Perfect rental for our family

This apartment is in a great location. Everything we wanted to do in the city of Palma was within a fifteen minute walk. The square the apartment is on has several cafes but we had no problem with noise, it is away from the busier tourist areas. Nothing but good things to say!

The best rental I've ever stayed in

This rental will blow you away. Beautiful finishes and cool layout, right in the heart of the city. Exactly where you want to be for stores, restaurants, and the beach. Could not give higher praise for the staff and their kindness and communication. Thanks for everything!

A modern and well located house perfect for a family/large group!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house was very spacious for our family. The location was great and there was lots to do and see within a 10 minute walk in either direction. I would recommend this place as it will not disappoint. Some items to improve upon - we had an issue with one of the showers where the water was pooling. Also there was no key leading to the garage which felt a bit unsafe, and I would recommend having beach towels available for those that wish to go to the beach.

Awesome townhouse. Perfectly located.

We spent about two weeks over the Easter holidays at this townhouse as a family of 6 with our 4 teenage kids (14-17). We could not have picked a better place. The house is perfectly located in one of the best places in the old town of Palma. Everything … really everything is in a close by walking distance … all the good restaurants, the Mercato Santa Catalina, the cathedral, most museums, all the shops and even the city beach is just a fifteen-minute walk away. We did not need a car. Highly recommended!

Palma at its Best

If you want to spend time in Palma, this is THE place to stay. Perfect location with all the amenities, right on a charming little square in the heart of the historic area. Even though there's a garage, everything is within walking distance so a car really isn't necessary. Gabriel, the property manager, was so helpful. He even walked us up to the Santa Catalina Market (an incredible place to experience) in addition to making recommendations of places to visit. A week wasn't enough. I could easily have spent a month here.

Awesome place and perfect location

The location was the key attribute that made us pick this townhome over the rest. It is 5 minutes walk from the cathedral, marina, the old city center and its shopping streets. I thought that proximity to bars and restaurants would be a problem. They're right next to the front door and are open till about 2pm. But fortunately the soundproofing of the house is decent and we had no issues sleeping. If you plan to rent a car, pick the smallest available - access to the garage is a very narrow street.

Excellent location, spacious and clean - beware of sewage smell

Our family of 5 adults and a child stayed in this property for 8 nights over Christmas. The pre-arrival communications with Xavi were great, as was the arrival welcome where Xavi gave us a good tour of the property. We had a lovely time in this very spatious townhouse, although there’s room for improvement in a few important areas: >> The kitchen might be “fully equiped” but the owners should consider stocking up on coffee cups, mugs and other standard things like drinking glasses and wine glasses, so a party of 6 can drink wine and water from similar glasses. Most wine glasses had hazy-white layers on them, please consider replacing. >> We did notice a distinct smell of sewage, which we told Xavi during the intitial welcome “tour”. A plumber was called after a couple of days, but he could not fix anything and the terrible smell continued throughout our stay. This was for sure a big deterrant and we did not really enjoy being inside the townhouse due to this sewage smell. All in all, we had a great time and would for sure like to return. But for us to want to return, the sewage smell should be taken seriously and taken care of.

Fantastiskt vecka i centrala Palma.

Jag och mina vänner bodde i detta TOWNHOUSE, och inte lägenhet som vi trodde. Detta gjorde oss positivt överraskade! Boendet kan inte ligga mer centralt i Palma med närhet till allt från butiker, restauranger, taxi och buss. Dessutom bör det tilläggas att det var väldigt trevliga grannar i området med en positiv inställning till oss gäster. En fantastisk uteplats bjöd boendet på också. Det enda som man kanske bör veta är att det rör sig en del ”udda” människor på torget som erbjuder en lite allt möjligt såsom knark exempelvis.

Family adventure with 20-somethings

This is a great place to stay and enjoy Mallorca at your fingertips, or stay in and cook or relax on the rooftop. Just an absolute treat. Management was so nice and helpful, they were super responsive. The hot water heater stopped working one day and they had a plumber in there immediately to fix. Can't recomend more highly.

Geräumiges Stadthaus mit super Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, obwohl der Platz sehr belebt ist, ist die Lärmbelästigung im Haus gering. Die Dachterrasse ist toll und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation und das Service der Agentur waren ausgezeichnet, alles wurde prompt und sehr freundlich beantwortet und gehandhabt. Einziger einziger Nachteil: im Haus hat man auch bei schönem Wetter kaum Sonnenlicht, es ist etwas finster innen.

Excellent location for stay in Plama

Great location for walking to major sites in Plama. Went to beach for swim, visited an exciting downtown, found all nearby restaurants outstanding, Even had "takeout" on the fabulous deck on the roof, We certainly did not see any need for an auto. Would suggest a sheet with directions to operate stove, over, washer/dryer. The 6 of us enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, Clean Contemporary Condo - Good Location

Our family of four adults stayed here for four nights in mid-March. The location is very good -- on a lively square just a block from the harbor front and within easy walking distance to the Cathedral, restaurants and shops. The square had a few nice cafes and bars, which was very convenient. It got quite noisy at night, which you would expect in such a central location, but the sound was greatly reduced if the large, solid windows at the front of the unit were closed; it was not a problem for us. Be prepared for crowds and a lot of activity, especially on weekends! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and having a laundry was convenient (although difficult to decipher how to use it). Two nice seating areas on different floors, and the top-floor terrace (with brand-new furniture) was terrific; sunny, and a nice view of the square below us. In the warmer months, it would be wonderful to spend evenings out there. The bedrooms were comfortable, with ample closets and hangers. The off-street parking (in a garage under the unit) was a big plus. The design of the master bedroom is a bit funky -- the bathroom is literally part of the bedroom -- and we had a problem with what I think was the newly renovated shower. The drainage was not working, so the shower flooded the (wooden) bathroom floor our first morning, and we had to endure a smell in the room for the rest of our stay, in spite of three visits from the plumber. The owner kindly gave us a partial refund for our trouble, which we appreciated, since it put a damper on our stay. However, aside from that, it is a great unit -- well furnished and immaculate -- in a convenient area. As long as the bathroom drainage problem is resolved, we would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location, great management!

Our family of 4 stayed here a few weeks ago (kids 22, 20) it was the perfect set up. Our flight was delayed but Miguel and his team got my daughter checked in with no problems. House is beautiful and IMMACULATE. The beds are so comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is fully equipped. The rooftop deck is the perfect spot for a drink at the end of the day. House is located on a great square. Several cafes are right outside the door, great for morning coffee, a snack, or meal. Great location for walking around town. Garage was an added plus as parking is tough. All in all, the house was fantastic! We had a great trip to Palma that was made perfect by this great house and attentive service by Miguel and team. Thanks!
