On this floor there is also a bathroom with tub, washing machine, television, barbecue next to the large covered veranda.
THE PARK
Outside Villa Josephine there are numerous spaces for relaxation and enjoyment in the open air, starting from the panoramic veranda facing the pool, furnished with living and dining area that opens onto the garden and allows a comfortable and complete use of the . A few steps away from the wood-burning stone barbecue and the huge garden completely fenced and equipped with outdoor furniture, a perfect place to enjoy an aperitif while watching the sunset over the valley. A vast expanse of olive trees, a small orchard, holm oaks and many bushes of myrtle and rosemary enrich the garden that naturally extends over the extensive Mediterranean scrub that embraces the property for about one hectare where rabbits live free. THE POOL
Rectangular in shape, the swimming pool for exclusive use as well as the whole property is 6 x 12m wide with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.80m.
It is accessed via a beautiful crescent-shaped staircase. The swimming pool is located on a terrace at a slightly lower level in front of the villa and is framed at the front by the olive trees that surround the property. All around there is a large area shaded by trees and equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and solar shower.
Pool cleaning is done every evening after 7:30 p.m.
