Casa de vacaciones de verano familiar

¿Está buscando un lugar fresco y limpio para sus vacaciones de verano? Nuestra casa puede ser la que usted está buscando. Nuestro amplio espacio de vida ofrece la mejor manera de entretener. Hay cinco habitaciones, todas con camas king y queen, 3. 5 baños, ducha al aire libre y un enorme patio trasero con bar para relajarse después de un día en la playa.

Nos enamoramos de Belmar hace varios años y esperamos compartir nuestra experiencia con nuestros huéspedes durante los meses de verano. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer una casa de vacaciones donde nuestros huéspedes se sientan como si estuvieran en casa. Trabajamos para garantizar que todo lo que necesita esté disponible, desde libros, juegos, televisores, todo lo necesario para preparar la cena, cocinar a la parrilla o entretenerse con la familia y los amigos. Si nos pareció que necesitábamos para hacer lo mismo nos aseguramos de que está disponible para nuestros huéspedes. Al haber alquilado durante muchos años nosotros mismos, aprendimos lo que puede haber perdido o sentimos que necesitábamos para hacer nuestro tiempo en vacaciones fácil.

Estamos a un corto paseo de la playa y justo como igualmente un corto paseo a la ciudad. Darle la oportunidad de nunca entrar en su coche. Hay un número de grandes lugares para ir con la familia y amigos.

Alquilamos esta propiedad de sábado a sábado, del 23 de junio al 25 de agosto.

Tenemos una propiedad adicional que alquilamos durante la temporada de verano del sábado al sábado 23 de junio al 1 de septiembre. Si está buscando un fin de semana largo, nuestra segunda casa está disponible y somos flexibles con las noches de estadía y los días de ocupación.

Great Shore Vacation!

This vacation was our second one at this home. Kim and Mike were a pleasure to work with and the home is beautiful and comfortable. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities needed. We enjoyed the location to the beach and boardwalk. The entire week was perfect. We also enjoyed some great restaurants -- another wonderful vacation!

Beautiful home and location

We spent the week at this beautiful beach house and it was perfect! Lovey open concept, everything was updated, quick walk to the beach, and the back yard was a perfect entertainment space. The kids loved watching TV back there as they called it their "secret hideout" for the week. The owners were extremely responsive when we had questions. Thanks so much for a great stay!!

Great Vacation!

For years we have rented homes at the shore, but this was by far the best experience and the best vacation my family has had. Kim and Mike are a pleasure to work with and their home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities needed giving ample room for everyone. The outdoor area is lovely. The beach and boardwalk are wonderful. Overall, our best shore vacation!

Perfect Beach Vacation Rental

This was the perfect beach rental for a group of 8-10 people. We had a group of 5 couples and each couple was able to get their own bedroom. There were more than enough bathrooms as well. The common area was very spaceous and the outdoor back patio was perfect. The half mile walk to the beach was very easy. I would definitely recommend this house to any group of 8-10 people.

Great House for a Family Vacation!

We rented this house and the other one on the property for a family vacation of 20 people consisting of 3 generations. We had a blast! Both homes were well equipped with everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of space inside for all of us and the patio with the Tiki bar became our evening hangout spot as well as the breakfast bar in the morning. We highly recommend this place as a spot where families can relax and enjoy some time at the shore. We are looking forward to going back next year!

Beautiful and spacious home

This was my first time renting at Belmar/Lake Como. Worked beautifully for family who couldn't stay past weekend, and were able to travel to NYC/Morris County for work. Our favorite part was being able to relax in that back yard space. Thank you Kim and Mike!!

Family Vacay in Belmar/Lake Como, NJ

Best time was had by my family at this great vacation home. The home is lovely. It was spotless, well equipped, spacious, and very comfortable. I love to cook and didn't feel stuck in the kitchen since it is a large open floor concept! Walkable to the beach! Whomever rents this home will not be disappointed. My 4 year old granddaughter didn't want to leave "the house". Just wish we were there longer than a week!

A Belmar Beauty!

Spent 4th of July week with 6 of my girlfriends in this beautiful house! We rented in Belmar for many years when we were younger, in typical shore houses. This house is far from typical! Brand new, clean, and fully equipped! So nice we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend others to experience this beauty!

Pristine Rental for Two Families

This home was hands-down the most amenity-filled, spotless, beautiful VRBO rental we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. Everywhere we looked, the attention to detail to what a renter would need was evident. Even mini toiletries in the bathrooms! The bar shed in the backyard with the big screen tv was a big hit. We were outside every day after the beach. I can’t end this review without mentioning how responsive and helpful the owners were. We had a special request that they could have, with all rights, denied. However, they accommodated our need without complaint. They went above and beyond what any owner would have done. They even mailed back to us items we mistakenly left behind, like my jewelry! Thank you for a wonderful, memory-filled vacation. We will be back.

