un puente para la costa de amalfi

El piso está en el segundo piso de un edificio histórico en el corazón del centro de la ciudad. El piso está compuesto por una gran sala de estar (con un sofá cama) con un rincón de cocina y una gran mesa para el almuerzo y la cena (6 personas), dos habitaciones dobles cada una con baño privado.

El nombre Haripergo proviene de la palabra que los Longobardi usaban para indicar la casa de huéspedes. Muy cerca de la casa hay muchos lugares de interés como el complejo monumental de S. Pietro a Corte (con sus baños termales romanos) y el recientemente restaurado Palazzo Fruscione (a menudo escenario de eventos culturales).

El objetivo principal que queremos alcanzar es mostrar los mejores aspectos de nuestra cultura, invitándote a probar los mejores vinos locales, mostrándote retratos hechos por artistas locales (y a veces famosos) e intentando contactarte con nuestro país. : incluso con una reserva es posible tener su chofer personal que lo llevará a donde quiera (Pompeya, Paestum, Vesubio, Palacio Real de Caserta, Costa Amalfitana) a un precio realmente asequible. En resumen, la intención es ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes todo el placer que tiene un buen viaje..

- Espero que mis invitados actúen en esta casa de huéspedes como si fuera su hogar, respetando la ubicación y sintiéndose en un espacio cómodo.

The hosts were an 11 out of 10! They were warm and helpful with everything we needed. I was traveling with my mom and they checked in regularly to make sure she was comfortable and happy. The apartment is in a great part of Salerno (Centro Storico) and we could walk everywhere. The apartment had plenty of space, was well-appointed and very clean, and we particularly liked the comfortable beds. Each room had a small balcony in addition to the large outdoor patio. We loved the outdoor space where we enjoyed coffee daily. It was a great place to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, though with so much delicious food right at our doorstep, we didn’t cook much! Thank you for an extra extraordinary stay!

Salerno stay

Location was lovely. Close to lungomare and in historic old town. Two perfect bedrooms, comfortable, nice bathrooms. Fantastic porch. Very friendly host. Our absolute favorite place in Italy. Salerno is not a small city by any means, but as a tourist it felt like such a hidden gem and this apartment was ideal.

Great Old City Salerno location

Marta was great to work with, very helpful and responsive. The location in the old part of the city is very charming and the apartment provides easy walking distance to the Ferry and the Train station for day trips to Paestum, Amalfi Coast and Vietri Sul Mare. An evening walk down the Via dei Mercanti is a must do item.

Great apartment, great location, and wonderful host

The apartment was perfect for our trip with 4 people. The location was central and very close to everything. Marta met us at our drop off point and helped us with our luggage to the apartment. She went over everything and gave us some great tips on activities and restaurants. She left us some fruit and breakfast food. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again if ever back in Salerno. We loved it!

Good location, good terrace, interior needs some work

Overall good apartment. Location is great. It’s back in an alley but well lit. Spacious apartment and the host was very responsive. However there was a strong odor from the en suite bathroom that impacted our stay. There appears to be some plumbing problem.

Nice stay in the old city

The neighborhood was a real Italian neighborhood and not a tourist neighborhood of tiny, twisty streets and passageways. It was a bit loud all day and night with people talking very loudly. We closed the windows and used the A/C at night and it was quiet and we slept well. Our hosts communicated well and were very responsive to our requests.

Charming apt!

Both owners welcomed us when we arrived and were so helpful! They left us breakfast fixings which was so nice. Charming decor. Beautiful outside balcony. Everything is updated. Close to everything we needed. Marta even called us a taxi for our departure.

Beautiful, clean, great location

My 81-year-old mom and I have stayed in eight different VRBO apartments in Europe, all wonderful, but she said this was her favorite! My 23-year-old daughter was also with us; she found the apartment very comfortable and conducive to sleep, which she tends to have trouble with. The apartment itself is lovely, and we so enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning. The location is excellent: a five-minute walk from the free beach, and also on the edge of the old-city (i.e., more charming) part of the main shopping district and lots of restaurants. Despite the proximity to so much action, it's tucked away in a courtyard and very quiet. Would definitely recommend!

