Esta unidad del piso superior fue completamente renovada (incluyendo ventanas nuevas, aislamiento, techo, pisos, tragaluces, luces, electrodomésticos, todos los muebles nuevos, ropa de cama, etc.) Es una unidad / 2 baño de 4 dormitorio hermoso y cómodo, con aire acondicionado (sí ... que lo necesite en Newport) con chimenea de encendido remoto, envuelva alrededor de balcón con barbacoa, televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación - usted no quiere dejar! El garaje, juguetes de playa, lavandería gratis, todo está incluido y su única casa 1 de la arena. No se permite caminar a través de las calles ocupadas con sus hijos, etc .... Super fácil, divertido y relajante! Este lado de Newport es más tranquilo y más relajante pero con fácil acceso al muelle (a 2 millas de distancia, 6 minutos en bicicleta), a poca distancia de restaurantes y fácil acceso a Huntington Beach con excelentes tiendas / restaurantes.

Ofrecemos todo lo que incluye bicicletas, tablas de surf, tablas de surf, carros para transportar cosas a la playa, paraguas, carpas emergentes, toneladas de trajes de neopreno, juguetes para la arena, etc.

Wonderful home in Newport

We had a fantastic time at the beach, steps away and at Disney! We love this home, we have stayed here several times in the past and as usual it was perfect! Lisa is very responsive and a wonderful hostess.

We’ve stayed at many beach houses in this neighborhood and Lisa’s house had all the small things (and big) that make the difference. Best beach house by far.

Great place near beach!

Ample beds for everyone to spread out for our family of 5. Short distance to beach. Used the bikes a ton to go to Balboa and Newport. Great communication with Lisa. Loved staying here.

Newport Bliss in September

This was a perfect property for a family vacation and celebration of a milestone birthday. The bikes and boogie boards delighted the young adults while the quieter, clean beach spoke to the rest of the group. The house was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated a group of 8.

Amazing stay at this house!

We absolutely loved renting this house. It had everything you could imagine form cruiser bikes, surf boards, wet suits, helmets and much more! The location is literally a house away from the sand and the beach was nice and wide. Lisa was a fabulous host and available for any questions we had. We will absolutely rent this house again!

Optimal location & accommodations

This was our second stay in this property, and owner Lisa was just as responsive to our needs as the first time. She is reliable and communicative. This property is comfortable & quiet, and offers all the "home" amenities that makes a stay comfortable. Its location is optimal, and the availability of beach toys, bikes, and parking is such a bonus. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Great location!

Great place to stay! Literally steps from the beach! Walked barefoot it was so close. Every beach item including bikes available for no extra charge. Made spending the entire day at the beach so easy! Owner very accommodating and easy to communicate with - high you recommend!

This is a great place to stay!

I would definitely recommend staying here. Lisa was awesome and very helpful. This place has everything. Bikes, plenty. Beach stuff, all of it. Kitchen stuff, all of it. It's a safe neighborhood and close to the beach. It's sleeps plenty and is very comfortable for you and your guest. I would love to stay at this rental again.

Amazing family vacation spot!

The house really is outstanding. Tons of room for our kids and the adults. The beds are super nice and the kitchen has everything you need. The beach is a little bit of walk but not bad. We just loaded up the coolers and the wagon and it wasn't to bad. The bikes were so awesome to have!!!! And we definitely used the wetsuits. We will come back for sure!!!!!

Wonderful beach stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were so close to the beach, and it made for a great visit. The owner is kind and helpful, happy to answer any questions or help you out. My daughter even left her cell phone and she promptly sent it to us. She's wonderful! The place is spotlessly clean, and every comfort has been thought of. The garage with beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, sun umbrellas, sand toys, wet suits, etc, etc, is wonderful!! We would highly recommend it.

Clean, great location, great communication!

Super clean home. Loads of sheets, towels, and bath mats. Great location at the very north of Newport Beach. Maybe 20 steps to the sand. Bit of a walk on the sand to get to the water. Very well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and loads of cups and cooking utensils. Comfortable beds, nice bedding, etc. Great rental! Would 100% rent from Lisa again!

