Great views and location!

Loved the location of this unit and the amazing views it had to offer. The condo was super clean, easy to access and has a great pool for smaller children. Would definitely revisit!

Excellent condo, great location

Our condo was clean and well-stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable, and we had all the towels and items we needed. We loved the beautiful gulf view and proximity to the beach and coffee shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Amazing Time

The view is amazing! Everything was super clean and a little more updated than the pictures. The pools are clean and very kid friendly. Our 1 year old had a blast. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. Lot of good reactants near by and shopping also near by. We will definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

Amazing stay.

The property was amazing. Fully furnished kitched, clean well decorated rooms, comfortable beds and an amazing view of the beaches. Couldn't have asked more. The owner was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your amazing place!

End of Summer get away

Loved everything about this condo. Especially the view and the balcony! The living room couch and love seat is pretty worn but we mostly sat on the balcony that had really nice furniture! Will definitely keep this condo in mind for next time! Love Miramar Beach!

Perfect Stay!

Everything here was great. Loved having 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. I also felt very safe here. We had a 4 minute walk to the beach. Perfect view of the gulf!! Would definitely come back.

Perfect Getaway!

This unit, located on 21st floor of Ariel Dunes 1, offered fabulous gulf views. Fresh paint and furnishings were enjoyed. Comfy tempurpedic style mattresses on both beds made for excellent sleep. Owner even delivered a hair dryer when we forgot ours! 10/10 would stay here again!

Great beach stay!

Great condo, pools never felt crowded. Close to the beach and near all the great stuff of Destin. Only issue that was outside the listers control is that the beach service company took up there entire front row or two of the entire seascape beach line... And they left next to no room to walk between the umbrellas.

Very Nice Condo

A friend and I rented this condo while we were in town for a music festival. The condominium is gorgeous. Really beautifully decorated very clean with very comfortable beds and really nice furniture on the balcony. When we first arrived and discovered that it was directly across from the elevator, I was concerned about noise, but that was never a factor. I would definitely stay in this unit again when in the area.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We didn’t have any issues. The condo is beautiful and clean. The couches and tv/tv stand in the living room have been updated from what is shown in the pictures. We were very pleased with our stay. The pools were our kid’s favorite part. They were never overly crowded.

I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again. It was great for our family of 4 (kids shared the guest bed). We found the place clean, exactly as described in the listing, and with everything we needed for a comfortable 3 day, 4 night stay.Big plusses: proximity to the beach (easy 5 minute walk), access to the resort pool, ample items to cook and make coffee, comfortable beds and linens, and plenty of storage and room in the bedrooms. The many lamps were nice touch for playing games and winding down at night. Check in, communication, and instructions were thorough and easy. The location is great for popping out to restaurants on 98 or getting over to 30A for an afternoon.Biggest complement is the view from the large balcony with nice furniture. You can't beat a morning cup of coffee or evening drink watching the waves.Overall, we found everything to be just as described in the listing. This feels like a home the owners enjoy and decide to share when they're not there, not just a place to fill with cheap accommodations and rent out all year.

Vacation

Love the property and closeness to the beach. Condo had plenty room and was well decorated. Only real negative I have is the bed was too hard for us and pillows flat. Did not use dishwasher because it looked like the seal was broke and was afraid it might leak. There was also some mold in the shower but overall enjoyed the condo. View was beautiful
