Cabaña Lake House recién construida. ¡Diseño multifamiliar perfecto!

Esta hermosa cabaña de la casa del lago fue construida recientemente en 2016. La casa tiene una hermosa sala de estar con ventanales de 2 pisos que dan al lago con un gran porche, cómodos sofás y un Smart TV de pantalla plana de 49 ". El interior está muy bien decorado con paredes y techos ranurados y machihembrados, encimeras de granito, una chimenea de piedra apilada de piso a techo, mucho espacio para relajarse y una gran sala familiar en el sótano con una gran pantalla plana de Smart TV.

Hay 4 dormitorios (1 en el sótano, 1 en el nivel principal y 2 arriba). Tres de las habitaciones tienen camas king con colchones posturepédicos de primera línea y la cuarta habitación tiene 2 juegos de literas gemelas y tendrá capacidad para 10+ muy cómodamente. Cada habitación, con la excepción de la habitación del sótano, tiene un Smart TV de pantalla plana de 32 ". La habitación del sótano tiene un televisor más pequeño pero también acceso a un Smart TV de pantalla plana de 49 "en el área de recreación. La sala de recreación en el sótano tiene un cómodo sofá seccional y una mesa para que seis personas jueguen cartas, juegos de mesa o distribuyan comida durante el gran juego. Netflix gratuito también está disponible en cada Smart TV.

La cala es tranquila con poco tráfico de botes y está en aguas profundas, lo que permite mucha diversión de natación para la familia. También puede atar su bote al muelle. La caminata hacia el lago es bastante nivelada con un gradual decente. También hay una canoa disponible para uso de los huéspedes.

Un pozo de fuego en el patio trasero está disponible para noches maravillosas con la familia junto al fuego para asar malvaviscos y disfrutar de buenos momentos.

La cocina tiene mucho espacio de gabinetes con gabinetes rústicos hechos a medida y encimeras de granito. La cocina está bien equipada con muchas ollas, sartenes, vajillas y otros suministros necesarios para cocinar para toda la familia.

Beautiful house

Very spacious house with a large windows that provide a lovely view out of the back of the house. The porch is amazing and we enjoyed sitting out and drinking our coffee every morning. The beds were very comfortable. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner though. The two single kayaks got a lot of use! The house is sort of on a little inlet so the kids could swim at the dock and not worry too much about boat traffic. We certainly wished we could have stayed longer! Really beautiful, clean house!

Exactly what we wanted

We had a wonderful stay. The dock is very nice, water is deep but not busy with boat traffic. The view from the living room, kitchen and main bedroom was like being in a tree house. All of the bedrooms are huge. We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem on the Lake in Anderson, SC

I booked the house for family to celebrate our son's Clemson graduation. The check-in was very easy and the check-out as well. One tip, ensure you have the WiFi name and password before you arrive - we had no cell service at the house and had to drive up the road to get it from the listing.The house was a perfect size for our 9 people! It definitely could hold more!! They even had a pack and play if you have an infant.The kitchen was large and roomy and had everything we needed. The dining room sat our group easily.Loved the beds!!! Everyone who stayed said the beds were very comfortable - which hardly ever happens.Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom with an amazing shower!! We didn't think we would get to use the firepit as it was May, but we were wrong. Mother Nature gave us very cool weather, so we did enjoy at least 2 nights at the firepit. It was quiet and peaceful.We didn't get to use the lake unfortunately due to the cooler weather, but the dock is so nice!! It's large with a party deck. There are stairs down into the water. A kayak was at the dock and there was also one at the house - which again, we didn't get to use. :-( But you do need to bring your own lifejackets - which we did.The house is 30 minutes from Clemson campus and is a very easy drive. Ingles grocery is very close to the house (maybe 5 miles) and the BBQ at Fork Grove is AMAZING!!!!We really couldn't believe the house was as perfect as it was. Highly recommend.

Dream lakehouse with plenty of room.

Booked this for my gender reveal/babyshower. I had family come in from 5 other states. Most family stayed with nearby family members but this beautiful home housed the rest of us. Very stunning when you come in. Every room has its own bathroom plus an extra half bath in community area. Owner was very responsive and pleasant. Id definitely return for another gathering here. Dishes and utensils were plenty. Minimal on towels and extra blankets so if you need extra, bring some. Loved that they offered games, and kayaks.

Family Christmas

Very nice and plenty of room for a large group. Owners had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us, which was a very noce surprise. Owners were very responsive and good communicators.

Good From Far (real far) But Far From Good.

We met family from PA for a Thanksgiving get-together and a Clemson game. We’ve stayed at several lake houses around Clemson over the years, but this one definitely stood out. There was no soap...anywhere, 1/2 roll or less of TP in most bathrooms, used bars of soap left in showers, trash/hair in the showers, MB door doesn't stay open or closed, upstairs shower didn't drain, so ankle deep water the entire shower, no extra towels and ones provided were the size of a floor mat. The place was filthy, the sofas had food/hair/dirt under the cushions, and the supports were gone, there was opened ice cream left in the freezer and it had melted to the shelf, ice makers made about 3 cups of ice in 4 days, many (opened & perishable) items left in refrigerator, etc. cheap flooring is buckled everywhere. saw roaches in the pantry, pots and pans had the coatings completely worn off, the driveway is not functional for a 2 WD car, we had to push them up the hill due to steepness and loose stones. But, the worst part is the unphased owners...after we notified them of some concerns they simply responded 'thank you, we'll let our cleaners know" and after we voiced more concerns about the ice makers and shower not draining Etc. they decided not to respond and haven't since. This is the first time I can remember that my family cherished a vacation departure day more than our arrival day.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

Home worked perfectly for our group of 3 couples and 5 kids. Dock was awesome-parked a pontoon & 2 jet skis with no issues. Quiet deep cove with great space to swim from the dock. A great trip!

Clemson Game

Layout of the house was great! My husband and I were up there with our kids and their friends, and it was so nice that we each had our own space. The location was excellent, too. We were close to the grocery stores and restaurants.

Lake Hartwell Family Vacation

We had a great week at the house. House is very nice. Lake access was good and the boat dock was very convenient. Must have been some heavy rains before our arrival that lead to some washouts on back yard and path to lake. Great lake location away from big water, but not far too get there. Neighborhood location was a bit more rural than we anticipated, but pretty short drives to Anderson or Hartwell for all the non-lake activities.

An attractive, very roomy, country-style house with large, well appointed kitchen and a great dock for our 20’ boat. Ages 9 thru 76 all enjoyed it.

Wonderful except for a few things

Everything is as shown. Beautiful house, lots of rooms, boat dock, big kitchen. We loved the house and easy access to the lake. Loads of bedrooms for everyone. Deep water cove, deck is fantastic. Sunsets gorgeous!! Saying all of that, here's the downside, the pillows were horrible, no extra towels or sheets. The grill has never been cleaned. Couple of cockroaches or palmetto bugs...one landed on my head while watching TV. I understand you're next to the water and it's rented and guests don't take care of leaving food out, it still was pretty freaky. The only TV that has Roku is living room. Only had one towel per person, no extra sheets or blankets and no cushions for the furniture on the house deck. The stairs were loose, my husband fixed them. The deck needs some help. Please don't get the idea that it wasn't worth it; there are just a few things that they could definitely improve upon. Overall I would recommend this house.
