Nuestra espaciosa villa de cinco dormitorios tiene una piscina de buen tamaño, orientada al oeste y una zona de estar exterior con vistas al área de conservación y bosques en la parte trasera de la propiedad. Es la elección perfecta para cualquier vacación en Orlando. Ubicado a solo unos minutos de la US192, la ubicación es ideal para parques Disney / Universal y muchos campos de golf cercanos.

La villa tiene aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo en el salón, todas las habitaciones y el área exterior cubierta. La villa tiene capacidad para hasta 10 personas y está amueblada y equipada con un alto nivel. Hay 2 entradas a la piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje, una desde la sala de estar y la otra desde la habitación principal de la planta baja.

Great peaceful home

Very clean and tidy home. Very peaceful by the pool over looking a wooded area, friendly visits from a little raccoon now and again. Caroline is a helpful hostess. Thank you very much

Beautiful Home Away from Home

This was a lovey, nicely furnished, well maintained home. There is plenty of space and seating areas. Very comfortable lanai furniture. The host was wonderful at communicating throughout the rental process. A few small situations that needed attention from maintenance was taken care of quickly. We were so pleased with the accommodations; we are booking again for next year.

Family memories made

We had a lovely stay at this home. The privacy of the backyard pool area was excellent and well-used! Any concerns we expressed to the owner were handled quickly and with ease. The house could use some updating and deep cleaning but it was priced accordingly and it didn’t bother us.

Beautiful Home

This property was the perfect size for our group of 10; Two grandparents, two adult kids and spouses and 4 grandchildren. The house was so well equipped, spacious with a beautiful pool area. We played games in the evening and also enjoyed the darts, pool table and air hockey. All in all, we had a very memorable family vacation and did lots of activities. I highly recommend this home and hostess and would definitely stay again! Saint John NB Canada

Everything you need in a great location!

We had a wonderful time! Other than doing an escape room together and a little outlet shopping, we stayed put, enjoyed the pool, the sunshine, and just hung out. Our lives are so busy and we really enjoyed the down time. We have stayed at several rentals over the years and we all agreed that this property has been the best. We love to cook and the well-equipped kitchen was perfect! It literally had everything and then some and that's rare. The neighborhood was so quiet and the pool and lanai area had just enough sun and shade. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation home

We had such a lovely time staying here! Highlights for this place were the amenities and how quiet the location was. The house was well-equipped with 2 identical master suites and more than enough chairs, loungers, dishes, etc. for our party of 6. As people who love to prepare our own food, we had no trouble doing so with all the equipment available in the kitchen. We appreciated the quiet neighbourhood with the nature reserve behind. Our kids enjoyed the PS3, air hockey and pool toys. The owners have made this place feel like a home which we appreciated.

Home Away From Home

Our stay at Caroline's villa was wonderful, gracious and will definitely stay here again. Upon arrival I was amazed on how beautiful this home is and the amount of space it has. We had a group of 9, of all ages from infants to adults, and this home was equipped with our needs. From a havjng a high chair, play pen, game room and most importantly the pool (which my kids in enjoyed the basketball hoop). Kitchen is fully supplied with dinnerware. After a long day at the parks, sleeping will not be an issue lol, the beds are cozy and comfortable. I could keep going but overall this is villa is a HOME AWAY FROM HOME and you will not be disappointed. Aside from the home, I want to give a big thanks to Caroline, she is very attentive and very pleased with the communication she had with me.

Lovely home

We had a lovely 3 weeks in this rental. The pictures represent the house well. It was clean. We paid extra for the pool heat. There were plenty of beach towels to use for the pool. The outside space was relaxing and there was plenty of seating. It gets full afternoon sun, so we used the outside fan in the lanai frequently. The fridge wasn't working when we arrived, but the property manager was out to look at it that evening and brought us some ice to tide us over til the repair was made. It was quickly resolved.We ended up getting a new fridge quickly. The owner graciously provided a small refund for our inconvenience. The 2 master suites were great with comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the things needed to cook at home. There were no extra spices etc, so come prepared. The 2 living spaces were great, with a lot of comfortable seating. We would return to this lovely home. We appreciated the timely communication with the owner and property manager.

