Quaint, Clean, Efficiency Unit

The property us adjacent to Margaritaville. Parking is abundant and directly in front of the unit. The unit is quaint, and clean. Although there is no beach view from the unit, a beach is a two minute walk away. A vehicle is recommended for you to get around the island.

St. Thomas Hideaway

Communication and responsiveness with the owner was exceptional. The accommodation was cleaned daily. The location exceeded our expectation.

Great once we figured everything out!

I will start with saying when we first walked into our little villa we were shocked! Yes, they have all the dimensions of the rooms but being me I only imagined the size it was. We barely had room for our suitcases! (which we had 2 big ones) In my mind I imagined more of a little kitchen. It is a small microwave, dorm size refrigerator, blender, tiny cooler, small water pitcher that is all in a little what should have been our closet. There is one small sink so if you need to wash dishes that is the only one. when I pulled back the comforter under it on the floor was a dead big bug! I was like, what did I get us into! I'm sure it was just something that happened as we can clean our house and find a cobweb the next day. Our maid did a marvelous job! Rose, had explained everything about getting around to us exactly like it is in our email. But, we were a bit unsure about the whole thing the first day!. The pool at the village is gorgeous and so nice with the chairs. We had it pretty much to ourselves the first day as we had gotten in late the night before and needed just a relax day. We looked for the beach and were not quite sure where we could go. After visiting with a couple that owns a place at the village they explained the same thing that Rose had written in her explanation letter (But just them showing us how to get to Coki beach, and what part of the beach we could use by Margaritaville), it just made more sense to us. Plus they explained the buses as we weren't sure if we could just go up to the main area of Margaritaville to get a bus! They did say it would be $6/person but it was actually $8.00 but when you can just walk out your door and and cross the street to get on a bus who can complain! The people are all so friendly and helpful! Yes, the villa was small, yes, we had a dead bug the first night, yes, we barely had room for our luggage, yes, there is no access to get ice, yes, the beds are small (but that also was stated and I just overlooked it!) if you do use the safe, make sure you have small hands to get out what you drop in it as it doesn't open all the way because of some electrical lines. We rented the safe but in all honesty, you wouldn't need to (our opinion only, do what you are most comfortable with!) BUT, with everything I noted it, we would def stay here again. It was cleaned everyday and the location is the best! St Thomas was a great place to visit! Thank you!!

Great experience on the island

Great experience. Good location and easy to get around. Just a short walk to the beach. Only a short walk to Coki beach which was great for snorkeling.

Rose was great, she sent check-in information well before and was responsive with our questions. The villa was a great spot to explore the island form.

As pictured but not as clean

The Pineapple Village room was cute, as pictured. The location is 5 min walk from Coki Beach which is where you will find Coral World. Its about a 15 min walk to the market. You can find a couple of eateries on the main road. Behind the room you have Margaritaville Restaurant and Shoreline. Food and drinks are also sold on coki beach. You can also do a few water activities on the beach. 2 chairs and an umbrella only cost us $20. My biggest complaint about the room is that it was not clean and there wasn't much to clean with. Then again you don't normally think you'll have to clean on vacation. The towels were dingy and worn. The patio and floor were dirty. We put the chairs in the shower to was them down and had to ask the housekeep to clean the room floors and patio. I know she cleaned the bird droppings on the patio but otherwise it didn't seem like she did much else. Overall the room was fine, the location was Just wish it was cleaner.

great for those whom are on the move

the space is cozy and comfy , the photos don't match the location but thats ok because it's better. Its located right in the middle of a resort with a restaurant pool and beach literally right out your door . The space is quiet and its close to all excursions even the aquarium. Ill be back as the host is great with keeping in touch and is very helpful.

Vacation

Was very pleased with the location of this property although I thought we were staying at a completely different area. This location was better than where I thought lots of close beaches. Comfortable and quiet at night

Wonderful place to stay!!

We loved the place. Veronica, the maid, was fab!! The security was wonderful and we felt safe. The only complaint I have is that the condo is nowhere near the GPS address shown in this app.

We've been married for 48 years and have 2 beautiful, adult children. We love traveling, entertaining and enjoying time with friends and family. We started vacation rentals 30 years ago, as we enjoy meeting new people and sharing our dream with others.
