Bienvenido a Dune Our Thing: una excelente casa de vacaciones en la galardonada comunidad Beachwalk.

Nos han dicho muchas veces que las imágenes no hacen justicia a nuestra casa. Alquile el ORIGINAL 5 habitaciones, el plano de planta abierto y 2 salas de estar en casa que nos merecieron excelentes críticas. ¡Esta hermosa casa se describe como implacablemente elegante! Aquí, pasar las vacaciones con la familia y amigos es fácil.

Esta casa es el lugar perfecto en Beachwalk para unas vacaciones tradicionales o una larga escapada de fin de semana. En una calle tranquila, con Sandcastle Playground ubicado dentro de Cason Park como su patio trasero. La hermosa playa de Sheridan está cerca, a poca distancia por Beachwalk Lane.

La planta principal tiene muchas ventanas y luz natural (la casa está en una esquina SE). Plano de planta abierto con chimenea y TV de 50 ". Cocina completamente equipada y bien equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama actualizados. Comedor cómodamente asientos 12 - mesa y barra de desayuno.

El segundo piso tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños.

El nivel inferior es perfecto para niños u otra familia: sala de estar separada con TV de 50 ", 2 dormitorios y baño completo. Servicio de lavandería en el nivel inferior también.

El porche está en una calle tranquila. Porche trasero en el porche es de 25'x10 'con vistas a Cason Park e incluye zona de comedor, sala de estar y una nevera de bebidas. En la parte de atrás, disfrute de una parrilla de gas, un patio pavimentado de lujo y una hoguera.

No se permiten mascotas ni fumar, por favor. De sábado a sábado se mantiene durante el verano con estancias cortas bienvenidas para las escapadas de primavera, otoño e invierno. Las actividades cercanas se suman a la emoción, incluida la playa de Sheridan en el lago Michigan, las dunas de Indiana, los casinos, el zoológico, las bodegas, las tiendas outlet y Washington Park.

La hora de llegada del alquiler es a las 4 PM y la hora de salida es a las 10 AM. Todos los horarios son Hora Central.

We had a wonderful week at Dune cOur Thing. This was our second time in Beachwalk and we will certainly be back. The house had everything we needed. it was clean and obviously well cared for. Our kids loved that the playground was bascially in the back yard and so did we. Nicole was great and very easy to contact. We cant wait to head back next summer!

Amazing House!

Best rental ever. Super clean. Very nicely furnished with great extras like beach toys, sand chairs and beach umbrella. Nicole the owner was great to work with and communicated well. The screened back porch looked out to the playground so we could keep an eye on the kids. We enjoyed use of the fire pit and made s’mores. Beachwalk is a fun place for a family vacation.

Family vacation

Dune Our Thing was a beautiful house. It was very comfortable with a lot of space which provided privacy and togetherness. The house has 3 floors so there are steps which our toddlers loved to climb so we were constantly watching them. Beach toys and chairs were provided. Our favor thing was the golf cart getting to and from the beach and pool. The kids loved the playground right behind the house and the splash pad by the pool. I highly recommend a vacation at this house.

Did our thing at Dune Our Thing

House was beautiful and spacious. Our group was made of our daughters' families and included a 2 year old and a 9 month old and there was plenty of space for all. We spent a lot of time on the porches but the screened back porch was our favorite. Pool and beach access were great and the golf cart was a crowd favorite. We highly recommend the property!

Beautiful Beachwalk Home

We had an amazing time in this wonderful Beachwalk home. The owner Nicole was so responsive and helpful. The house is gorgeous, perfectly laid out and well appointed. We have stayed in many homes in Beachwalk in the last 20 years and this was definitely the nicest.

Fabulous vacation home!

This home is immaculate and so tastefully decorated. Owners have thought of everything. If you travel with young children, the playground is directly behind the house, separate by some small trees. Sit on the screened porch and enjoy your drink of preference while the kids play out back. We loved it! The golf cart is a huge hit with the kids, and there are lots of things for them to do. We also loved the beach on Lake Michigan.

Dune Our Thing - perfect place to get away

We absolutely loved our time at this home. We stayed here for a week and it was amazing for our whole group (ages 7 months to 63 years!) It was beautifully decorated, so CLEAN (the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in) and was stocked with so many helpful items. Nicole was so communicative throughout the whole process (from booking through the stay) and provided so many wonderful recommendations. It's apparent the pride she takes in her property. The Beachwalk community offers so many wonderful amenities which makes it the perfect place for a getaway. I guarantee you won't regret booking this house!

Clean and Wonderful Home

EVEN BETTER IN PERSON

While the pictures and amenities were the initial draw, its so much better in person. Newly remodeled and has everything you could need in the fully stocked kitchen. Screened in porch was a huge bonus and the we spent every night at the fire pit. The beachwalk area is really cute and close to everything. Casino was 5 minutes away and New Buffalo only about 15 minutes. But you dont really need to go anywhere. Nicole as a great host, super informative and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great House in a Great Community

Really beautiful home in Beachwalk. Home is in like new condition with a lot of luxury finishes. Kitchen was well stocked and extras of everything were provided. The screened in back patio was perfect for enjoying the cool mornings and evenings. Nicole was a great host and provided ample information about check-in and made it easy to get in touch. We were staying with a 2 year old and he had an absolute blast and loved both the house and the pool, beach. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation home for 2 families

We really enjoyed our 1st visit to Beachwalk Community and Dune Our Thing house was a beautiful place to live for the week; light and airy, gorgeous finishes, and very clean and organized! With 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs our two families were each able to have their own space. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. The main level was a great hang out space and had everything we could think of- games and puzzles, couch and table space for all nine of us, and every kitchen utensil/pan/dishes we needed! The front and back porch were wonderful, and the firepit was great too! Location was great (near the playground and off the busy main street) and the golf cart was so nice to have. Beach items like pails and shovels, chairs, umbrella, etc. were so nice to have! Nicole was easy to communicate with and quick to respond before and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here- we dream of returning soon!

