Location was quite good as we hired a car otherwise you will need to use uber . Good parking at the front of the house and easy access from the instructions sent before we arrived. Good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Good wardrobe space and plenty of hangers but I would have liked more drawers or shelves as there were none in the room I used. Well laid out kitchen with plenty of utensils and loads of salt, pepper, spices, etc. Good coffee machine and a supply of coffee pods. Nice comfortable sitting area with books, magazines and a few games provided. I contacted the host twice, firstly to ask when bins should be put out andiI got a quick reply telling me. The next time I contacted the host I was just asking some advice regarding any suggestions they could make as to where we could store our luggage on the day we were leaving as we had to checkout at 10am but our flight wasn't until 7.45pm. I was really disappointed with the fact they never replied to me. Even if it was only to say that they couldn't provide any advise rather than just ignore the question. Because of this we had no option but to go to the airport once we checked out and wait all day. Other than this we were very happy with the house and would recommend it as a safe area and a good location. I should also add that there are lovely walking areas close by and the neighbours were friendly.

This home was perfect for our family trip. Grandparents with son, daughter-in-law and grandson. They took the upstairs and we stayed downstairs. Everything was provided —plenty of linens, fantastic kitchen, excellent TV and Wifi service and parking. Great communication with detailed check-in/check-out information. So close to downtown, Vanderbilt, and easy access to expressway.

It was a good area to stay but very hot in there all week very humid in there. There was BLACK MOLD on the heat registers and all around the dishwasher and the fridge would leak water. For the cleanliness I would not stay again the mold has to get fix that’s a health hazard

Great Location

Close to all of the amazing things we wanted to see. The listing pictures had not been updated however the home was still able to accommodate our large group with plenty of space and the hosts were very responsive, understanding, and willing to work with us at every turn. House was updated, clean and beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Terrible, as soon, as we pulled in the driveway.

There was several things, that needed fixed. Water leak, in refrigerator. Toaster, only one side can be used. It needs to be replaced. The big shower, upstairs doesn’t drain out. The grill, can’t be used. It is all rusty. We didn’t even do any cooking there. Don’t know if the stove worked or not. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there. If there had been some other place, to go, I wouldn’t stayed there.

Great Stay in a Quiet, Charming Home Close to Downtown!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cute home in a quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect, just a quick 10 to 15 minute Uber ride to get downtown, which made getting around very convenient. The house was clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like dish soap, a new dish sponge, K-cups, salt and pepper, paper towels, trash bags, and even a hair dryer and straightener. There were also plenty of towels available, which was really convenient for our group. Those small details were a nice bonus.The bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable overall. The downstairs bedroom does get quite warm at night when the temperature auto adjusts therefore a ceiling fan would be a great addition. A small dresser in that room would also be useful for guests. One issue we ran into all week was the thermostat automatically resetting to 71 or 72 degrees, even after we had manually lowered it to 68. Coming back one night around 11:30 and walking into a wall of humidity and mustiness, only to find that the thermostat had reset again, was frustrating—especially since it takes a while for the house to cool back down. Not only did the warmer temperature make it hard to sleep, but it also seemed to bring out a musty smell in the home.The kitchen is attractive and mostly well-stocked. That said, if you plan to cook, it’s worth noting that there isn’t a larger size pan and the knives are very flimsy, which can actually be a bit

Girls trip .........Beautiful home....

Went on a girls trip with 9 of us. Overall it was a great place to stay. Cleanliness is always our top priority and it was amazing!! Great neighborhood. LOVED the mirriors on the second floor to accommodate so many of us getting ready. So, LOTS of Pros.........We booked the house 8 mos ago and at the time of the booking the pictures shown (and that are still there) showed multiple bedrooms with bunkbeds. So with 9 of us we would have had our own bed. When we showed up that day, everything was different. No bunkbeds, so we all had to share a bed with another person. For most it was not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. The only other thing that we wished was different, was the towel situation. We had one towel per person for 4 days....one wash cloth and not enough of the "dark wash cloths" that they have a sign to use for makeup. We had 3 total. In order to post a sign saying to use the dark wash cloths for makeup or we would be charged if stained, we need to be provided with the right amount. Thankfully many of us brought our own. The communication was "ok". Took sometimes a day to get back to us. We didn't have trash bags or a cleaning spray for the kitchen but they were kind enough to order from amazon and have them sent the next day. Again, overal a BEAUTIFUL home, just beware if the pictures haven't changed, look at the quick description. we would rent again though.

Nashville wedding

We had close family friends who were marrying in Nashville. This was a very convenient location to all of our events. The property was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. The nearby walking path is a bonus. The owner was very easy to contact and accommodating for a special request.

Our Stay

I feel the house was as presented. I was disappointed at the response time of the owners when asking questions. I only had contact through VRBO. Garbages were full when we got there and overfull when we left with ours added.