2-week stay in Salerno

Master bedroom had constant smell of a sewer. Very unpleasant. Had to have windows open all the time. Very noisy with people reveling until 3am! Location was central. No tourist information/suggestions in the unit. If you didn’t have internet, which was intermittent at best, you couldn’t plan anything.

Middle of Salerno old town

Property was ok. Think more needs to be made of the internal stairs going to flat. They are very deep and steep. We were all over 75 and managed them but with luggage it was daunting. We stayed 10 days and would have appreciated clean sheets and towels half way through. Very little in the way of cleaning materials for kitchen and bathroom. We had to request a broom and mop. None of this got too much in the way of a wonderful holiday. The apartment is difficult to find but local shopkeepers were very helpful.

Italy vacation

This apartment is in a great location in the middle of the charming historic center of Salerno and convenient to ferry terminals to the Amalfi Coast as well as the main train station. The property looked just like the pictures, was very clean, well-equipped with everything our family of 4 needed and the air conditioning worked great which was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely Apartment in Old Town

The apartment was great - clean, spacious, well-equipped with a lovely patio. We loved the location - minutes to shops, groceries, and loads of great restaurants. Easy walk to Molo Manfredi pier (Amalfi Coast boat tours, fast ferry to Capri), Santa Teresa beach, etc. Just two things you may want to consider: there are about 15 tall stair steps up to the apartment, and if you have a car the parking garage is about a 15-minute walk. But that’s the trade-off for being in the heart of the Old Town, and it worked out great for us. … p.s. if you have a car, definitely go south to Paestum for the Greek ruins and the buffalo mozzarella.

A great place

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved Salerno's old town and Lungomare, and it was very convenient to catch the ferry to Amalfi and Positano. The apartment was well kept and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen- there was also a lovely deck with a grill. Hosts Alessandra and Marta were very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

A perfect spot for Christmas (and any other time)

Situated in the heart of the old town but in a quiet bit this is the ideal spot for enjoying the lovely town of Salerno. The property is excellently kitted out and has two very good bathrooms. All the rooms are of a good size, the fruits and breakfast goods were a lovely touch. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and if we are lucky enough to go back to Salerno we hope We can stay there again. Doreen and David

Fabulous in every way!

This property is perfect in so many ways! The location in the historic part of the city is wonderful...just step out the door and start walking down Via Mercanti past many restaurants and shops. Or walk to Via Roma and the Lungomare for a lovely walk along the sea. Everything is so convenient and it is very meaningful to stay in such a historic area that is well maintained and very busy with locals. The host family is so friendly and helpful. Alessandra is not local so her sister Marta handles things there at the property. She met us and guided us to the apartment (you cannot drive in the historic area) and really helped with all the bags. Then she and her father guided us to the parking garage where we left our car for the entire stay. The apartment itself is very spacious with 2 beautiful bathrooms with well thought-out shelves for storing our items. The washing machine works very well. Comfortable sofa to relax on in the living room. The kitchen leads out to a wonderful terrace. Appliances worked very well, everything very modern. The bed was the most comfortable of our 3 week trip. One thing I would note is the stairs up to the apartment... many steps up to the European 2nd floor and they are large steps, spaced far apart. It's a very old building and this is the way they often are, but it was difficult for my short legs and old knees! We highly recommend this apartment...the space itself, the area and the host family all make it a very memorable stay.

Bel appartement, bien placé et calme

Bonnes literie, accueil très sympa et attentionné. La grande terrasse permet de prendre le petit-déjeuner â l’extérieur. L’équipement était complet et de bonne qualité. Bref : nous conseillons !!! Seul petit regret... pour le parking, il serait souhaitable d’indiquer qu’il ne se trouve pas directement au niveau de l’appartement et qu’il est payant. Celui qui m’a été indiqué par la propriétaire était très bien... le mieux serait de l’indiquer d’emblée sur l’annonce avec son tarif et la procédure d’arrivée.

Komfortable Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in der historischen Altstadt, in der Fußgängerzone, fußläufig zur Promenade. Die Vermieterin besorgte uns unkompliziert eine Parkgarage in ca 20 Minuten Entfernung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und großzügig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt

great place, awesome location

what a great find. the apartment is in the heart of the old town of Salerno and is just steps away from great shopping and many restaurants. it was very quite, clean and had all the amenities you could dream of. a great place to stay