Can’t even begin to say enough about how great this house is

There is no way my review can do justice to this property and their owners. No expense was spared. The house was beautiful. The amenities were great. The rooms were big. Everything was new. The decorating was impeccable. No detail went unattended to. The house had it all. Every type of cooking utensil and pot and pan you could think of. There was a beach wagon with chairs and an umbrella. They even had sand toys and a stroller. They had an extra refrigerator in the garage. Tons of storage. The “entertainment shed” was an amazing place to spend our nights. They had a large screen tv and bar out there. Plus a stereo system. The grill was top notch. There is nothing like coming home from the beach and getting into an outdoor shower. I don’t think I showered inside all week. Plenty of Adirondack chairs. A patio table large enough for 8 with a lazy susan. This was easily the most thought out house I’ve ever seen. The owners Kim and Mike were available to answer any questions we had about the house while we were there. Thank you Kim and Mike. Your beautiful house was a paradise for our family.

Lovely accommodations in Lake Como

We returned for another stay at Kim and Mike’s place. Everything we needed was right there, the beach was amazing, the house was spacious and very clean, Kim was excellent to work with. I highly recommend this house!

Gem in Lake Como

Kim and Mike’s place exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully appointed with large rooms, large comfy beds, and plenty of room for hanging out. The kitchen is well equipped and conducive to cooking and socializing. The backyard is pleasant and roomy for hanging out. The house is nestled in a pleasant neighborhood with lots of good places to eat or get ice cream. Mike and Kim are very easy to work with. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing vacation!

Beautifully furnished home, not far from the beach!

My family recently stayed at Mike and Kim's home. We were vacationing with another family and the home was a perfect set up for us. The kids all slept on the top floor and the grown ups got to enjoy spacious rooms on the second floor. All rooms are furnished beautifully, and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies. We loved the outside bar by the patio. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Mike and Kim were very responsive and answered any questions we had right away. There is a skate park and playground right near the house and the kids enjoyed going there after the beach. The beach is also a walkable distance away. (15 min walk) There was lots to do and we enjoyed our beach vacation!!

Great beach house rental

It is a beautiful house and we felt right at home there. Our family had a week full of wonderful memories. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back patio and a short walk to the beach. The home is so well taken care of, clean, beautifully decorated and we enjoyed our little goody bag from Kim and Mike. We hope to be back next summer too.

Belmar Beach House

Our youngest son got married on July 3, 2017 in Red Bank NJ; we choose a house in Belmar to stay the entire week. The house was wonderful and the location for the wedding and the shore was ideal! We could not have asked for anything more related to the property-Kim and Mike the owners, communicated with us prior to our stay and during our stay. Awesome Family Trip

We just returned from our beach week at Kim and Mike's beautiful home. The house is so warm and welcoming that you literally feel right at home. Kim and Mike did a wonderful job on the house and the "Tiki Bar" in the yard makes you feel like you are really on vacation, even if you have your kids with you like we did! As a larger family the house worked out perfectly. Everyone had their own space and the common rooms of the house have plenty of room for lounging and hanging out together. As a family we highly recommend staying at Kim and Mike's place. They are excellent hosts and we hope to return again with our family in a summer or two! If you love the beach and would like a nice home for your family to spend and enjoy time together this is the house for you!

Both of us love the beach, spending time with family and friends creating memorable experiences. Having rented and stayed on a number shore locations for a long time we knew it had to be in Jersey. Belmar seemed to be the prefect place.

Our primary home is in Rockaway, NJ. Where we raised 3 great kids, two of whom have attended Penn State where we spend time during football season and one from George Mason, where we get to visit DC.

During the off season this is our weekend retreat. Often we have friends and family join us for a weekend or to enjoy the holidays at the beach.

We have three grown children that want to spend time with us. As they branch out and begin to expand the family, we know we need a large house. So we picked this one with 5 bedrooms to fit the whole family. We don't want to leave anyone out.

For the holiday's we host to our extended family which we open our, second house which is adjacent. Having both houses, we can gather together on the large patio/bar area which extends to our additional home. Both homes are available in July and August for families to come together and be close, and yet have space which they are not crowed.

This is our home away from home on the weekends throughout the year when we are not sharing the experience with you.

3.5 baths, bathroom on every floor. 4 showers (including the outdoor), so everyone can get ready quickly. Open living space for easy entertaining. quiet back yard for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
