Beautiful house 120 sq mt in Alghero's countryside with gardens and pool

Thank you for your review. We're honestly surprised that none of these concerns were mentioned during your stay, especially since we live just upstairs and are always available to help. We would have gladly done our best to make your stay more comfortable. As for the sunbeds — of which there are nine — they naturally experience some wear and tear over the course of the summer. Each winter, we refurbish or replace them as needed. On that particular Sunday you referred to (which is the only day of the week when we also use the pool, being otherwise entirely for guests the other six days), we actually noticed that one of the sunbeds had been damaged. The previous Sunday it was in perfect condition. We chose not to say anything, as this kind of wear is normal — but we would really appreciate it if guests informed us when something is broken… unfortunately it doesn't always happen. That sunbed will, of course, be replaced for next season. We also feel it’s worth mentioning that Nikky and her husband were personally driven to the airport the day after their arrival to collect their rental car — on a working day for us — as a courtesy we were not obliged to offer. In addition, they stayed an extra night at the end of their holiday completely free of charge…and we believe that this was something very good to mention.
