The Robins Nest was very nice and had everything we needed for our vacation to Yosemite. It was quiet in the neighborhood and very handy to a well stocked Grocery.

Great cabin!

Clean, well stocked cabin for 6 people, including two 2 year olds. They have some toys and books for kids and our girls loved playing on the large deck. Communication with staff was easy and friendly.

We had a nice stay at the cabin. The location was awesome and the cabin had everything we needed.

While there were a few glitches there wasn’t anything that wasn’t manageable.

Cozy Cabin In The Woods

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Robin's Nest. It was very clean and the wood-burning fireplace was the best. Beds were big and comfortable. It's not super fancy, but perfectly appointed and homey feeling. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great find

This cabin was perfect for our visit to Yosemite. We took advantage of hiking everyday and were able to come back after a ling day and cook dinner. The weather was perfect for enjoying the deck and grilling out!

Great stay!

Loved our stay! Nice and quiet! Easy access to maripose grove. The drive to Yosemite valley was a little far but as expected. Nice to have a convince store right inside of the cabin area. Kids really enjoyed the family game time! Very prompt and clear communication of the check in and out process.

We stayed an extra day.

The cabin is well equipped and in a perfect location for a visit to Yosemite. The Redwoods team did a great job helping us to plan the trip and were most accomodating when we asked to stay an extra day. Having their laundry facility and a small market located close buy was also a great plus for us. I would recommend the cabin and the management company to anyone interested in visiting the area.

Stay at Robin's nest

The location was perfect! The property was clean in general, however, the utensils were unclean or left unwashed by the previous user. There were some insects in one of the rooms.

Wonderful Stay

The rental was exactly as described. Quiet community. Beds were quite comfortable and the A/C was very welcome for a couple hot days during our stay. The cookware was the highest quality than any VRBO I've ever stayed at. Be sure to bring any consumables including coffee filters. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The Redwoods in Yosemite is located in the little community of Wawona, 6 miles INSIDE the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. It makes a wonderful home base while you explore and play in Yosemite. Depending on the season, there is always something special to enjoy!

In the spring, the rivers and waterfalls throughout the Park, including nearby Chilnualna Falls, are nothing short of awe-inspiring.

During the summer, you have the opportunity to relax in the south fork of the Merced River & cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a hike to nearby Chilnualna Falls, the Swinging Bridge, and the Meadow Loop Trail. Visit the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. Enjoy fine dining and play golf at the historic Big Trees Lodge (formerly The Wawona Hotel), go horseback riding, fishing, enjoy Ranger walks and talks, or visit the Living History Center/Pioneer Village.

In the fall, the colors are spectacular as you enjoy the walking path around the golf course of the nearby historic Big Trees Lodge. See the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias.

In the winter, the family-friendly Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area (formerly Badger Pass Ski Area) offers snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, cross-country ski tours, and in Yosemite Valley enjoy the outdoor ice skating rink.

In any season our Wedding and Event Center is open for all occasions! Whether it's for a group ski vacation, business training, a family Christmas or Thanksgiving get together, or a reunion of any kind this is the perfect spot for all to gather. Our Wedding and Event Center comfortably seats 100 for group meetings, and 80 for formal dining. There is a large open deck with a fireplace, and inside there is a second fireplace along with a separate Board Room and Catering Kitchen.
