We have stayed here many times and always have the best time! It is our happy place! Close to Sag Harbor and a lovely local beach. Plenty of room to hang out and a lovely, private deck, hot tub and yard!

Great home and stay

Sag Harbor Idyll

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The hosts were warmly welcoming and great in communication. The house had everything we needed and there were ample beach paraphernalia in the back yard shed. We would gladly stay here again.

North Heaven

Our stay was incredible. North Haven is an oasis in the Hamptons, quiet and next to the beach, without being busy or overwhelming. 5 minutes into Sag Harbor proper where we had breakfast at the donut shop or lunch at Eltacobar. Our family loves this little cottage which has more than enough space for a family of 5 and a great yard.

Quiet escape

Jon and Jocelyn’s cottage is was a perfect spot to escape and relax. Located within easy distance to pop into Sag Harbor and only a short walk from a quiet bay beach which was perfect for enjoy sunsets. Looking forward to another stay.

Wonderful owners and house

My older family stayed here during my wedding- they said the house was wonderful and soothing and beautifully kept up. My cousin left a necklace behind and the owners sent it right away- she said “there are good people in the world yet!” - these are some of them!

North Haven Paradise

This house was a little slice of heaven. A perfect location, quiet, beautiful, fantastic backyard. The owners were incredibly helpful and always available. We plan to stay again.

Heavenly beach cottage getaway

The house and location were perfect for us, and Jon and Jocelyn were great to work with ahead of our trip. Actually, their guide and the well organized house meant we never had to reach out to them for anything. We loved hanging out in the backyard and relaxing in the hot tub after a hard day of vacationing! BTW, as someone who is picky about their mattress... absolutely no complaints! The mattress was comfy, there was plenty of hot water, and Apple TV too! Oh, and you can walk to the nearby beach!!! Can’t wait for our next trip! :)

Serenity in North Haven!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 lovely weeks with our 3 year old and 6 month old. I cannot recommend it enough for a family beach stay! The location is fantastic and within walking distance to the water from multiple directions. The house was perfect for our family - space to spread out and for our toddler to play, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals best enjoyed on the beautiful deck. Unwinding in the hot tub after a day spent at the beach is heaven! As other reviewers have rightly noted, the house is very well-edited and organized, which makes everything feel more comfortable and easy while you are there. Communication with the owners is a pleasure - they are responsive and thoughtful, and they truly care about you having a great stay. The proximity to the Serene Green farmers market is also a big plus for the most delicious produce!

My husband and I are so grateful for Jocelyn and Jon. Their home is a combination of love, organization, comfort and HOT TUB. The layout is perfect and we had everything we needed to cook everyday and relax under the stars at night. We loved biking to the beach and sitting in the backyard reading at the quiet corner in North Haven. They both communicated so clearly and quickly. Thank you so much!

Amazing stay

We rented the cottage for a long thanksgiving weekend and as mentioned by many others, this house exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly sized for our family of 5. It is very tastefully decorated and we enjoyed meals in the very lit kitchen. The kids had a great time in the backyard with the swings. The owners were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Beach cottage bliss

This sweet little cottage property is very cute. We (3 adults) stayed for a long weekend in mid-September. After pulling into the ample driveway, you’re greeted by a garden arch with little fairy lights. The backyard and deck were nicely kept, and the house is very clean and thoughtfully appointed. The property is less than a mile walk away from a nice beach, and a 5min drive to Main Street Sag Harbor. We found everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner in the kitchen. It has a good filterless coffee maker and grinder, which was welcome. Bedrooms were good size (one downstairs, two upstairs) and beds were comfortable. We even used the hot tub on the deck, which was clean and easy to operate, though it does take a few hours to heat up from its lowest setting. We’re hoping for the chance to stay again someday!

Charming low-key beach house

The house is simple, organized and well-edited. The owners have good taste and clearly put a lot of love into the home. Everything was neat and clean and in good working order. The shed had all the supplies we needed for our beach days. We also enjoyed the bikes which are great for cruising around this peaceful neighborhood. The hot tub made for a fun after-dinner activity. We also appreciated the fact that the decor does not feature personal collections or family photos, so you don't feel like you are in someone else's home.

Such great vibes

We loved this house! Great deck, wonderful comfy beds, totally fenced in (no deer!), quiet neighborhood close to town and farmstands. Cute little beach a few blocks away and a short (15 min) drive to the ocean. We’d definitrly come back.