Family holiday

We have visited the Orlando area multiple times as a family and Caroline’s villa was one of the best we have stayed in. The whole booking process was very easy with great communication from the owner, check in process was simple and stress free. The villa is really lovely and spacious with an extremely private pool area. The furniture around the pool and in the bedrooms was really nice quality and looked like it had been recently updated, the beds were super comfortable! The sofas in the living area were nice and comfortable but perhaps could benefit from an upgrade in the future as looked to be a bit more well used than other furniture in the villa. Lovely big TV in the family lounge although we did find the Roku package was a bit limited and consisted of a lot of older programs although we didn’t mind as we could use our Netflix and Disney accounts as it was a smart tv. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and all the electrical goods were of a high quality. We would definitely recommend this villa , especially would work well for 2 families as it has 2 identical master suite’s which is unusual in our experience. Our only small suggestion would be it would be great to have a few basic cleaning supplies as we would have liked to refresh the bathrooms during our stay so might be an idea for future guests. Best Rental House I've Ever Stayed In

My family decided to get away and wanted a house where we could spend most of our week not just comfortably, but with enough amenities to give us entertainment options, as well. We wanted to go somewhere and relax, and stay away from the theme park madness. This house exceeded our expectations. Check in was a breeze, the owner and management company were responsive (and quick), getting back to my emails and calls (just a couple of questions I had) immediately or almost immediately. The setup was truly perfect for my family, which has an age range of 13 to 91. The identical master/en suite setup downstairs and upstairs was ideal, as my elderly mother could have a suite and my wife and I could, as well. The other bedrooms were large, and the (three) kids were glad to each have a room to him/herself. The pool was heated to just the right temperature (not cold, not lukewarm; just at the refreshingly cool point), and the attached hot tub got nice and warm after running the jets for 30 minutes or so. The patio is well set up with shade nearly all day for reading (or just sitting outside and watching the wild turkeys), while the pool is in sunlight almost all day. Central Florida can get (relatively) cold in the winter, and I recommend paying the pool heating charge if you're not staying in the summer months. The pool table and air hockey table saw a lot of action, and of course we watched a movie nearly every night on the large TV, or or played (supplied) board games. It was nice to have TVs in the rooms, as well, so my wife and I and the oldest kid could watch what we liked after everyone else had gone to bed. There is plenty of variety of channels, and of course you can log into your own Prime account (or whatever), so I mostly caught up on past seasons of Endeavour. The gated community is a very nice one, so we took some walks around the neighborhood. We also took a couple of day trips (to Bok Tower Gardens and Winter Park and Clermont, just to look around). I can't think of a negative about this house, and would recommend it unreservedly. I hope to get another week off sometime soon and book it again. Thanks very much, Caroline!

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was very nice and accommodated our group of ten adults very well for two weeks. We spent a lot of time outside and in the pool. The game room was also great! We played darts, air hockey and pool. There were four tennis rackets, so our group enjoyed playing tennis also. There were also pool noodles, chairs for the beach, and umbrellas. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Pictures are very accurate. The owner and property managers were all very easy to work with. We would stay here again.

A very happy experience

The is an outstanding vacation rental - high quality for a very good price compared with many alternatives. As the screened in pool area backs onto a wildlife management area, we were treated to a great show of wildlife to include daily visits of Sandhill Cranes in the morning and Barred Owls at night.

Perfect spring break

Our family was looking for a place to spend a relaxing week during the spring break and found it. Caroline and Steve's home is located in a quiet, gated community with pool and patio open to the grass and nature preserve area. It had all amenities that we needed. The house was very clean and welcoming. There were many small food places nearby that we enjoyed a lot and frankly miss them being back at home. We spent 2 days in the Sea World and Busch Gardens which were about 40 min drive from the house. Our favorite time was definitely relaxing in a hot tub/pool during the day and playing a table pool games at the evening. If possible, we will definitely visit Caroline's house again.

Wonderful home away from home for a Spring Break getaway.

We wanted a place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Orlando proper. This home fit the bill. It was a drive to the parks 20-45 minutes depending on the time of day and traffic. Just user your gps and don't be afraid to try different routes. We also went to Siesta Key twice and it was a manageable 2 hour drive. The house had more than enough room for us and the pool was refreshing. The pool had a spa included, please take note however it is not a hot tub - the temperature is slightly more than the pool when the jets are on. The patio area was very nice with chairs and lounges and a table to enjoy meals on. Plus there was a small balcony/deck off the master upstairs bedroom. The house is located in a gated community as well as having an alarm system making it nice so no messing with keys and a comfort of leaving your personal items at the house and it being safe. It is and located in the back of the community with no house behind just a grass field into a busy fields. Very quiet and relaxing. There is a fullsize pool table and air hockey table in a "game" room which is the garage. Washer and dryer, kitchen is stocked of dishes and pans. You will need some basic supplies such as saran wrap/foil if you plan to cook and will have left overs and dish & laundry soaps. Hand soap, 1 roll of tp per bathroom is supplied (so you may need more depending on your length of stay) as well as a couple of DW soap pods and a couple of trash bags. Talking to the owner before renting was very assuring and they were wonderful. Management seemed very professional. If we go back to Orlando this will be our first place to see if it is available. Thank you Caroline for the welcome package as well. That hit the spot.
