy what he wants. Charcoal is not something that the host has to buy. the dishes are new and cleaned by hand one by one and not with the dishwasher, so I think that many things are not true, since you put utensils such as the coffee maker in the dishwasher, which should absolutely not be done since you stained it all and therefore necessarily threw it away...

Great Property - Only one disclaimer that should be noted

My family of 7 very much enjoyed our recent stay at the property. The property itself exceeded expectations set by the photos and Angelo (the host) was extremely responsive with any questions that we had leading up to our stay and Mauro was very helpfull with the questions we had during our stay and at check in/check out. They were even gracious enough to stock the villa with some water, beer and fresh fruit upon request prior to our visit. DISCLAIMER: Only disclaimer is that the house is up on a hill...and to get...to the villa parking...you need to travel up a vary narror road make an extremly tight/narror turn into the parking area. In a typical small European vehicle, this wouldn't be a problem. However, we had a 9 passenger van although not impossible, it was EXTREMLY difficult. Because of this, we parked on the street at the bottom of the hill and walked up each time. This was quite the challenge for my 70 year old mother and father-in law. While I would definitely recommend the property, those considering should keep the disclaimer in mind.

Fijn verblijf. Vlak bij strand, dat we voor ons zelf hadden. en op 12 minuten met de auto keuze om te eten aan strand of een leuk stadje in de buurt.Het zou wel fijn zijn als er muggenhorren zouden worden aangebracht

Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer zum Entspannen

Ferienwohnung auf einem Hügel, mit viel Sonne bis ca. 18.30 Uhr, Blick aufs Meer. Sehr sauber, Pool wurde auch unter der Woche gereinigt. grosse Terrasse, über verschiedene Stufen und Ebenen ist alles angeordnet - keine Wohnung mit kleinen Kindern und für ältere Menschen, da es immer wieder Treppen hat! Die Anfahrt per Auto ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Strasse führt sehr steil hoch und ist sehr eng, insbesondere die Einfahrt auf den Parkplatz. Mit unserem VW-Bus (Breite 2m) wars Milimeterarbeit! In Gehdistanz ein wunderbarer breiter öffentlicher Sandstrand mit wenig Leuten, trotz Hochsaison. Ebenfalls in Gehdistanz ein Supermercato für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Frühstück, Früchte, Wasser). Ansonsten ist im Ort fast nichts los, es hat nur Ferienwohnungen. Die nahe Strasse und Bahnlinie hört man nicht.