BEST BIRTHDAY

Seamless check-in process, LISA was very caring we had a late check-in and she was checking on us to see if we made it in. The property is beautiful maybe 15-20 steps to the beach. The bikes, boards, balls, games were extremally to nice to have we took a ride up to Balboa Island got some delicious ice cream and some drinks at the bar. The fireplace was probably my favorite part of the house, very relaxing everything I hoped for!

Perfect place to stay at Newport Beach!

This house was the perfect location for my family. We had the best time exploring Newport, but loved coming back to the beautifully decorated beach house to relax. The home was clean and neighbors are quiet. Lisa was so kind and helpful and was quick to answer her messages. She gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The home provides EVERYTHING you need to enjoy the beach. My 11 year twins enjoyed the boogie boards and wetsuits. We also took advantage of the beach cruiser bikes and rode them to the Newport pier and the Balboa pier everyday at least once. We will for sure be back!

Better then the Four Seasons

Lisa is an amazing homeowner with tremendous taste and she deeply cares about the renters experience. We stay in 5 star resorts during our travels and like having a kitchen but typically cook very few meals as the units rarely have the utensils and fixtures to support actually cooking a meal. Lisa's unit was set up to accommodate cooking and all beach activities. The unit was emaculate and steps to the sand. We left so impressed by West Newport that we have decided to purchase a home in the area. I could certainly boast about the unit but my words would never do it justice.

Perfect in every way

We stayed at this amazing property this summer. I tend to be very picky and can't say enough about the perfection of this home! To start, the host was always in contact and so friendly! Once we arrived, everything was beyond spotless, the kitchen was so well stocked, beds were really comfy, linen closets had shelves full of towels, and the garage was beyond loaded with every beach toy/accessory you could ever want! I still haven't gotten to the best part - the location. You walk out your door and are met with what feels like miles of open white sand. I can't imagine a better spot in Newport Beach. Each morning we would go to TidePooles (yummiest sandwich shop right across the way) to get food to go, load up the provided wagon with all the beach goodies from the garage, and go park ourselves in our spot for the day. This part of the beach was never crowded and had the cleanest white sand and blue surf. It really exceeded our expectations in every way and provided my family with the best memories!

The best week ever!

We had an amazing time in Newport Beach and a huge part of that positive experience was the fantastic location of the house, which was so well equipped with everything we could possibly need (including for our kids ages 5, 5 and 9). We look forward to booking another stay here!

Perfect beach house

We were visiting from AZ and wanted a beach house near the beach. This was the perfect house. We were traveling with our young kids. The house had a wagon, beach toys, towels, bikes, chairs, and more!! The washer and dryer were very good quality and I loved doing laundry everyday. It was such a clean home. The sheets were so nice and we all had good nights sleep. We would definitely book this house again for our next beach trip. Thank you!!!!

Clean, beautiful and next to the beach!

We loved our stay! The place has been remodeled and is so nice and clean! Beds were comfy and this place is stocked with EVERYRHING you need. I’ve never stayed at a better stocked place. We loved the garage full of bikes and toys. Loved that it’d literally steps away from the beach! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Family Vacation

This place was beautiful! Steps from the beach. Everything was provided for us, including beach towels and toys! Great location close to local coffee and breakfast spots. Lisa provided a binder wi to great food suggestions too. Everything was so amazing. We will be back for sure!

It's easy for us to manage this business ourselves since we live close and we've found this is the best way to keep our properties in great shape and the best way to offer great service to our guests. We take a lot of pride in our vacation homes and it shows. We really enjoy meeting our guests and offering a great place for them to enjoy their vacation.

West Newport is awesome! The beach is less crowded on this side so it is quieter and more relaxing. You can bike just about anywhere from here (2 miles to Newport Pier) or 2 miles to Huntington Beach (Pacific City in Huntington Beach is our new favorite restaurant / shopping center). The house is only steps to the sand (1 house away) We cut no corners on this house, everything is top notch! You'll feel like you are at a 5 star hotel!

We typically have 8 adult size beach cruisers with locks and helmets, tons of surf boards, boogie boards, wet suits, beach chairs, pop-up tents, etc...etc... Large capacity washer / dryer in the garage for your use (free), garage parking for one car with this unit (there is also free street parking and a paid parking lot that is free overnight)