We Loved Dune Our Thing!

From initial reservation to now...we just arrived home, Nicole was a superior host. It is instantly evident the pride and effort that Nicole and her team put into sharing her beach house with us and many others. Dune Oue Thing was appointed nicely and is a perfect place for families. From the playground out back, the included golf cart, tons of beach/pool toys, beautiful screened porch and fireplace, we found we had everything we needed. The interior is immaculate and spacious. Plan to return annually.

Making memories

We greatly enjoyed Dune our Thing for our family vacation getaway from the city. We’ve come to the area for the last 5 years and this year set the bar for our future 4th of July gatherings in large part because of our rental location and set up. Wonderful summer vacation!

We had a lovely time staying at Nicole’s home in Beachwalk. We have been to Beachwalk many times prior but was our first time in this home and we are already ready to book next summer! Everything was clean and well maintained for a rental home. Nicole was easy to communicate with and accommodated our requests. The location of the home is perfect and fit our needs very well. We loved the options of the front or back porch and the kids loved the golf cart rides! Our only suggestions would be a few extra towels and a rear view mirror on the golf cart. Thank you for letting us use your home!

Great stay at Dune Our Thing

We had a great trip to Beachwalk this past week. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Nicole was very attentive and the check in process was super easy. The location of this house with the park in the backyard was a huge bonus. We loved nights by the fire pit and golf cart rides around the neighborhood. We would definitely return!

Family and Friends Refreshing Getaway

The owners very clearly take a lot of pride in their home and are extremely thoughtful in their approach to hospitality. Their communication was clear, friendly, and thorough. Check-in could not have been any easier, and the few times that we did have questions, they responded quickly. The house itself was beautiful and was equipped beyond our expectations. It really made for a worry-free and relaxing week. We appreciated how clean and cozy everything was, it truly felt like a home and not a rental property. The layout of the house was perfect for multiple families with young kids to share the space. We never felt cramped when the house was full and when one of us had to stay back when the baby napped, it was still refreshing because the home is so nice. The community itself was really fun and a great location. There was enough to do even on a week when the weather was spotty. The included golf cart was a huge hit with the kids, but it was also really nice just to walk around. Even though the home is located further from the beach, it is a very pleasant and easy walk. We would highly recommend a week at Dune Our Thing!

Wonderful home!

We had a fantastic time at Dune Our Thing. Our extended family stayed for a week in June and it was exactly as described. The location is great - Beachwalk Resort is a cute little beach community, with a 10 minute walk to the beach. The golf cart is an added bonus, and a fun way to get around the property or to lug equipment for little kids to the beach. We especially enjoyed the screened back port - we spent most of our time out there hanging out, eating, playing with the kids, or reading. We had four children 3 and under and felt the house was very well set up for families - plenty of bedrooms, and the kitchen table with benches easily accommodated everyone for family meals. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Picture-Perfect Home

This was one of our best stays yet. Overall, traveling with a 8 year old, 5 year old infant and 2 older grandparents is stressful on its own. We couldn't of had a more perfect property to accommodate all of our needs. Activity wise, the kids were enamored with the pool, play area, golf cart, and lake. They went apple picking, and enjoyed every ounce this area had to offer. My parents also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area, as well as the golf cart (apparently for all ages). The house itself was beautiful, everything looked and felt brand new. Nicole was a great host and responded to every question we had about the neighborhood and such. It's a great area, house, and host overall.

Top-Notch Beachwalk Home and Experience!

We spent a week at Dune Our Thing and already can't wait to plan a return visit! The home as fabulous as pictured: immaculate, up-to-date with all furnishings and decor, lots of natural light, and had all the necessities and more (including wagon for the beach, beach chairs, beach umbrella). There was ample space across the home's three floors plus the outdoor patios and backyard firepit for our extended family of 9 (ages 5 - 70+) to relax and spread out. We enjoyed cooking dinners in the well-appointed kitchen, dining as a family on the outdoor screened in-porch, and making S'mores over the firepit. And highly recommend renting the golf cart--it was so convenient to get to the beach, cart our beach gear around and to tour the beautiful Beachwalk community. Nicole takes tremendous pride in her home and ensuring her guests feel welcome and have everything they need. Off-property, we ventured out to dinner on the patio of Shoreline Brewing (highly recommend the hot pretzel and great craft beer selection) and rented jet skis at Harbor Country Rentals.

Great house!

We had a lovely stay in Beachwalk this past week and Nicole’s home was perfect. We really appreciated the fact that it didn’t feel like a rental. It was so clean and set up with everything we needed. Nicole is easy to communicate with - she checked in with us to make sure everything was okay when we arrived. I let her know we were arriving later in the evening our first night and she left the parking and pool passes at the house to save us a step from having to pick them up at the pool. She also went to the house after our check out to make sure everything was good for the next guest. She really puts in the extra effort to make sure the place looks great and it shows. Aside from how nice the house was, we also appreciated the clean grill, all the games and the beach umbrella (our tent broke so it came in handy). Thanks for everything!!!

Lower floor offers a great space for kids or a separate family with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, additional living room and laundry.

Outdoor you can enjoy nature walks, Cason Park, playgrounds, the community pool, short walk to the beach at Lake Michigan, putting green, tennis and basketball courts, etc.
