Impresionantes vistas en la ubicación más conveniente en Dale Hallow. La casa está directamente al otro lado del lago de Sunset Marina. El puerto deportivo ofrece una rampa para botes y resbalones y un restaurante completo y una heladería. La Marina también ofrece alquiler de botes de esquí, botes de pontones o motos de agua y mucho más. Las zonas de playa y parque están justo al lado del puerto deportivo también. Canchas de baloncesto, voleibol de arena, senderos para caminar y senderos para caminatas también están cerca.

Hay un montón de aparcamiento en la calle en el largo y ancho camino de entrada al garaje, alrededor de la terraza con comedor al aire libre. El sótano de huelga terminado se duplica como el tercer espacio habitable y el cuarto dormitorio. También hay una litera y un sofá cama en el nivel inferior.

Esta casa está impecable de arriba a abajo y ofrece excelentes comodidades. Direct TV está en vivo en un televisor LED de 60 "en el nivel principal. También hay un televisor LED de 55 "en el nivel inferior. Everything was great! Extremely close to the marina! This is our 6th year staying in this location! The house is great! Easily sleeps our group of 12! Lanny Meek has a great home and is wonderful owner to work with!

Mother in Law Get Together

We take our 84 year old mother in law to a place close to Byrdstown every year to see her sister and brothers. This was a great place for a large group.

Lovely Getaway

Spacious home with an incredible view! We were a party of 13 and there was no problem finding room for everybody! This is our second time vacationing here and we plan on going back again next year!

Perfect getaway for large family

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of towels/sheets and the kitchen was a great size. The new deck and view was the best!

Girls weekend

We had a weekend with old college friends. The house was perfect for us. Great kitchen, views were spectacular and location could not have been better. I would highly recommend this property.

7th Annual Christmas In July

Our family has stayed at Best View on DH for the past 5 years! We love it! Lanny is great to work with and the house has everything we need! The location is great if you are using Sunset Marina! We always have a great time and we are looking forward to 2025!

Great Family Weekend

Thank you to the host. This is our annual lake trip. As our family grows each year it becomes more difficult to find a rental able to accommodate. This rental was perfect and a bonus being so close to Sunset Marina. Besides ourselves and food, we had everything we need for the weekend.

Family Vacation

Very nice property. New deck as well we other upgrades. This is in a quiet area on Dale Hollow Lake. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, this is not it. If you are looking for relaxation, a great view and nice accommodations, this is the perfect spot. We enjoyed our time at this location (for the second year) and plan to return.

The location was magnificent with a beautiful home. The biggest concern is that it was not very clean at check in. Mouse droppings in drawers and basement had not been cleaned.

Great Spot-Wonderful views

We moved our COVID bubble south and had a great time at the property. The location was great, directly above Sunset Marina which gave us many options for activities including boat rental. The views and sunsets were spectacular every night. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans-except for a pasta strainer (we did all of our cooking at home). Overall the property was very clean with the exception of a few spots where the cleaning crew did not do a great job prior to our arrival. Thanks to Lanny for hosting us. Overall, we had a great first experience at Dale Hollow Lake!

Wonderful location but needs attention

This home sits at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and has a wonderful view of Dale Hollow Lake from the back deck. The home has a private driveway and a large yard. Pros: Perfect view of the Marina and lake, large windows in the living room that face the lake, completely stocked kitchen as if the owners stay in this home regularly, three bedrooms have usable mattresses, very close to the marina, three floors of living space, big laundry room with extra sheets, towels, and board games. Spacious home for a large group Cons: Many lights did not have lightbulbs, the family room TV did not work, the daybed and the bunkbed in the family room and the bedroom upstairs with two twins have mattresses you would buy for a camper (adults ended up in them so the kids could sleep after a terrible first night of tossing & turning. The adults felt like they couldn't move in the morning). The upstairs bathroom toilet lid fell off three times, gnats on the kitchen counters, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guests, the family room carpet was not vacuumed and my son cut his foot on a piece of glass. Dirty bath towels left in the washing machine. Only the Master bedroom on the first floor has a tv. Despite all the negatives we had a good time. This home's in a wonderful location if you are looking to be on the lake. I would not stay in this home again. Cleanliness, especially during a pandemic, is especially important to my family as well as a comfortable bed to sleep in.

I appreciate your feedback which has been very consistent minus the cleanliness of the property. I was at the property prior to the arrival and not sure how some of the things mentioned ended up being there. With that said we take all comments very serious and I have communicated this to my cleaning crew for there first review of this nature. I have all new mattresses and will look into the mattresses on the bunk beds. They are not the most comfortable but I haven't had complaints of not being able to sleep before. I receive amazing reviews of our property and have plans to put all new floors amongst other updates for next season. You can be assured all concerns are addressed by myself and the property manager. Thank you again for your stay glad you enjoyed it and we appreciate your feedback.

Beautiful setting.

Very nice house. Great view. Can see the marina. All trash had not been removed on arrival. Towels were still in both the washer and dryer. I think that this was one-time issue. We would go back to this location again.

This place is awesome. And beautiful view

We came from Louisville which was an hour ahead of this property so we went in an hour earlier than we were suppose to and Lenny was so nice about it. We hope to be able to rent this again next year.

We have rented this property for our annual Christmas In July family reunion for the past 3 years! The view of the lake is beautiful from this location! The house is very spacious and holds our 12 member family perfectly! We already can’t wait for our trip next year!

This property because we admired it for years from the water from the moment it was constructed. Even kidding that there is our Lake house many years ago as we would boat by it. Then in 2014 my son and I made the investment in the Best View Ever on Dale Hollow Lake, come enjoy it with us.
