Bienvenido a Dune Our Thing: una excelente casa de vacaciones en la galardonada comunidad Beachwalk.

Nos han dicho muchas veces que las imágenes no hacen justicia a nuestra casa. Alquile el ORIGINAL 5 habitaciones, el plano de planta abierto y 2 salas de estar en casa que nos merecieron excelentes críticas. ¡Esta hermosa casa se describe como implacablemente elegante! Aquí, pasar las vacaciones con la familia y amigos es fácil.

Esta casa es el lugar perfecto en Beachwalk para unas vacaciones tradicionales o una larga escapada de fin de semana. En una calle tranquila, con Sandcastle Playground ubicado dentro de Cason Park como su patio trasero. La hermosa playa de Sheridan está cerca, a poca distancia por Beachwalk Lane.

La planta principal tiene muchas ventanas y luz natural (la casa está en una esquina SE). Plano de planta abierto con chimenea y TV de 50 ". Cocina completamente equipada y bien equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama actualizados. Comedor cómodamente asientos 12 - mesa y barra de desayuno.

El segundo piso tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños.

El nivel inferior es perfecto para niños u otra familia: sala de estar separada con TV de 50 ", 2 dormitorios y baño completo. Servicio de lavandería en el nivel inferior también.

El porche está en una calle tranquila. Porche trasero en el porche es de 25'x10 'con vistas a Cason Park e incluye zona de comedor, sala de estar y una nevera de bebidas. En la parte de atrás, disfrute de una parrilla de gas, un patio pavimentado de lujo y una hoguera.

No se permiten mascotas ni fumar, por favor. De sábado a sábado se mantiene durante el verano con estancias cortas bienvenidas para las escapadas de primavera, otoño e invierno. Las actividades cercanas se suman a la emoción, incluida la playa de Sheridan en el lago Michigan, las dunas de Indiana, los casinos, el zoológico, las bodegas, las tiendas outlet y Washington Park.

La hora de llegada del alquiler es a las 4 PM y la hora de salida es a las 10 AM. Todos los horarios son Hora Central.

We had a wonderful week at Dune cOur Thing. This was our second time in Beachwalk and we will certainly be back. The house had everything we needed. it was clean and obviously well cared for. Our kids loved that the playground was bascially in the back yard and so did we. Nicole was great and very easy to contact. We cant wait to head back next summer!

Amazing House!

Best rental ever. Super clean. Very nicely furnished with great extras like beach toys, sand chairs and beach umbrella. Nicole the owner was great to work with and communicated well. The screened back porch looked out to the playground so we could keep an eye on the kids. We enjoyed use of the fire pit and made s’mores. Beachwalk is a fun place for a family vacation.

Beautiful Beachwalk Home

We had an amazing time in this wonderful Beachwalk home. The owner Nicole was so responsive and helpful. The house is gorgeous, perfectly laid out and well appointed. We have stayed in many homes in Beachwalk in the last 20 years and this was definitely the nicest.

Fabulous house!

We had our entire family kids and grandkids at this house. It is clean, all new appliances, organized and as comfortable as our own home. The pool was very nice and the golf cart was fun to ride around the complex in. This is a special house for great memories.

Beautiful house for a fun family vacation!

I highly recommend this house. It's a beautiful and clean home that exceeded our expectations. Nicole was very responsive to our questions and we had everything we neeeded. The resort is very nice and family friendly. The golf cart is a nice feature and there is onsite bicycle rentals as well. A short walk to a beautiful beach. Making memories

We greatly enjoyed Dune our Thing for our family vacation getaway from the city. We’ve come to the area for the last 5 years and this year set the bar for our future 4th of July gatherings in large part because of our rental location and set up. Did our thing at Dune Our Thing

House was beautiful and spacious. Our group was made of our daughters' families and included a 2 year old and a 9 month old and there was plenty of space for all. We spent a lot of time on the porches but the screened back porch was our favorite. Pool and beach access were great and the golf cart was a crowd favorite. We highly recommend the property!

Immaculate and beautiful home for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful week at “Dune our Thing”. The home is beautifully decorated and is immaculate. The Davidson’s have thought of everything. The home fit our family of 8 adults and two children perfectly. The resort community is a perfect place for families with the beach, pool, fishing lake, and playgrounds. The little Washington Park Zoo nearby is also a treasure! We definitely hope to come back!

Fabulous vacation home!

This home is immaculate and so tastefully decorated. Owners have thought of everything. If you travel with young children, the playground is directly behind the house, separate by some small trees. Sit on the screened porch and enjoy your drink of preference while the kids play out back. We loved it! The golf cart is a huge hit with the kids, and there are lots of things for them to do. We also loved the beach on Lake Michigan.

Dune Our Thing - perfect place to get away

We absolutely loved our time at this home. We stayed here for a week and it was amazing for our whole group (ages 7 months to 63 years!) It was beautifully decorated, so CLEAN (the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in) and was stocked with so many helpful items. Nicole was so communicative throughout the whole process (from booking through the stay) and provided so many wonderful recommendations. It's apparent the pride she takes in her property. The Beachwalk community offers so many wonderful amenities which makes it the perfect place for a getaway. I guarantee you won't regret booking this house!

