Una casa de 3 dormitorios adosada en una zona residencial tranquila, pero a poca distancia de toda la vida y las comodidades de puerto de Niza. Las características incluyen un espacio exterior con jacuzzi y espacio para comer al aire libre y barbacoa. Una terraza para tomar el sol completo plana en el techo con 8 tumbonas. Relaxing stay in Nice

Well located and well equipped.There is lot to explore in the area and we enjoyed the spa at the end of a long day. We thought the living area was a little small for 6 adults but the bedrooms were fine. On site parking was perfect and there are lots of restaurants in short walking distance.

The house was very nice and clean. Quiet surrounding. Rooms spacious. On walking distance of the old city centre. We left the car at the house and walked or used a bike (Lime or Pony)

Home away from home

Very clean, very well equipped home surpassed our needs! A 10-15 a minute walk to the port with plenty of restaurant options and close to the tram.

Wonderful location!

We have booked with Tamsin before, and once again we’re very pleased with the place, the location, and Tamsin’s responsiveness. The apt is as pictured and is comfortable and a perfect location to explore all of Nice and surrounding towns. Love this area!

Great house and location

We had a really lovely stay here! Very clean and well equipped house. Excellent quiet location with frequent cheap 98 bus to town, just 2 min walk to bus stop. Nice bakery, small supermarket and lots of restaurants at the port within walking distance. Easy to communicate with host - thank you so much for a great holiday :)

Fabulous property

What an absolutely fabulous place to stay! In a great location right by the port this property was perfect for our stay in Nice. Tasmin was an excellent host and could not have been more helpful or friendly. The house is beautiful throughout and has everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday.

Lovely tranquil holiday house

Extremely comfortably and well equipped property close to Nice Port and beaches. Supermarket within walking distance. Easy to reach Monaco, Menton and Eze on public transport although extremely busy during August.

Lovely stay in Nice

My husband, college-age daughter, mother, sister, and I all stayed at Tamsin’s place. It was a perfect place for a group of five. We really enjoyed ourselves! Thanks Tamsin!

Great Experience

The house is located in an excellent, quiet part of Nice. It’s close to the port, yet within walking distance of the old town.The house has superb views of the sea overlooking Nice. The house was very well equipped. Plenty of room for 5 of us. It was exceptionally clean. Tamsin was an excellent host. Would highly recommend.

A 60th birthday in Nice

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house , perfect location and very well equipped. You can walk everywhere from here or get buses from the port around the bays. If we needed anything or couldn’t work out the blinds/doors/keys we called the host and she wa so helpful

Excellent

Really great house and host. Nice outside area for meals, and the hot tub is a great option. Nice location as well near the port and great restaurants and a bakery, but far enough away from all the touristy noise so you can relax.Very walkable to Old Town. We would book the house again in an instant. Also, Tamsin is an extremely responsive host and is great.

Nice Vacance

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub/jacuzzi. There was a good supply of bath and kitchen towels. Tamsin was always responsive and made the check in process seamless. He was flexible when we arrived early and we were able to check in. The location is perfect for walking to the pier or Boulevard Anglais and Old Town.

A well furnished and comfortable 3 bedroom home in Nice, France

We were very happy with all of the amenities in the house. Everything worked properly and was well maintenanced. There were many extra things such as BBQ, toys for children, books, etc... The house was comfortable and well located in a quiet residential area. Parking was plenty.

Great location, lovely house, very clean.

We stayed at this lovely house, two adults, two teenagers and a dog. We knew the area from before and it’s is such a great location! Near the public beach and an easy walk to the nearest private beach. Port Lympia is just a couple of minutes away and the lovely area of Bonaparte is also close. The house was very clean and well equipped. Lovely outdoor space as well as the jacuzzi. Three good size beedrooms. Large wardrobes. AC in all rooms which was nice during hot July.

Great house, great host, great location

The six of us loved our stay at Tasmin's place! The house was very clean, well-equipped and homey. We also really enjoyed eating on the deck space outside and the hot tub was a nice plus. We were able to walk to the center of the old-city area of Nice in just 20 minutes, and it was also well connected by bus. There's also plenty of restaurants to explore closer to the home (Tasmin provided great recommendations) and there was even the beach nearby as well. Tasmin was also a really helpful host who always responded quickly and thoroughly to any messages. We definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely wonderful

Communication with Tamsin was 5 star. The house was just wonderful. Fabulous location just in a side street from the Port. Safe and secure. Extremely clean . The house was just fabulous, many extras that made life so much easier , especially in the kitchen. We spent many hours outside in the fabulous garden and made good use of the jacuzzi and sun deck. We used public transport and the trains were wonderfully cheap and frequent. So easy to get around. The Nice locals we encountered were warm and friendly . You can drink the tap water and swim in the beautiful sea ( if ur from the UK that’s very much appreciated ) We would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful location with everything close by . Thank you Tamsin , the best stay , in an awesome City .

Séjour parfait à Nice

I moved from the UK to the South of France in 2005 and have never regretted it! I love this area - so much sunshine and blue sky and beautiful sights. It can be busy, it can be hot, but it is still a fabulous place to be!

My husband and I bought this house as a rental investment and we love the area of Nice Port. This house is cute and quiet and is in a great location.

This little house is a quiet haven tucked away in a very central part of Nice, but it is quiet. Yes, you can find an apartment that sleeps 6-8 in the Old Town, but it will be noisy outside and often have just a small balcony. We can offer a roof terrace with proper sun loungers and sunshine all day, your own jacuzzi to relax in and a lovely dining area with a BBQ - all within walking distance of the life and sights of Nice which is a huge benefit when trying to get home after dinner out!
