Impresionante 3 Dorm House, Espectacular Vista al mar, a 150 metros de la playa

Esta casa está situada en el corazón del casco antiguo, con sus mercados diarios y numerosos cafés, restaurantes y bares. La casa cuenta con impresionantes vistas panorámicas al mar y está situado justo enfrente de la playa.

La propiedad se encuentra en tres niveles. En la primera planta hay una gran planta abierta sala de estar / comedor / cocina con puertas francesas a la terraza que da amplias vistas al mar. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, microondas, horno, vitrocerámica, nevera / congelador) y la casa está equipada con aire acondicionado, TV y reproductor de DVD.

En la planta baja se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una unidad de baño bañera de esquina y la vanidad, armarios empotrados y puertas francesas que se abren desde el dormitorio a una terraza privada. También hay una separada W. C.

En la planta sótano hay dos dormitorios dobles, ambos con armarios empotrados. También hay una sala de ducha y WC separado junto con una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora.

Perfect house in Nice

This property has it all - excellent location, spectacular view and all the amenities you could want from a holiday home on the French Riviera. The beach is opposite, the old town is just behind the property and there are numerous excellent restaurants close by. It is very quiet despite its central location. We hope to return!

Location could not be beat. Balcony overlooking the sea and just steps from the center of Old Town. Everything and more that you need in the rental. One of the best stays we’ve ever had. Great communication with the property owner.

Wonderful Property

This was the ultimate property for relaxation in Old Town Nice. It was directly across from the beach and steps from the market and Old Nice dining options. My family enjoyed hours on the beach followed by dinners on the balcony watching the action of the promenade! The living space and rooms were very modern and clean. The outdoor balcony and patio space were an excellent surprise. The only down side was leaving.

Best location in Nice!

This apartment is a one minute walk to Old Town. The beach and Promenade is across the street. The castle lookout stairs are a block away. There are 30 plus restaurants within 1-10 minute walk. The view from the balcony is amazing! We stayed for 2 weeks. We sat out on the balcony for coffee, wine and in between! Beds are comfortable. 2 bedrooms on lower level and one on mid level. Living space on top. Plenty of storage. Good water pressure. Air conditioning in each room work very well. Total steps in apartment = 35 from bottom bedrooms to top living area. Kitchen well equipped. Place is very clean and comfortable. TV has satellite with English channels!! We would stay here again. This is an amazing property in the best location. Highly recommend

Ironman ppl - Yes, you want to stay here!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. We traveled from USA to Nice for the Ironman World Championship - my husband raced. As soon as he qualified - we booked this great location. We were able to walk to all the Ironman locations. It is right across the street from the beach! Being in Old Town Nice was very nice. So many shops and restaurants. The property was very comfortable for 5 adults. Great accommodations. My only complaint is that there is not a proper “shower” in the master. It is only a tub with a hand held shower head. This is misleading in the listing details. It was easy to get to property from the airport on the Tram (local Nice rail in the city). FYI - Don’t buy a tram card at the airport. You can ride the tram for one stop for free. Go to the first non-airport train stop and buy a card there. It’s cheaper. We bought only 1 card for our family and my husband’s coach to use. You can use the card for more than one person/fare per trip. We took a day trip to Monaco by train. That was easy to navigate also.

We absolutely loved the property! The location was perfect with sea views and in Old Town Nice. The rooms were spacious and kept cool with the AC. The apartment was well furnished and had ample amounts of crockery, glasses, mugs and cooking utensils. We loved trips out in the mornings and then spending time on the beach in the afternoon. Communications with Eileen, our host, were great and informative. During our stay, communications with Connie were regular and really helpful. We couldn't fault anything about the apartment and will definitely be returning!

We are so happy we found this house. beautiful views of the ocean and people watching from the front balcony and tucked in on the edge of Old Nice with its great restaurants and shopping behind. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would definately return.

Just wow!!!

This property is just stunning. The interior, the location, just everything about it was perfect for us. The house itself is spacious, airy and beautifully clean. The views of the sea and promenade are just superb. Communication with Eileen was fantastic, she was incredibly accommodating and flexible in these unusual covid times which was really appreciated. Connie was wonderful too, making check in and check out a smooth straight forward process. We loved the experience so much we have booked to come back next year! I cannot rate the house, Eileen and Connie highly enough.

Ein Schöner Stadt Urlaub mit einem Top Unterkunft. Komplet Klimatisiert alles vorhanden Kaffeemaschine bis Waschmaschine. Für 6 Personen mit 3 Schlafzimmer super geeignet. City 2 min. - Meer 2 min. Tip-Top. PS. Kein Parkplatz, die sollte man vorher reservieren (par Minuten Gehweg)

Ideal location in Vieux Nice and on the Promenade!!

Location, location, location! The pictures say it all. The apartment easily handled my family of four and my parents as well (6 total). The beds were super comfortable and we all got really good sleep. We made a few small meals at home and otherwise took a short walk to sample the local cuisine. This apartment has everything you need for a great stay in Nice!

This lovely house was well appointed, very clean with plenty of room for 6 adults. Everything was there to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Loved the balcony and the view of the promenade. Great location for the beach and the old town - the beautiful flower market was just round the corner. Amazing property!

The house is really lovely with everything you could possibly need. It has a great balcony overlooking the beach to relax on and watch the world go by. Perfectly located for the beach and the old town. Connie's meet and greet was brilliant, so helpful and accommodating