Impeccably Clean and Decorated House in Adorable Beachwalk

Loved, loved the decor and cleanliness of this wonderfully laid out house. Felt brand new and held our large group comfortably. If you can tear yourself away from the house, there's the beach, and fishing, kayaking & SUP on the nearby pond. The golf cart available for rent was a hit with all & a great convenience. Beachwalk is an adorable community, though tightly packed with houses. Nicole, the owner, is one of the most responsive & welcoming hosts we've ever encountered. Highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

Dune Our Thing was a beautiful house. It was very comfortable with a lot of space which provided privacy and togetherness. The house has 3 floors so there are steps which our toddlers loved to climb so we were constantly watching them. Beach toys and chairs were provided. Our favor thing was the golf cart getting to and from the beach and pool. The kids loved the playground right behind the house and the splash pad by the pool. I highly recommend a vacation at this house.

Family Fun!

"Dune our Thing" was just the right place for our four-family vacation. The house is beautiful, spacious and very well kept. The well stocked kitchen and dining areas ensured great meals together. A favorite was breakfasts on the screened-in back porch. The kids loved making s'mores in the fire pit. We had young grandkids that enjoyed the park right behind the home. The convenience to the pool, beautiful beaches and lake activities made for fun in the sun. It is not often that we can coordinate family schedules to get away. Expectations were exceeded in finding a place that made our family vacation a memorable one.

Great time!

My family and I were the first renters at this beautiful new home. This five bedroom beachwalk property fit our group of 6 adults and 4 kids perfectly. We were in walking distance to the community pool/beach area and the park was right out the back door. We would definitely rent this property again. The only thing I would recommend to future renters would be to maybe bring some additional bath towels because only one set of towels are provided, per person for the length of your stay. The owner was very detailed with what was provided during our stay so there were no surprises. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this Beachwalk property and would stay again.

A perfect weekend getaway!

Dune Our Thing has absolutely EVERYTHING a family or small group would need to have a truly memorable retreat! Unlike other rentals that give off a rental/house feeling, Dune Our Thing is a home through and through. From the lovely furnishings, to the very adequate space for entertaining inside and out, Dune Our Thing provides it all. In addition, kitchen amenities are phenomenal if you like to dabble with cooking! When it's time to retire, the sleeping arrangements a very comfortable and the little touches like ceiling fans add to the home-feel! Regarding the owners, exceptional response time as well as making your stay unique and memorable! Nicole is gracious and is by far the most caring rental owner we have encountered. She made our stay one we will speak of for times to come! Look no further, Dune Our Thing is a wonderful place to make memories with your family and friends!

Better than expected!

Staying at "Dune Our Thing" was better than we expected - the cynical side of us always wonders if pics on internet are reality. This was a pleasurable find! Great fit for seven adults, two toddlers and one infant - even with owner supplying a high chair and porta crib. Home has been well decorated, has smart floor plan, large dining table to fit us all, and comfy screened back porch - all provided comfort (including on rainy days) for our family vacation. Besides being a clean, new build, the owners have nice touches on their home including fire pit, fridge on screened porch, and plenty of eating utensils, glasses and plates to accommodate large families. Also helpful was how kind owners were during their quick responses to my many questions. This was our first trip to Lake Michigan. Beautiful beach. Appreciated the provided wagon to help carry our load for walk to beach. Was unaware of golf-cart culture in neighborhood - tried renting one, but were all gone. In future, will call ahead and book one. Additionally, a fun perk is the well done playground literally few steps from back door. Kid paradise!

Great house for family getaways

Dune our Thing is an immaculate home that met our every need for an extended family vacation. I have rented properties in several states over the last few years, and this house definitely had the most well equipped kitchen of any house I have ever rented. One thing that had attracted me to the house originally was the dining area. It is rare to find a house that sleeps 12 that actually has seated dining for 12 people plus the option of outside dining on the screened in porch. The washer and dryer also accommodated the larger loads you would expect when housing multiple families. The high chair and porta-crib were greatly appreciated. It is an easy walk to the heated pool, but I would suggest renting the golf cart for trips to the beach. Several chairs, a beach umbrella, and more toys than you will be able to carry with you are provided. We made use of the fire pit and again there were plenty of chairs to place around it. Although we live in a city with one of the finest zoos in the country, we quite enjoyed our trip to the Washington Park Zoo. There is a grocery store nearby that has a very good bakery and deli section. The town itself has several nice restaurants, and we were able to order pizza from JJ's that was delivered right to our door. There is a fun ice cream parlor called Bubbles in town, and if you like Italian food, there is a restaurant where my daughter and son-in-law said they had not just the best Italian food they ever had but the best meal they'd ever had period. The owner was always prompt in her responses and very accommodating to any of our requests. I am not surprised that this property has received five stars from every guest whoever stayed there and reviewed the property.

EVEN BETTER IN PERSON

While the pictures and amenities were the initial draw, its so much better in person. Newly remodeled and has everything you could need in the fully stocked kitchen. Screened in porch was a huge bonus and the we spent every night at the fire pit. The beachwalk area is really cute and close to everything. Casino was 5 minutes away and New Buffalo only about 15 minutes. But you dont really need to go anywhere. Nicole as a great host, super informative and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Will definitely stay again!!!

Second floor offers respite at the end of the day with a Master bedroom, en suite bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Lower floor offers a great space for kids or a separate family with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, additional living room and laundry.

Outdoor you can enjoy nature walks, Cason Park, playgrounds, the community pool, short walk to the beach at Lake Michigan, putting green, tennis and basketball courts, etc.
