Excellent Stay

My entire family loved the condo - it was in a great area, incredibly clean and beautiful! I will definitely try to stay here again next time I visit Beaver Creek and highly recommend!

Excellent Rental

We loved our time at this property. Check in is easy, location if convenient to get to gondola and amenities within Avon,, and property was clean/guest friendly. Look forward to staying here again.

Great property!

Beautiful condo exactly as described and shown in listing. Property manager Brian was quick to respond to all our needs/questions & so easy to work with! Just a 5 minute walk to the gondola and easy access to the river for fishing.

Perfect location

We have stayed in this property several times. During ski season, it is a quick walk to the gondola and onto the lift at the Landing. Easy! We love the convenience of several restaurants on the main floor of the building. We will plan to stay here again next season.

The apartment was just as described

Very clean and comfortable, near to vail 15min driving, 3 full bathrooms, 2 rooms with king bed, 1 sofabed in the living room and 1 single sofa bed inside 1 of the room, the living room and kitchen was just perfect and the balcony had everything, grill, sofas and tables to spend time! We are very thankful of having the opportunity to stay in this amazing apartment

Great place

True to the listing. Provided excellent space indoors and out. Especially enjoyed the deck with fire pit and heat lamp at end of each day. Convenient to Beaver Creek gondola and eco bus to Vail. If anything to knitpick about it would be to oil the squeaky bathroom door In master bedroom. If returning to same slopes, will definitely book this condo again

Much More Than We Expected

When we walked in the door, we were knocked out by how much larger it was than what it appeared in pictures. Everything is first rate including the furnishing, kitchen ware and bedding. The location is excellent. It's just a short walk to the gondola and bus stop for skiing. Dinner and the City Market are all convenient too. We can't say enough nice things about Brian, the property manager. He clearly wants your stay to be enjoyable. I hope we can stay here again the next time we're in Avon.

When we arrived it was even better!It was stocked with everything we could need, the management company was wonderful and incredibly responsive. They kept us informed and offered tons of information about the area. If I return, I hope this unit will be available to book again, as it will be my first choice.

Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room was so nice to come home to after a long day on the slopes. Appliances, cabinets and decorative finishes were all top quality. We loved the large roomy deck for drinks at sunset. The hightop fire table out there was the perfect touch. Location was fantastic, very easy to get to and very convenient to ski resorts. The restaurants located in the building, were fantastic and we walked to a couple that were within five minutes, that were equally great.There were four of us staying there on our vacation and we were all equally impressed. Would definitely give this place five out of five stars. We can’t wait to go back. Brian was very helpful and providing instruction, and always returned our calls immediately when we had a question, which was only once, concerning the shuttle schedule.

Its within close walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Avon and only a 5 min walk to the bus stop to head to Beaver Creek village. The Avon recreation center is also only a 5 min walk away which offers a great fitness facility and indoor pool.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or experience! The condo is beautifully decorated and spotless, had everything you would need, and the location is unbeatable. The shuttle to BC Village and Vail is right outside the building, which was very convenient! Brian was an incredible host allowing us to check in and out early due to weather, extremely responsive, and even went out of his way to mail back something we accidentally left behind. We had a great trip and will definitely stay here again next time!

Excellent place and location. Only thing I would recommend, is changing the master suite mattress, and install privacy door locks in rooms (at least the cheapest with buttons). Great place, I will love to rent it again.-

We stayed here mostly due to the this large open concept area and it did not disappoint. Very conveniently located in the heart of Avon. There were no negatives on our stay. We would stay here again if we come back to Beaver.
